Wow, where do I start? If I could leave 6 stars I would. This is hands down the best push notifications app you can add to your store. And we installed DJ worked with us and answered my questions and emails at all hours of the day and night. We were able to setup a number of repeat pushes as well as things like a push for abandoned cart that really helps with recoveries. We currently have a 17 percent recovery rate versus the normal 7 percent of most Shopify stores. Now to the nitty gritty, the app itself takes a minute to understand how to use. But it is well worth the time investment as this app pushes to more browsers than everything else we tried. The developers work around the clock and are on the very cutting edge of push notifications. Don't bother with any other push notifications applications. Take the time to learn this one. Absolutely superb app. the heat maps option is not only addictive but very useful. If you are looking for a way to track your customers habbits and clicks then this is the app you should have installed. We have integrated it into Bikini Luxe and really love its fluidity. Also it is a steal at its price because of the live chat option. This normally costs a lot more from other apps, is not as fluid and does not have all the options that lucky orange has. Something worth being noted is that the number of customers you have will not be the same as Google analytics because of the way that things are tracked. But overall well well worth the price. If you are on Shopify because you value customer support then you need to know that this app is exactly what you should be looking for. The customer support is absolutely out of this world. The app was easy to setup, and it has lead to an absolutely incredible increase of 15 percent more conversions from lost carts in our luxury bikini store. Refersion is excellent, the customer service is especially good. If you are looking for an affiliate program we highly recommend it. The dashboard is easy to use and quick to setup. Be aware that it can be a bit confusing when paying affiliates if you choose to not use the masspay. So take a note of their name just in case before hand. Bold apps are great, there are many great features and it is quick and easy to tag things into new sale collections. We have not done any A/B testing on the count down timer yet for our designer bikini website but I highly suspect that it converts much better.
