Excellent support as usual resolving an issue with the app. Always a pleasure to deal with.
The team at Boost is extremely helpful, it can be a little tricky trying to get features to work (for us it's because we have a super custom theme) but the boost team is always quick and responsive to jump in and help out with whatever we need!
Great app and even better customer service! We’ve been very happy with Boost and, in particular, the level of support provided by their team. Harry and his colleagues were excellent in helping us resolve a translation issue we were experiencing with the app. They were responsive, knowledgeable and took the time to investigate the problem properly until it was resolved. Joseph in support went above and beyond helping me today. I could not be more impressed with the speed of the responses and the actual fixes. We have a custom site and there was an issue occurring on our end that was causing a problem for us with our back button. People kept getting sent back to page 1 when they were on page 4 or 5 and clicked on a product within. Joseph was a real hero and went beyond all expectations to provide a permanent fix. Fantastic prompt and clear instructions and assistance from support and the app is perfect for our needs to create custom filters on an extensive product range. Very satisfied! Even later after installation when we installed a 3rd party extension that required a couple of changes, Support were able to help get things working between the two apps. Highly recommended.

Great app with some amazing features. Boost is a platform you can make your own allowing you to add more subscriptions as you grow your business. The support you also receive is amazing, the ai bot gives you alot of insight but you still have the opportunity to speak to the support team who will do anything to help resolve or answer a query.

Boost AI Search & Discovery helps us organise a very large catalogue of craft products. We have thousands of products across many different brands and categories, so effective search and filtering are essential. It makes it much easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for by filtering products by brand, theme, colour, range, and other attributes. This significantly improves navigation and the overall shopping experience. As someone who regularly manages collections and product categories, I also appreciate how flexible the filtering system is. It allows us to create a much better browsing experience for our customers, and whenever we've needed help understanding the configuration or troubleshooting an issue, the support team has been excellent.

The other day, we encountered an issue where the prices we had set in the marketplace were not displaying correctly on the collection page when the language was switched. When we contacted support, they responded promptly despite the time difference with Japan, and we were able to resolve the issue relatively smoothly. In the past, with other apps, it sometimes took about a week to resolve issues, so this support system was a huge help. We are very satisfied that they were able to resolve the issue on the same day we contacted them. Thank you for your prompt and courteous support.

I installed the app as a test and decided I did not want to use it in the end. It's extremely capable, but was doing too much for our type of store. After uninstalling it, it left behind some code in my theme, but they helped me to clean up the code.
Fantastic app to use alongside Shopify. The support is exceptional - easily 10/10 whenever I’ve needed help. The chat function is great for resolving smaller issues quickly, and when I wasn’t able to fix something myself, Stephen stepped in and had everything up and running within a few hours. Overall, an excellent service. Highly recommended.

We encountered a bug with a part of our website that was powered by Boost AI. We reached out to customer service and got some very helpful guidance from the AI chat bot about things we could do on our end to help resolve the issue. After taking all those steps and still experiencing the issue, we followed up with the chat bot and were put in touch with the development team for personalized technical support. They promptly resolved the issue in a duplicate of our theme so that we could test and approve before applying the change to our live site. Very responsive and friendly customer support!

Works great and customer service is super helpful!
This is a very useful app to improve your store's search and filter functionality. A couple of features I need are not available but Oliver from the tech team has tried his best to figure out a workaround for me. Though there is a thing I need is still missing, which is showing images of product variants based on more than one filtering option. The customer support is great and I look forward to when this feature is developed.

Boost allows implementing custom filter tree navigation in our shop and we are very satisfied with the results. The tool is easy to use and the stuff is extremely helpful. Great support as well.
The filter works amazingly well because it only shows the products that are actually available, ignoring sold-out size variants — which is perfect for our shoe and clothing store. After two years of using the app, we decided to move to a new theme and their support team was incredibly helpful. This is a great app for adding really advanced filters to category pages. Bear in mind the app will take over your category page completely and this will show its own version - but once you get your head around it - it works well. It's fairly intuitive to setup - and the support team are really good at coming back to you. Allows you to really think about how you want your filters to look
