One of the most user friendly apps we have used for our business. The automated reports are really easy to create and set up, they are relaible, and the reports are perfectly customizable to your needs. I would highly recommend.

Very nice app, helps me with organizing my orders, so many options how to sort them while exporting and the last time I needed help with adjusting or adding some options the support was great, should have left a review a long time ago but the orders kept me busy and then I forgot. We are new to Shopify and started using a different export app and it was the worst. We reached out to Export OrderPro and we are soo happy we did. We needed to create some custom colums which the other app couldnt and Menelaos was great. The ability to rename the column headers was also very helpfull. I cant reccomend Export OrderPro enough.

I have a very in-depth integration with a custom product builder app and was needing to be able to easily export all the custom order details to pass to my manufacturer. This app is a great solution for me and exactly what I needed. Not only that, but their team worked with me to add custom columns and customize the cells to remove some info I didnt need to export. Excellent customer service, will definitely keep using them!

We have 2 full time coders here, but could not get them to do what this product does with a click of a button. (a few buttons, but that is the greatest part.) We get a simple email 2 times a day to our shipping manager. He has a high level printout of what to get stagged for shipping. I still do an audit every night in bed, and don't think its even necessary anymore.. This product rocks!!!! I had some dummy mistakes on automation and dev team jumped on a skype call at 11pm their time and spent 12 mins no questions asked (even on my trial) Thanks for the hard work.. This is the only order export/report app I could find that will export all line item properties without manually defining each one per column, which is critical for us. Support is also quick and some minor custom functionality was also added for us to achieve the result we needed.

Does exactly what I need it to do--haven't needed to open the app in months. Took a bit of troubleshooting to start, but very user-friendly.

App is brilliant to use and streamlines our order processing. Menelaos is very helpful with queries and comes back quickly with helpful replies! Best app hands down for exporting csv information. I needed something that could filter out orders by product tag then email it to my supplier. This app does it perfectly. Support is prompt and is very helpful. Highly recommend.

TAKE THIS APP! I have tried all apps for FTP order exports. However, none of them I could customize to the extent that my fulfillment center required. The owner Menelaos helped me make all the customization at the backend of the application. I had a direct line with hime and he has been super helpful over the last months. Absolutely recommend this application!

This is 100% the best app I have used on Shopify. We have a very complicated store and use other apps like Bold Product Options that make use of hidden line items inside of orders. This app was able to export all the data we need with ease, which was impossible to do natively within Shopify. The support is excellent. If you need to export complicated data on Shopify - look no further than this app. Trust me, I've tried them all.

This app is really simple but has everything you need to export reports or automate reports and send to 3rd parties by email. The team at Menelabs were really quick at replying to my questions. Saved me a lot of time and energy. Delighted

This app has been a lifesaver since we've been doing Ecommerce. We have been using this app for the last few years across all of our stores. Recently we built a new store for a different brand and the freight carrier needed for us to import information in a specific way. Not only did this app made it easy for us to export orders to match the criteria, Menelaos went above and beyond to add some customizations to it so we will minimize our risk of error. We have saved hours each day and potential errors from this app. Over the few years Menelaos has always been open for feedback and always improving his app and products base on his customers feedback. I believe he has the best app for exporting information from Shopify because its simple, easy to use, and he is always making changes that the customers like us need...and he does it FAST. I have been using their app for a while now and have not been disappointed in the flexibility the app offers. I recently contacted them to see if they could add a new field to view the Delivery Instructions from the Local Delivery feature Shopify offers. They promptly looked into the problem and determined they were unable to add this field due to Shopify not implementing the API yet. Overall, Menelaos responded quickly and was very informative on to why this field could not be added. Hopefully Shopify can update their API soon.

The app works great and is very quick at exporting compared to other similar apps. I contacted support about an output formatting issue and they resolved it the same day.

We have been looking for an app that can help us efficiently and accurately pick orders and replenish the shop floor for YEARS... it's not been easy to find. It's not possible to sort Shopify inventory by SKU, which is how we manage our stockroom, so no matter what report we pull, we still have to reorganise the .csv file into a format that we can work with.... but not any more..! This app has the best order picker and shop relenishment function we have found. Customer service is second to none - I've just spent a skype call with Menelaos where he took me through how to design reports and all the functionality within the app - no matter how you want to export a report, in whatever order, define by whichever you field you choose, you can. This is going to save us so much time. Brilliant

This app really helped me export my orders to an FTP folder to later integrate with my ERP. Easy to set up, very customizable and the customer service is magnificent! I had an important field that was missing and they set it up for me in a few hours. Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect Export App, that fulfils all needs perfectly. Tried a lot of other apps before, but this one is by far the best. You have a lot options to choose from like full address, tags and so on. Also amazing customer service.

We needed this App to provide customised CSV export files for our fulfilment house and for them to be sent at different times. And that is exactly what it does! Recommended. It does a shed load of other things too (but we have not tried them yet).

This app is smooth and reliable for printing our customers' shipping address.

We've just started using OrderPro and so far have been super impressed. I wanted to find a way to prevent daily order reports from being created if no orders had been placed that day. I emailed support to ask if this was possible and within minutes got a reply. Turned out it wasn't possible but to my amazement, the developers quickly added it as a piece of functionality. The speed and responsiveness of the team was very impressive and the app is now working perfectly.

Very useful report with images and tag filtering - features Shopify reports don't provide. Also, the very friendly and quick customer service was able to add a new filter I was looking for.

I use this app every day to create our work order for production. Our belts and wallets are custom made (BullhideBelts.com) so I have to create a work order every morning to give to the crew. This app pulls all the information over so I can download an excel document to print off. You can customize it easily to pull what you need. Well worth the cost if you need to be able to do this. This is the best app. It is essential to have this for your store. The app is very easy to customize and you can get all the information you need that you can't get with Shopify reports. It is a must have. I also had a question regarding the app and the developer replied very quickly and was very helpful. I recommend that everyone downloads this app.

The support team on this app is beyond great! I was contacted immediately and they took my issue seriously. He actually fixed it within the hour, which was amazing. On top of that, we had a suggestions regarding products being listed multiple times with the same order# vs an order being listed once with multiple products. He asked for details (I gave lots of note) and then that Monday the option was available on their app. We now use this app everyday in our work flow, especially our art dept.
