We’ve had a great experience using Smile.io for our rewards program. The integration with Shopify was very easy and seamless, and our customers absolutely love earning rewards points. One of the best parts of Smile.io is their customer service. Every time we needed assistance, their team was always responsive, friendly, and willing to help us find a solution quickly. The only feature we wish was available for all Shopify stores is the ability for customers to redeem points directly at checkout, since currently this is limited to Shopify Plus stores. Other than that, we are very happy with the app and highly recommend it.

We migrated from Judge.me to Reviews.io because we needed access to Seller Ratings and other advanced features that weren’t available with our previous app. Don’t get us wrong, Judge.me is a great platform, and we used it successfully for five years (yes, five!) without a single issue. However, as our company grew, we felt our review system needed to grow with us. We chose Reviews.io because they are a Google verified partner and because their feature set aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. After installing the app, we did encounter a few challenges, but their support team was exceptional. They stayed with us every step of the way and didn’t stop until everything was fully resolved. A special shout-out to Trilok, who spent many hours chatting with me and helping troubleshoot every issue. At no point did I feel like giving up; everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to finding solutions, which gave me full confidence that everything would work out in the end. For those who are curious, our issues included duplicated reviews during file transfers and over 3,000 products not syncing properly. That said, the team handled everything professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner. We have nothing but great things to say about Reviews.io and highly recommend it to any store ready to take their reviews to the next level. Thank you! :)

Klaviyo is a game-changer! It's like having an extra sales channel that helps us target the perfect customer with the perfect product at the perfect time. It's packed with features, and we've been really impressed. Plus, their customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond to fix any issue until you're completely satisfied. I found this app by accident. I was looking for something else and this app came up. And I am so glad I found it! This app has everything my customers were asking for: “where is my order”?, “can I have an invoice of my order”? “I can’t reset my password!”, and so on. I was able to solve my customers requests in literally few clicks with this app which is by the way very intuitive. I was also able to integrate my Aftership account so customers go straight to my tracking page (no more where is my order). I was able to integrate my Order printer pro app (so customers can view/download the invoice from their account (no more time spent with emails with invoices). Many customers send emails that they need to reset the password so now they can do it by themselves. What a dream app! Bear with me! The wishlist is a plus, and so is the recently viewed feature! As mentioned in one of the reviews below, you can choose what feature you want upfront and there is no hidden fees. Thanks to this app I was even able to create an app in Facebook so anyone who wants, can login using their Facebook account. All tutorials are very easy to understand and takes little time. The customer service is very helpful and quick to reply. This app is a dream come true to my business and customers! It’s also a 100% mobile friendly! Thank you so much for such a great job!

We're using this app for more than a year now and we're very very happy with the results. Customers get what the want much faster with this app. With just one click they add many products to the cart at once. Customer service is also excellent. Like, I mean it! This app is very useful for tracking orders all at once! The support team is amazing, and they're always willing to help. I wonder why people gave so many bad reviews! This app is excellent and does exactly what it says: generate and print barcode labels. We needed the barcode printed on labels to be placed on bins in our warehouse to make it easier to scan products. It works perfectly with our recent purchase of Shopify POS Go barcode scanner. 10/10 so far! Thanks for this app! Happy customer here :) update: the customer service is EXCELLENT too! UPDATE: I've been using this app for a while now, and I had to come back and update my experience which is astonishing! I hope this app lasts forever because it really rocks! And the customer service is also always amazing! I had to do some small changes and they did it exactly what I needed. I am just wow! :) This app is amazing! I was looking for an app that could be used to offer an upcoming product without having to charge my customers right away (such as using PRE ORDER apps). With pre-order apps, you will need to charge a customer within 7 days (because this is the authorization period for any credit card), and if your product just comes in, let's say, 5 months from now, it is kind of odd to charge a customer now. This was THE ONLY app that was able to solve my problem. Now my customers can join the waiting list, I don't need to charge them upfront, and the best, I am able to know how many products I will need to order based on the number of people on my waiting list for each product. The customer service is amazing! They promptly helped me to fix a tiny issue I was having with the button and with the quick view option. I am so excited! I will email all my customers now so they can join the waiting list and I can figure out how many products I need to order for the next season! Thank you so much for such a great APP! You guys are amazing! :) +100!

it didn't work for me... coz all my products are handmade and have lots of variations... so frustrating... :( Could someone help me and guide me on how to make this work? She patiently helped me through the whole process until the end and until all my products could be synced. Now it works great! So far so good! I didn't use it yet so I cannot tell how it actually works (I hope I will never do, to be honest, hahaha) What I like most though is the integration with Aftership so we can track ALL orders in on place. It was kind of easy to install and setup - I am still trying to figure out how to block the "Return label instructions" from Shopify so my clients don't get confused with 2 different instructions or maybe even 2 different RMA. I am figuring this out yet. But other than that, great app :) Thanks guys

This is the third app that I buy from Bjorn, and ALL OF THEM are amazing! :) Thanks to these apps my brand looks seamless throughout all my emails, notifications, PDFs, and print materials such as packaging slips. I just would like to thank you for your work, attention, and care. Ahh, also their customer service is 10/10! If you are reading this review section right now, it is because you need to decide if you should add this app or not in your shop. So here it goes. This company has excellent customer service/support. They helped me through the whole installation and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the look and feel of the app on my website (still password protected and coming soon in mid-July, btw). They also were able to customize a few things to me, so the app could integrate with my brand seamlessly. Literally, these people are amazing and willing to help, and they want us to be happy and 100% pleased. They answer quickly, they are professional, and above all, they really know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier!
