Great app. The support is fantastic! Especially Kawaljeet! Been using for a few years now.

Great tool, easy to use and the tech team are very responsive and make amends and add custom additions when ever required.

This is the only app I could find that offers partial payments on pre-ordered items. To comply with regulations and payment processors, this is a must-have for any US store that offers pre-orders that will ship later than 30 days after purchase. It also allows mixed carts, which is great and helps with conversion and upsell. I had an issue with my first item setup, but their customer service team was very responsive and resolved my issue within hours.

Simple. Easy to follow. Needed minor design changes and Vipin was very helpful in a timely manner. Thanks.

I've been holding out on writing a review to give this app its chance to screw up...it's been several months, and a handful of orders with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with the product provided and more importantly the customer support when I needed it. Very happy so far.

App works perfectly and allows us to sell out of stock products in anticipation of their arrival. Customer service is excellent, responding in less than an hour, and answering all of my questions and addressing my issues.

Awesome technical service. Vipin was very thorough in helping with my query. They even readded some deleted code (my mistake) and also added extra code to help ajax filters load. They are always responsive and will help you solve your issue. A more thorough FAQ would also help solve some of the questions but otherwise is very good and works basically straight out of the box once your settings are set up.. I Highly recommend this app! The team is always available to fix any issue you may have with the integration. I was looking for a solution like this to make preorders with partial payments and the app works perfectly. I have been testing this app for a few weeks now and all I can say is, if you are looking for an app that has partial payments for your pre orders, look no further because this app is a MUST for your Shopify store. I have tested so many different apps on the market and none of them came even close to how well-built this app is. For starters, the layout is very simple, you can easily get your pre-orders running in minutes, if your store relys heavily on partial payments such as mine, this app is built 100% for that. I had a slight issue where the text of the partial payment was clipping over my review section on my product pages, Vipin was easily able to fix this. We use this app to allow our customers to pre-order products and at the same time provide them with the option of splitting their payments in 2. It does this very well and also provides useful personalisation settings to offer a better, more tailored experience to customers. When one of the functions was not working as we would have liked they were quick to analyse and provide a suitable solution.

I needed an app that would do both preorders and partial payment. Tried a dozen apps, and all were deficient in some way. Advanced Pre-Order is a lot more polished than most preorder apps, has simple straightforward pricing, and the support I got from Vipin is just amazing. Never had to wait more than an hour for a reply, questions were promptly and courteously resolved—all that before I paid them a single penny! I'm a happy paying customer now.

We have tried several preorder apps prior to Advanced Preorder with limited success. Advanced Preorder integrates much more seamlessly with our theme (product page, shopping cart, etc.) and provides a large number of configuration options so the app works the way our business needs it to. The app has a short learning curve (we setup our first preorder products in just a few minutes) and is intuitive to use. We did have a question or two initially; however, Vipin was very responsive and helpful.

The team are excellent and respond well to issues and even requests for changes and improvements. The APP has good features but also needs improvements but the team are responsive and have made a few improvements already

This is a very useful app especially for new store. The button customization is very cool to match store colors. The words can be customized also; I just used what was written already. Great customer support for to address any issues.

Works flawlessly. Only issue was we were trying to use the pre-order feature with the free trial and could not get it to work. We could only get it to do a coming soon. Got on with support via Team Viewer and he fixed it right away. Just needed to pay for the package (which is very affordable). Support hours are weird if you live in the US, but very quick and responsive.

First of all, the app itself is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. But the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had an issue over the weekend and I had two team members working all weekend to fix it! I will be recommending this app to everyone in need of it.

I used to use this app to do the partial payment for our preorder product, it worked well for now, and they responded so quickly and really solved our problem. The only thing that would be better is if it can set up the preorder message on the button will be great, like shipping date, so that customer will know some necessary information.

We used this app for pre-orders to launch a new product. At first we had issues with it but the dev team was great. They were able to get everything working and looking like how it should. The only thing I would want them to add is sending out batch emails when the product is back in stock. We will use this app for our next pre-order launch for sure.
