I started to look for a loyalty app. It was a mess to find the 10 best apps. Either it was horrible expensive or to complicated to administrate. The froonze app gave me a very good first impression at the beginning. Therefor I decided to install and test this app. I started with the wishlist function to implement it in my shop, because the running current wishlist app had technical problems which the app owner could not fix it. The support team from froonze was open to listen to my requests and added additional functions which came not out of the box. Also, the adjustments within my Expanse theme (not coding, only to setup the style). Such kind of extensions was not possible to do it with other app wishlist providers. Now, I was very happy with the profession of the developers and support team. This was the reason to continue now with the loyalty function. Via an online video call, I got the first explanation how the system works and how to implement it. Furthermore, they did all customizations which I would like to have in a profession way. Out of the box it is running very well, also. If other customers given 5 stars, I would like to give 7 stars for the rating. I am from Germany, and I can recommend everyone who is looking for a wishlist and loyalty program to test the froonze app and to test the support itself. They are very friendly and open to understand my requests. I will go forward with such 2 functions and I will give an update in half a year. Best regards Norbert

20230728 - They have improved the speed of the translation extremly. Also implemented new features which are very good. For example if you are using dynamic text and you have to update your theme it is stll copied to the new theme. Also other new features. They will get now from my side 10 stars!!!!!!! I am a German and has high demands. I am very happy since few months. They worked hard to improve the app. I had a lot of complains in the past. Everything has been fixed in a high level. Now they will earn 10 stars from my side (in the past they got only 1 star temporarly because of several problems). The support will earn also 10 stars from my side. For other apps you have to wait days for a response. They will react in few minutes. 20230228 - They did a great update regarding metafields - This topic is also fixed now. 20230216 - They have changed the behavoir of the statistics within few days. This topic is fixed now. In the summary the app to recommend because of the the features which the app supports. Also the translations of dynamic text parts which are not part of the theme. Hello, the app has a big disadvantage. It supports the metafields for filtering (very good). But only in the native language. If you change the language within the online shop the filters are shown still in the native language. All metafields has been translated in all languages by an additional app. Bad Bad Bad. When will you make the filtering international?

Eigentlich ist Billbee ein super Tool bis auf dem Tag als wir uns für den neuen Shopify Shop mit zwei Lagern entschieden haben. Ein Lager für den Online Shop und das andere Lager für die POS Anbindung. Ein Verkauf über die POS Schnittstelle endet dann mit einer Doppelbestandskorrektur bei Shopify selbst. Ansonsten würden wir 5 Sterne geben.

If i can i would like to give 10 stars. I have tested so far more as 12 apps. All of them did not work well. Slows down my shop, did crazy things, crashes my theme .... This app is the first app which are fully integrated in my Expanse theme and of course supports fully Online store 2.0. Since 20220321 i am very happy. I tested more as 4 hours in all directions and double-checked all. And it works well with my Currency app from Black Belt. And the look of the features are very profession. Congratulation for this well designed app.

For me (German) the best app i have used on my website. I have many apps tested and they are working not well. Of course sometimes is the translation strange but that is normal. But never have to be code translated which i had in other apps. Also, with Gtranslate it was very easy to set up at the beginning. If you would like to have some adjustments or something works not well they are always helping you very quickly. From my side many thanks to Ella and Sergey. Now i am really happy. Norbert

... we are a German company and has hard law rules. The app is easy to handle and works well. Very important this app does really support the Double-Opt-In feature. This is the only app which support this feature correctly at the moment (10stars for this feature). I found no other app with this feature. The support will be done always quick and with a high quality. Also, the other tools which this company offers are very very good designed. For example the Review tool. It is absolutely implemented in a profession was. (but no multi language support is implemented at the moment). Nevertheless i found a workaround for my 20 installed languages within emails. Norbert
