Great app for leaving gift messages to friends and family, and great customer service. I highly recommend.
The gift giving a gift card experience has been great and solved a major issue for our customers. They are able to leave a gift note easily and the follow up flows are great for retention. Very easy to use and easy to integrate!
We recently released a product where we saw a ton of people choose the gifting option. It's a great feature that people really appreciate!

GiftNote is exactly what we were looking for to handle multi-address corporate orders! They were extremely helpful with setup and always responsive with every question I had.
We haven't yet used all of its capable of yet, but the gift message option was a huge unlock for our Q4 business.
So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement. Easy to use, integration with Klaviyo is great, and the team is very responsive and helpful. There are some other platforms/apps out there for gifting and corporate/multi-ship that might be a little more polished, but when considering costs, this app provides a lot of value.
Gift note has been an amazing app to generate new leads and to drive down the number of customer service tickets on gift exchanges.
We can’t say enough good things about GiftNote and the team! The GiftNote functionality in our Shopify store has enabled us to offer our seasonal sentimental gift product in ways that previously weren’t possible and it has given us a significant differentiator in our market. We’ve received several messages from customers telling us how easy the process is and how excited the recipient was to receive the email. We now have large organizations and professionals who regularly send their clients gifts ask about multi-gifting options, and we are looking to add the enhanced GiftNote feature. The entire GiftNote team was there to support the implementation into our website and email system! We are looking forward to using GiftNote for many years to come!
A must-have if gifting is any part of your business. We run a BBQ subscription box brand, and a significant chunk of our orders are gifts. For a long time, we had very little visibility into gift recipients and no real way to bring them into our ecosystem. Giftnote changed that. That handoff has been genuinely valuable for building a subscriber base beyond just the original purchaser. On the digital gift card side, Giftnote is a clear step up from what Shopify offers out of the box. The recipient experience is more polished, the messaging is customizable, and it just feels more intentional, like the gift was thought through rather than auto-generated. Setup was straightforward (plug and play for default product pages, and easy to customize....the pre-built Klaviyo templates were easy to customize with our branding) and the support team is responsive. Nick was extremely helpful at every stage of the rollout.
Giftnote has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. Not only has our customer experience improved, but our gift card sales have increased as well. The integration and set up was smooth, and the app is easy to use. We appreciate the quarterly check ins from the Giftnote team.

We’ve had a great experience with this app. Initially, we planned to use it mainly during peak gifting periods, but after reviewing performance and usage, we decided to keep it active year-round — and we’re still seeing consistent usage post-holiday, which has been a great surprise. The app has been working smoothly, with no complaints from customers. We did encounter a minor issue with email messaging, but that was related to our internal setup rather than the app itself. This is a superb app for corporate gifting and for allowing your customers to send gift messages with their orders. For years we had been frustrated with utilizing spreadsheets to enter orders into Shopify, and it was a labor intensive process. By adopting Giftnote, we've been able to offer our customers a self service portal to place their multi-recipient gift orders. This reduces our small customer service team's involvement in the process, while also allowing easy payment with our processing rates through Shopify Plus. If you are looking to create a multi-recipient gifting portal without breaking the bank or hurting your margins, you've found the right app. Additionally, if you are looking for the ability to offer your customers a gift message via email or SMS, this app will be perfect for you!

We have had "multi order gifting" on our roadmap for years, but with a small team it was a bit of a pipedream. Luckily for us, Nick reached out to us to see if we were interested in trying our their new multi order feature. Once we had the demo, the answer was an instant YES! For something so complex, the app was actually one of the easiest to set up. Nick and the Giftnote team are so receptive to feedback and very helpful with any issues that crop up. They've made what would normally take us hours of management with various csv sheets, a really quick and easy solution for our corporate customers. It is a life saver in busy periods internally as well! If you have customers looking to place multi orders, definitely check this out.

From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery. From our vantage as e-commerce operators, the implementation was reasonably easy. There were some minor hurdles, but Giftnote's CS team took the reins and helped launch the enhancement. I wholeheartedly recommend Giftnote. There is not a better gift experience in the Shopify App Store.

I have tried at least a couple of similar apps to embed gift message and card widget onto my website. I really like this Giftnote the best of all. What is most important to me is the support. I have asked for a few help already in the firt few days of my trial and get answers back straight away or in a day, which I think is very prompt. Very happy with the app.

GiftNote has been an amazing app that has helped solve our gift messaging problem. We used to send the note that the user wrote to our 3PL to be printed on a piece of paper but now GiftNote digitizes this experience and enables the customer to decide when they want their message delivered. They integrate with all the carriers we work with and also integrate with our ESP so that we can style the email as we want.
