We've been using the AMP app for a few years now and it does a good job of looking after all Australia Post shipping. Impressed with the support in sending a very useful guide on how to update the Aus Post charge codes recently, which was a big help.

We have been using the Addition App for a couple of years now and whenever we have had an issue the problem was rectified pretty quickly. I had a recent issue with printing an international order and Siobhan recognised and fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service!

A great native integration for Australia Post and StarTrack shipping, good rules functionality greatly allowing us to customise the shipping rates at checkout, and in turn capture more shipping revenue at checkout! The team is rebuilding the support from the ground up, so yes a few wobbly reviews in here, but its coming around the bend, the functionality in the app is unmatched and soon to have dedicated support will make this the GO TO shipping app for aussie eCom brands!

I've been using this app for over a year now with with our ecommerce shop and never had any issues, this app makes shipping simple easy and fast. I did just recently have a glitch with it and contacted customer support. I received a response within 10 mins and I can honestly say that the agent, Laura, was extremely helpful and did everything to assist me and we managed to resolve the issue quickly. A very straight forward well balanced, easy to use application, and must for anyone that plans to link their store with Australia Post. Every time I reached out for assistance from their customer service team, I was given very fast and incredibly helpful replies, the team member in question whom I spoke with was very friendly and understanding, and willing to help me solve any issue I have come across thus far. Work very well, support is there when I've needed it, the integration to my shop has allowed for fast accurate freight pricing live on my store front which means I am not loosing money from outdated estimates.

(no developer fee's!) Now just paying $10 a month to have this app , is exceptional value! Addition has been a life saver in streamlining the customer checkout, and order fulfillment process. Many apps out there have super overwhelming interfaces, and many areas to click through, whereas this app takes all the parts you really need, and puts it into one super easy to navigate workflow. The customer service provided here is also second to none... quick and responsive, and able to overcome problems with ease! They helped me with the setup process and I can't give enough credit to how helpful they were the whole way through. There are still some features yet to come which will certainly help with organising things from the users side such as profiles and import/exporting tables, as for now it's pretty straightforward (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) so that will be very appreciated and basically make this a no-brainer app for anyone wanting to implement shopify and Australia Post. Keep up the great work guys.

Addition has saved me sooooo much time processing orders. It's easy to connect it to my Shopify store . Once I was up and running I was amazed at the time it is saved me everyday processing orders. It's given me more time to do extra things in my day. The few times I did need help , Addition support jumped right in and helped me. Their customer support was great and nothing was a problem. Addition is easy to use and has all of the essentials you need.

This is a great app to use - I'm so glad I came across it after months of using many different apps that cost a lot more and were not as efficient as this app! It was easy to set up my account preferences, integration with Australia Post and package sizes by following the installation/user guides. It took me about 20 minutes to set up. It's very user-friendly and what's even better is the flat-rate cost per month (no additional charges per label!). Addition Support were super quick to respond when I asked for help. Bloody good app. If you're using Aus Post to ship domestic or international then this is the perfect solution. It will save you a lot of time and pain. If anything doesnt work, use the support function to send a message. I raised two support tickets as I got stuck and received a response back within minutes. Great app 10/10

Trying to set up shipping on Shopify was driving me crazy, so I decided to give Australia Post Shipping a try and installed the app on a 7 Day Free Trial. I had some queries regarding set up and so submitted a request on the Addition Help Centre. Within 10 minutes I'd received a phone call - the best customer service I've ever experience!
