We are a small, 3 year old growing company that blends, packages and assembles it's products for sale on Shopify. We have roughly 150 SKU's of raw material, packaging, finished products, assembled products and promotional items. We tried to use spreadsheets which became a nightmare. 10 months ago we searched for a manufacturing/inventory control software solution and choose MRPeasy. We are VERY PLEASED with our choice. MRPEasy has exceeded all our expectations. The set up was straight forward, somewhat complex but not all unreasonable give the power of MRPeasy. We never used any outside consultants to assist in the implementation process. MRPeasy is relatively easy to learn and use. The software flawlessly performs all the functions needed for a our manufacturing and assembly processes. Finally the support has been incredible. I particularly find MR. Peasy (AI Support Chatbot) extremely helpful. The vast majority of all my questions or problems have been resolved through MR. Peasy. I continue to frequently reference this tool as I expand the functionality of the software. I fully expect MRPeasy will scale with our growth for many years to come. Finally, the cost of MRPeasy, given it's functionality, is extremely competitive, the most cost effective solution we found. Overall I would highly recommend the integration of MRPeasy as a software solution with Shopify.

We switched to MRPeasy 7 months ago after using Katana for 6 years. We were tired of dealing with them as a company and the massive price increases we experienced for a business of our size. MRPeasy does everything we need it to do and it works very well for a fraction of the price. The UI may not be as visually polished and pretty as other options, but that isn't nearly as important as functionality that just works. MRPeasy's Shopify inventory sync for multiple locations has worked flawlessly. Thank you! This app works seamlessly with our Shopify store enabling us to keep our inventory levels and MRP planning synced. There is a slightly odd delay between updating inventory numbers in MRPEasy before they appear in stock on Shopify but it's easy to work around and plan for and a limitation on Shopify's side. MRP Easy has been the best software to use as a small manufacturer and ecommerce seller. The purchasing and planning has help us reduce stock-outs and keep production flowing! MRP has done a super solid job for us. We're a food manufacturing company with with about 30 skus, about 100 raw material inputs and about 30,000 units produced monthly. Half of our business is selling to wholesale distributors, half is Shopify. MRP helps us stay organized and automated. QBO and Shopify integrations have been seamless. We've used a comparable software before, but MRP has been more user-friendly and more cost competitive. Our accountant was able to setup our whole QBO-Shopify-MRP automated system from scratch and without any difficulty without having any prior experience with MRP. The customer service and technical support is truly excellent and helpful. The only feature we are missing is "auto-assembly." Meaning that as our "Unit" inventory gets low, we would like MRP to automatically assemble "Unit" inventory out of core skus, which are in "Cases." Right now we have to do it manually and it's a weekly process that takes 1-2hrs. I feel confident that MRP will create this feature in the near future though. Overall, highly recommend them. I've been using MRPeasy for my small business since June last year. I love the functionality and the integration with Shopify and Xero. The MrPeasy support is great and when I can't quite get the answer I need the support via the ticket has been awesome. Couple of functionalities that would be great like being able to trigger bulk invoice or payments such as with a checkbox etc. Support have taken suggestions so here's hoping for future updates. We have been using MRP easy for about a year. Like any MRP product it can be a little overwhelming. We are currently using about half of the products capabilities, mostly for inventory control, and batch tracking. We have not found any issues with MRPeasy capabilities are far beyond what we would’ve expected at this price point. We really appreciate low entry cost because we are a small company and most MRP systems have been out of our reach. MRP easy integrates easily with Shopify as a valuable tool for any small manufacturer. We haven’t used MRP easy customer service very often because the documentation and help section inside the application are very thorough. When we have reached out to customer service, the responses have been prompt. Thanks for your feedback! This software is incredibly user-friendly, and I have found it perfect for maintaining the accuracy of our BOMs and stock management. I used to work corporate and used all the fancy and expensive ERP systems out there. When I started my own business I did a ton of research and found MRPeasy. They rock. Great support, relatively easy to learn and use. I can create part numbers, PO's, BOMs, and keep track of all my costs. Its great. Thanks for the great review! Great app, seamless integration with the rest of the software.
For us MRPeasy has been one of the best things we have done as a business. We manufacture our own products in house and couldn't find anything out there that really suited this. We tried Tradegecko (now Quickbooks commerce) and Unleashed and the latter especially was a total nightmare. Most inventory systems that have a production element seem to force them to be the owner of all data and this just doesn't work for Shopify stores - it creates so many headaches. MRPeasy is different and integrates with Shopify in a much more sensible way and gives you far more options as to how you set those sorts of rules. I would recommend this software to any store and most especially if you are a maker - seller - it's been an absolute life saver for our company! We have gained an excellent level of control of our manufacturing and as a result have made huge gains in productivity and efficiency. MRPeasy pays for itself in all honesty.
A bit complicated to get set up initially, but does everything I need it to do. Good customer service and good integrations.
MRPeasy is a great app that we use to keep track of the parts needed to make up our products and kits. Would be great if there was a button that you could click to sync inventory with Shopify as it only does this about once an hour. Otherwise it's very intuitive and easy to use. Would recommend.
MRPeasy has been an absolute life saver for our company! It allows our us to perform at a high level, keep track of our manufacturing and operations and integrates easily with Shopify... all of this at a fraction of the cost compared to all the other apps we could find. Everything works intuitively, there is plenty of in app instructions and customer support is excellent!
We have been using MRPEasy for over 2 years now and it is a great ERP system if you are a small manufacturer like us. It has all the functionalities we need to run our production and the purchasing/inventory/sales modules are doing the job we need. The integration with both Xero and Shopify was a key selling point for us. So yes, very happy so far.
I've been pleased with my implementation of MRPEasy since 2021. The system stands out with its comprehensive approach to managing production demands and resources. I've been particularly impressed by the integration of the CRM module and how seamlessly customer orders are synchronized with Shopify. This feature is a game-changer; it allows us to either pick stock from existing lots or create new manufacturing orders for on-demand production with ease. The Shopify integration does a decent job of syncing orders, though it could use some tweaking, particularly with the auto-generated order notes feature which currently lacks customization options. There's a learning curve to navigate, but it's made easier thanks to MRPEasy's online resources and their responsive support team, who've been great with answering all my questions. Despite initial setup challenges, MRPEasy shows real promise for boosting operational efficiency once fully adapted to our specific needs, especially with the CRM integration and order handling.
If you are a manufacturing business with assembly work, the MRPeasy is a great app. It integrates easy with Shopify and orders are seamlessly synchronised between the systems. We have just migrated from another software and we are very happy we did the swap to a dedicated MRP system. The UI is modern and intuitive and the logic is relevant. It is however a steep learning curve if you have little or no previous experience with manufacturing software. The online material from MRPeasy is great so it's a good advice you watch the videos and get a proper onboarding before you become frustrated.
I am currently transitioning from Katana to MRPEasy. While there have been a few issues with setup, this is to be expected with a complex ERP system. The support team has been extremely helpful with solving issues I have and am confident I will get everything up and running very soon. The software also seems to be much more powerful than Katana which was missing a lot of features we needed. Thank you for the great support MRPEasy Team!
