We are really satisfied with the app and very helpful customer support. The badges are easy to manage and they show up on the product image on PLP exactly how we wanted. Thanks for Tom for the excellent customer support!:)
On day one of using the app, we’re already having an excellent experience. Tom was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and quickly implemented all of our requested changes. The level of customer service has been outstanding. Although we were initially quoted a 24-hour response time, we received a reply within the hour, and all updates were completed within just two hours. Truly impressive support right from the start!
We have tested many Shopify apps over the years and Flair has genuinely been one of the best support experiences we have had. The app itself is clean, flexible and works very well, but what really stands out is the level of support and willingness to help. Tom went far beyond what would normally be expected, taking time to understand our theme limitations, setting changes up safely in a development environment and helping us achieve exactly the result we were looking for without unnecessary complications. Nothing felt generic or rushed. Every reply was thoughtful, technically knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It is rare to find this level of customer care and technical understanding together. Highly recommended for any brand that wants more control over product badges, labels and merchandising without damaging the customer experience or design of the site. Intuitive user interface with lots of customization options based on a plethora of variables. Badge/label elements are easy to place in desired locations using the visual theme editor and/or code (supported by user friendly documentation). Ability to schedule publishing and unpublishing makes preparation for timed events effortless. Support staff is quick to reply and knowledgeable.

We've been using this app for a long time. Works great. I recently changed themes but the app wasn't working properly on the new theme. They promptly responded and fixed.

Flair is easy to use app and perfect solutions for the product highlighting on a website. I'm writing this review because, I really impressed about their support team, we had a problem on one of our badges and they solved the issue really quick, with an improvement on our theme. I've never seen that helpfully Customer support.
Highly recommend! The app helps with social proof, scarcity, promotions and helps you position new products. Everything is customizable and easy to navigate. If I have needed help with anything the team has been really quick to fix it.

Easy to install, even for someone still learning the ins and outs of code/site management. Great customer support that is willing to get in there and help fix issues. Display options are nice and the price is right.
Flair is fantastic. We pay for the more expensive service, and though it's a little pricey as apps go, you can't beat the functionality. Clean, easy to use, reliable, and excellent customer service. Any changes you make update instantly on our site. We love it!

Needed some help with the integration with our new theme - and flair delivered. Communications with the support were fast and problem was solved under 24 hours. Badge customization options are great and they do not slow the site down. Using flair apps badges has let our store to display more info about our products to the end customer.
If you have a decent sized catalog and a Shopify site, you need this app. A great way to merchandise products, easy to use, with lots of customization options. We've only had to contact support once in the years we've used it, and they were responsive and fixed the issue right away. We have many apps for our store and this is one of the best ones out there and a great value!

Flair uses best practices to run lightning-fast and should not slow down your store in any way. We'll follow up with you via email to help you investigate what might be the actual cause.

Easy to use, does what it says, and if you run into any issues they are sorted super quickly by their friendly support team (thanks Adam!). I use Flair across several ecommerce brands I manage - haven't found an app that does it better! Would definitely recommend.
One of the best apps I've seen on the Shopify app store. Pros: Loads super fast (both on the back and front end). Modern badge and banner templates (looks great out of the box). Super customisable (easy to make it match our brand look). Decent support docs (even for a non dev like me). Stellar service (Adam is prob the most helpful dev I've ever met). Cons: Not a one-click install (I'm not a dev and it took me some time to figure out where to paste the codes but had help from Adam). May need some time to understand their concept of layouts and their targeting/filter settings to make full use of the app.

This app was exactly what I was looking for to list inventory amounts on my site. It’s not cheesy or flashy. And when I had a problem (another app I installed was conflicting with this one), Adam looked into it and fixed it within 24 hours. Great product & great support.

Works better than most badge & Label apps as it displays the badges correctly without distorting custom badges as well. Adam helped me get the badges setup exactly how our business requires them to be positioned and it works perfectly.

Just downloaded this app yesterday! We were using another app for our product labels for several months - and to say the least, it never worked properly and tech support was slow to ever answer anything. Tom at Flair is AWESOME! He was super fast to respond and helped us get everything set up. We'd love some more flexibility on where the badges can be placed - but we look forward to future updates. Overall - easy to use and looks great on the website! And most importantly - It works correctly across all platforms! Thank you Tom! UPDATE - Still using the app 2 years later - needed to update somethings on the website - Adam was SUPER quick and responsive! Thank you so much again!

Update: We switched themes and Tom was quick to help me figure out how to get the new one to work. Plus, new features make this app even more valuable for our store - helping us highlight and feature items and collections without needing to edit any theme code. Well worth it!

Probably the Best Customer Service i've ever received! This app is helping convert immediately - and Adam was simply fantastic at setting up some tricky badges for me, fast to respond, friendly and extremely effective - far exceeding my expectations. Try the dynamic text on labels it is Amazing! Something that i thought would take weeks to setup and customize, was perfected in 2 days - despite uk/us time differences. Very Impressed. Have only recently downloaded this app, but so far so good! It has been much more user friendly and offers more customization that other apps that I have tried. Adam has been incredibly helpful with the set up of this app and efficient in answering any questions that we have had to date.

Adam was fantastic! I downloaded the app on Christmas Eve, and sent in a question, not expecting a reply until their office reopened on December 27. However, Adam responded immediately (even though the office was closed), and got everything working perfectly! Highly recommended!!

We use Flair badges to show key selling points like quick ship, current promotion, Aussie made... Had a few hiccups setting up but their support was great and got us working well in no time. Love this app!
Very useful app. Combined with Shopify's automatic discounts it makes it incredibly easy to setup high converting flash sales. Support is excellent as well. Definitely recommended.
