We’ve been using AMP Back in Stock for years. We’ve tried a few alternatives, but this remains our favourite. The team is responsive and always happy to connect, work through ideas and explore improvements. The first-in, first-out notification controls and the flexibility to customise templates with HTML and Liquid are standout features for us. A great app backed by a helpful, engaged team.

We moved over from the Klaviyo Back in Stock, which wasn't working the way we wanted it to. We had an issue with compatibility during setup of AMP and the tech team was straight onto it and sorted it out for us. We now see considerable revenue from the app, and receive invaluable data on our stock and our customers. We look forward to the new updates coming soon.

This App has been great for us, We have inconsistent supply chains and so allowing customers to let us know their interest in a product that's out of stock and then they get an automated message as soon as we have it again. It's fairly seamless and the the team at AMP is easy to work with on any questions or feedback.

The app has been very useful to our business. Some time ago it stopped working as it wasn't sending out the notifications that something was back in stock but I didn't really chase it up too hard. This week I got the team onto it and they were very responsive and found what was a very simple fix that I hadn't noticed. Nirali in particular was very helpful

Had great support when I first installed this app 6 years ago, however recent support experience has been disappointing. Support denied that their app was causing the issue I was experiencing, told me to contact Shopify support. Shopify support said it was highly likely the app was causing the issue, so went back to support who escalated it to Tier 2, whatever that means - still haven't heard anything two days later.

This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. We recently encountered an anomaly and reached out to their live chat assistant for advice and a possible explanation as to why our alerts were appearing more frequently. I was connected to Leslie H and her attentiveness and personable approach gave me all the answers I was looking for - She even explained things a couple of times over just so I made sure I understood! Exceptional customer service and a pleasure chatting to!

We've been using Back in Stock for years and it's been wonderful for our remarketing of products once they come back in Stock. Huge revenue implications for reprints of sold-out designs. We have this app on 20 of our stores- truly crucial to our operations... The new native embed app in the Shopify Admin has been a nice change.
