I have tried a couple of AI bots, but Chatty is the best by far and it keeps improving. From day 1 the support has been great and probably one year on (maybe more) the support is still just as good. Not is it just good, but they are also proactive and will look at your set-up and suggest improvements. Linda was helping me with an issue the other day and the support provided could not have been better. It's a recommend from me.

Shocked and saddened by the bahaviour from the company in recent weeks. I signed up for a one year subscription in May 2025 which runs until May 2026, and suddenly I find the admin panel is blocked and they want me to pay more because I am on Shopify Plus?! Well I upgraded to Shopify Plus back in August 2024, so that should have been taken into account when I paid for a year subscription for Searchanise in May 2025... after a few emails with them, the admin panel is still blocked.. I am so angry with how I am being treated by this company. AVOID!

App works well for filtering and searching blogs. Choong was very helpful at providing technical support to refine the format of the search bar and match my theme.

I have been using this currency selector for a few months on my store and it works really well. Visually it looks great on both desktop and mobile. The customer service team are very helpful and the developers know their stuff, so they can help with the install and resolving any issues. It's a recommend from me.

Great experience so far. Forms are nice, UI is easy to use and forms load quickly with no issues. Emma from the customer service team has also been very helpful as well.

I have been using this app for a while, but I can't say I am happy. They keep having a problem sending the information submitted by my customers via the forms to my email account, so if your forms are used for time critical or important business requests, i would think twice about using this solution. Their developer is never really around, probably in bed. I am looking for a more reliable solution. Annoyed, frustrated, yes all of the above.

This is a great mobile app solution, it integrates with Shopify and works really well. Their customer service team and my account manager Pavithra are very responsive and helpful with getting any issues resolved in a timely manner.

This app is great and enables me to create various image and download galleries through-out my store. Have just loaded it onto my second store. Customer service is great, very helpful team and they respond in a timely manner which is superb. One very happy customer :-)

Brilliant app and fast helpful support from Dan. I have just been using this app to re-price my entire store and it took me two hours instead of weeks! The product filtering capabilities are granular and the ability to re-price rounding to the nearest 9p as opposed to a fixed amount is exactly what i wanted. The app is fast and works, I can't recommend it enough.

Only just installed, functionality and configuration looks great.

I used this app last week to upgrade the Turbo theme on my store. It worked, but it did not transfer much of the configuration or any of the tweaks to the original theme. I still had to spend a few hours re-configuring my stores homepage and collection and product configurations, so not sure if it actually helped or not.

Been using this app for about 6 months now and I am very happy with the mobile app and my customers also appear to be happy. Configuration UI is good. The mobile app great, works well and is very responsive. Support team are very responsive and helpful. I just wish the app was compatible with ipads, I keep asking when an ipad solution will be available, but there has been no commitment on this to-date.

I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool. Good points: - The UI is very neat and easy to use. - Support team very responsive. - Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare). - Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster. Bad points: - There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved. - Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.

I've only been using this app for a few days, but it works really well and has made putting products in and out of sale very easy and quick to do. This has saved me hours of work for our boxing day sale.

I highly recommend this company and especially Rohit who was my point person. If you are looking for a tailored product migration solution and real-time support, then these guys are for you. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have helped me bring forward my migration timeline by months. If something isn't quite right, they will keep going until it meets your satisfaction. Timely responses to my queries and they will undertake anything from product migration to ad-hoc development work. The other great thing is that if you touch on an area they are not experts in, they will tell you. Offers amazing search functionality and MI and is miles better than the default search functionality that came with my theme. I cant recommend this enough.
