I can’t recommend Dynamatic enough. It’s hands-down the most complete upsell app I’ve used — and it goes far beyond just upselling. You get post-purchase upsell options, customizable cart themes, audience segmentation, and the ability to build widgets across your cart, product pages, and collections. It integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and review apps so you can bring in reviews, plus it has a discounting engine, UGC manager, and pop-up options. The possibilities really do feel endless, and I’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible. Best of all, the pricing is fantastic for what it offers. Other apps charge outrageous rates for similar features, but Dynamatic delivers it all at incredible value. Highly recommend.

Love the app and it's features, especially the photo and video review request process. The team, including Jemuel, have been extrememly helpful in getting all my questions answered and help with platform setup and optimization. I left another app that was not producing reviews for some reason and my moving to LOOX we've 5x'd our review submission rate. Definitely recommend if your products are visually dependent and you want an amazing platform to collect and display your reviews.

I'm probably one of many "refugees" abandoning the sinking ship that is Stamped and finding a new home. Customer Service was super helpful with onboarding, getting my reviews imported properly, and all my various questions. The review widget itself is much lighter than Stamped resulting in faster speed times for my pages. LOVE the ability to send the review requests via Klaviyo. The admin has great UX and very user friendly. Features I wish they had or would add: -Native integration with Loyalty Lion to be able to give rewards points for reviews -UGC carousels integrated with social media channels to pull tagged photos over from and create carousels from those photos

Loyalty Lion has been a key factor in my retention program and has allowed us to market to potential and returning customers in different creative ways each month. Customer service has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and trying to find a solution if I have a hangup or request.

Great new attribution platform on the market. Attribution can be difficult to nail down unless you have expensive software. Running a post-purchase survey literally asking your customers how they heard about you is a very direct and personal way to know which of your marketing efforts are working. We've been able to take the results from the survey and double and triple down on marketing efforts. A couple things I really like about this app are the ability to run multiple surveys at once (first time or returning customer) and the ability to integrate with Klaviyo. Jeremiah and the support team have been fantastic and super helpful in setting up and clarifying my survey results. Kno app also has the ability to ask multiple questions in the same survey and provide a call to action on the survey final thank you page. Getting amazing insights and results from this simple install and setup. Highly recommend installing this app and setting up your first How Did You Fist Hear About Us survey and learning more about your customers journey.

Love this app. We moved over from yotpo and have been very happy with the setup, customization, and top notch customer service. Every time I ask them for help they are super quick to answer my questions and take any actions necessary for the best experience for my site visitors.

Postscript was the first SMS app I used very successfully. I trialed two other major SMS platforms and was disappointed that neither had a fully functioning Klaviyo integration. I eventually came back to Postscript because it was the only one that allows you to effortlessly and instantaneously sync your klaviyo segments to your sms account and therefore seamlessly match your email messaging to your sms messaging. I can handle everything by myself in the platform and don't have to have their team installing anything, reviewing and confirming messaging, or generally being in the way of my processes like what I experienced on the other platforms. Plus, their customer service has been top notch, super responsive, and super helpful. SMS has become a major marketing platform for us and I'm very happy to be with Postscript

Justuno has been amazing so far. Their level of templating and customization has been far superior to other options out there. And the customer service is prompt and super helpful. Edit: After months of use, and hundreds of questions, the customer support with Jenna is absolute top-notch. Also, the recent updates (March 2017) are worth every penny. The ability to auto-add a discount code to a Shopify checkout is really great.

Zapier has been integral for our teams automated processes internally and externally facing. We are able to set Zaps to auto-fire new assigned tasks in Asana, syndicate our instagram images across multiple platforms, and record new email signups in our Google Drive folder. Highly recommend you use Zapier to ease your processes and flows.

Great way to save backups automatically. Have saved me a couple times when I've deleted the wrong snippet (or two).

Great app, easy to use and understand. Love the image quality slider to show the difference. (I couldn't barely barely notice any difference between compressed and non-compressed.) Love that it will save me time and energy by auto compressing any new images I put up on the site. I probably noticed a 40-50% home page speed increase right away.
