We've had a great experience with Okendo as our review platform for Garden Winds. Garrett made onboarding easy from the start, walking us through setup clearly and patiently answering every question along the way. Since then, our CSM Laura has been fantastic at helping us get more out of the platform, proactively pointing out features and showing us how to actually apply them to our store rather than just listing them off. On top of the great support, the platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate. Between Garrett's onboarding, Laura's ongoing guidance, and how straightforward the platform is to use day to day, we've felt genuinely supported every step of the way.

Clean install, straightforward setup, and the review widget looks good on our product pages without much fiddling. Star ratings pull through to Google search results, which was the main reason we chose Okendo over the cheaper options. Support has been genuinely responsive when we've needed them. Real answers from real people, not canned replies. Solid choice for a small brand that cares about how reviews look on the page.

The only reviews app you need for your store! Okendo has been a fairly new addition into our business, and it's proving to be a huge success. Right from the integration to ongoing support/growth; Okendo provides it all. We've especially loved the use of the summary feature allowing customers to understand our products at a click of a button. Freyja has been a fantastic support right from day one, helping with general day to day improvements, but also things that can help grow your store reviews over time. Highly recommend the team!

Okendo has been a fantastic addition to our website! Our integration felt super streamlined and the work was all handled by the Okendo team. The ease of use from both the front end and back end platforms make this a no-brainer for stores to add into their future plans. We also added extra post-review flows which has increased our review count just about overnight. We recently switched to Okendo to test performance and functionality compared to our current provider, Stamped, and so far we are really impressed. The reviews product in particular has stood out. We are already noticing higher engagement and conversion through the review widget, which has been great to see early on. Onboarding was seamless. The team helped us turn things around quickly, given our specific needs, which we truly appreciated. We are also really enjoying the AI features so far like the AI summary and AI auto-reply feature. Today we had our first meeting with our CSM, Laura, and she came prepared with so many valuable suggestions to help increase our review rate. The best customer support. I've had Okendo for a year now and I'm really impressed with their team. I love that I can always get connected with a REAL person. They have an AI chatbot that can answer basic questions, but doesn't pretend to be human and is always ready to connect you with an actual employee, no runaround to prove you need the help like other companies. I also really appreciate the level of support with account management and initial implementation. Kudos to Okendo for prioritizing having great staff in addition to a great set up.

Great reviews widget - has every feature you could possible want and more and is very easy to use. Left yotpo due to increasing cost and okenda has been above and beyond!

Switched to Okendo recently. We were on Stamped for a few years but the app became super laggy after the company was sold. Their customer support also declined over the years. I wish we had switched to Okendo instead of YotPo because we spent the past couple of years hating the experience. YotPo was even worse for customer experience as they sent one review request email per product. Now, with Okendo - the team has been really wonderful. Ritwik, Karen and Andre have been really amazing. I've enjoyed the onboarding experience as they have helped us with almost everything. Their team handled all of the heavy lifting, plus they're super quick! What took almost weeks to months with YotPo only took a day or two with Karen. With setting up our widget - Andre has helped setting up and customizing our widget. He's been super helpful with optimizing our store. Lastly, really thankful to Ritwik for getting us to finally pull the trigger and switch.

The Okendo app was easy to install, and the support team was very helpful, making sure we had the settings just right when we went live. Shout out to Paulo and Ritwik. We're starting with the free reviews version, and will likely upgrade to the paid version to include loyalty and referrals at a later date.

This software operates my post sale activities from loyalty points to on page reviews. It is invaluable! I believe it keeps my customers coming back to get more points and use them on goods we list as well as discounts we offer based on their spending level.
