Easy to use and help stop a lot of the blot - wish it would stop them from landing altogther and stop shoing up in my analytics

Very Helpful App to Block countries

Amazing app! The protection features are excellent, and the support team is outstanding. Elisa helped me fix my theme integration, and now everything works perfectly. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this app.

So far so good.

Utile et facile à utiliser

I’ve been using Helpy Store Protection for a bit now, and it’s honestly one of the smartest additions I’ve made to my store. What stands out immediately is how seamless everything is—setup was quick, and it integrates smoothly without slowing anything down or complicating the customer experience. From a business standpoint, it gives real peace of mind. Chargebacks, lost packages, and customer disputes used to be a constant headache, but Helpy helps handle those situations in a much more structured and professional way. It not only protects revenue but also improves how customers perceive your brand when issues come up. Another big plus is how customizable it is. You can tailor it to fit your store’s needs instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. That flexibility makes a huge difference, especially if you’re scaling. Overall, Helpy Store Protection feels less like an add-on and more like a necessary part of running a serious e-commerce business. If you’re looking to reduce risk, improve customer trust, and operate more efficiently, it’s definitely worth it.

Super pratique

Great!

Amazing

It works very well! Makes my store safer!

Customer service is RUDE! To say the least. I upgraded my plan from free to the mid level and paid. Within about 15 mins I realised I needed to upgrade to the next top level and tried to do this. Problem was, they were trying to charge me the whole amount AGAIN. For the BOTH levels. I contacted support and they pretended to not understand. Days later I contacted them again and they said they would look into it. That was weeks ago now and no reply :( Furthermore, the country blocker still lets visits in (which is what their FAQs say) .. but now I am getting abandoned carts and checkouts from countries I have blocked! Once again, I reached out to the very rude customer service and they just said "as our FAQ's say, it will still show on your reports". When I stated I knew this but they are now getting into the carts and checkout, customer support ignored my message :0 Unprofessional to say the least! Better to find another app with helpful staff ..

good support and fast response , thank you

Just downloaded and customer service is quick to respond. Simple set up and they offer both basic and premium plan. The free basic plan has what I need, but it's good to know there are more options if I need them in the future.

bonne appli et gratuite merci

It is very easy to install and very useful, great app!

Great App, I'm very happy with it so far.

Great app thanks !!

Great app I recommend

I highly recommend this app. It's very helpful!

Best app i ever used!

App was great and did what it was supposed to! Had it over a year since Nov 2022 before EVER needing customer assistance and customer service was horrible, the lady Elisa was smug and very smart, really wish I could add images of the chat conversation. They acknowledge everyone as Sir, like women don't own businesses. a better generic auto response would simply be "Hi, how can we help you"... Aside from this they have false advertisement which I screenshotted and inquired about, she laughed and stated how the app doesn't do what they have listed and quote "You can uninstall and go find a better app but we will update our listing." Definitely do not recommend. Deleted and found a better app with hundreds of more reviews, does the same exact thing, and has better customer service.

The app is so good, the support service Elisa was so helpful and good. Recommend

works good

Great app and useful features. Plus the customer support has always been amazing and very helpful. Great job.

So far so good! Came for the Country Blocker - stayed for the other security features. Good feeling so far. Would love it if some simple Stats were available on Attempts from other countries etc.

This app is awesome! Works exactly as described. As an artist it is important to be able to protect my images from being copied. Thank you!!

App is great so far, there is a little bit of a lag time for drag and drop with images. Hopefully adding the booster will help with that. Thank you for the free app.

Still testing the app. I will contact the owner to talk about possible modifications. It's a free app. Thank you.

hope it works, I'm leaving this before actually seeing it work on the site. But so far, so good. It's free after all, so can't really complain about it!

Perfect!!! Exactly what I wanted!!! Thank you for making it so easy and affordable. Just a few clicks and bam....it's working

exactly what we were looking for, thanks much! Very easy/straightforward to implement...this app should be made official as part of shopify plan.

Thank you, needed this. We spend to much time and money just to see our photos on another site. thanks

I used this app to see if it did what it says. Unfortunately it didn't work. I was able to screen shot which was supposed to be disabled. Its an awesome concept I just wish it worked.
