Does exactly what you need, no features missing, and no excessive flair or confusion in the interface. Exactly what you'd hope for in an app like this. Same goes for all of Yagi Software's apps - excellent and reliable. Axel, the dev, is also incredibly responsive and supportive - adding an entire feature for me within hours of an email!

We've been using Yagi Order Cancellable for several years, and it's been reliable from day one. It does exactly what we need, and we've never had any issues with it. The customer support is excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this app.

We like the functionality of Yagi Order Cancellable. It just works, and that is a beautiful thing. More than that, the support experience is outstanding. We had a few questions in the beginning and Axel was always quick to respond the information we needed. When we questioned the way the fulfillment blackout was working, Axel contacted us and asked for a detailed explanation of how we would like it to work. Within hours he had made the modifications and we had the functionality we were were seeking. Axel has displayed a level of responsiveness that is rarely seen - he and this product have earned our loyalty and respect.

This app has reduced the workload for our CX team and increased customer satisfaction by enabling the customer to cancel their order on their own if needed. I noticed the app included a "void authorization if order cancelled" action but it wasn't available in Flow. The app developer added it to Flow in less than 24 hours so now we're getting other benefits than just cancelling orders. Thanks for the quick assistance!

Axel from support just helped us get set up and was very fast to respond and extremely helpful. They assisted us in some minor personal tweaks. Although we only installed the app today, it appears to fulfill all of our needs.

This app has been a big help to both our customers and our team by giving customers the opportunity to cancel their orders in case of an error on their own time. (We have a small customer care team, so giving customers their own tools is a big boost for us.) Easy to set up and adjust — and the owner Axel has been so helpful any time we encounter an issue when updating the app.

Since installing Yagi Order Cancellable, I no longer have to worry about not receiving a customer's email to cancel too late because the order has been fulfilled. The customer can cancel an order on his/her own before the order is fulfilled. The app takes care of cancelling an order, initiating a refund and notifying me of the cancellation. It is great help for me.

This app is exactly what our store was looking for to reduce the amount of time spent responding to emails about cancelling or changing an order, and give our customers a simple option to cancel an order within a certain time limit after being placed. The initial setup was a breeze, and Axel was extremely helpful (and quick!) with answering questions we had prior to installation, and customization after installing. There was a slight glitch with the order cancellation link not showing up on our customer account page, but that was because of our theme, not the app itself, and Axel had it fixed within minutes of emailing him about it. 100% perfect!

I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. The only thing better than the app is the support from Axel, always really helpful and goes above and beyond to help. if you want the flexibility for customers to manage and cancel their own orders without contacting you, this app is the best in the app store. 5 Stars.

We used this app to allow customers to edit/cancel orders after purchase. This helped cut down our customer support time; also improve customers' experience tremendously. This app also allows customers to edit/cancel orders from their account page. Axel from the development team has been super responsive and helpful. This is an excellent order cancel/edit/reorder app. Had some trouble installing due to leftover code from a prior app. But Axel weeded out the old code and helped me on a Sunday to get everything set up. I installed this app because I loved being able to offer an easy option for customers that need to cancel/edit their order. They can make their requests without tying me up on a phone call. After installation I ran into an issue that had nothing to do with the app. Axel offered to look at my cart to see if he could figure it out. He was absolutely amazing because he found my problem. This is customer service at a whole better level. Axel also made sure Cancellable was installed correctly for me and he was very quick too. Amazing support, staff and app.

Extremely easy to use from an internal standpoint, and the developer is quick to answer all questions and is open to suggestions. Also, it's extremely easy to use and navigate from the customer's perspective allowing for a seamless purchasing experience. Highly recommend!

This is a very well made app, with sound business logic. It has been simply a plug in and work out the box solution for us. We are getting approx. 10-20 less support tickets per day due to having this, customers now fix their own problems. There are not many similar apps, we tried all of them and this was our preferred choice.
