Annalise Jewellery

Having to leave customily now. Support has become non existant, there are so many bugs with it im losing customers. Absolutely zero help, after years of spending so much with them. I've lost faith now, and have moved to another app.

I have used Lucky orange for a while and also in the past too.. It works, it's simple to use and you can see what your customers have been up too! Support is good too

So far a great experience. On boarding has been great, a lot of learning to do but Rafael has been the best experience I have had so far with the so many choices of facebook ad apps and services out there

Giving 4 stars because it does a good job and the support can be there.. but I find the ROI not as great as other ways and it would be nice to have some sort of AI to help improve the ROI. Doing that would actually mean a higher budget for us to spend anyway! we use it for our personalised jewellery www.annalise.co.uk

Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app.. I'm changing this from 1* to 3* just because the guys at BOLD are truely great, support and customer service is always good.. However, we are having to move to another app because the pricing on this version is just too high. originally they monopolized it because it used to be free and bold had to take it over. Literally by far the best page building app out of them all. Support is almost instant.. Everything just seems to work! And if you do mess something up, they are around to show you where you went wrong with video screen shots so quickly its great. I'm rebuilding my pages and deleting all the other builder app as with this one there just is no need for any others! Highly recommend..
