Great App - however the best is the exceptional customer service from Nikolay, it is absolute top tier - thank you
Excellent app and excellent support! We needed a feature to show only the images of the selected product variant, and the team helped us get everything working perfectly. They were responsive, helpful, and even provided a solution that fit our needs :) Highly recommended if you're looking to improve the product gallery experience in Shopify
We just purchased the Product Page Slider and had some trouble getting it to work on our customized Shopify site. With the help of Nikolay, we finally got it to work on both our desktop and mobile site. Nikolay was quick to respond and within 24 hours we had it operating. It is nice to know that there is support when you need it. Thank you. So far, loving this app!
I got very good support from Nikolay regarding questions about image resolution. Responses were quick and informative.
Exceptional support & great tool! Highly customizable & pretty much has every feature required.
Excellent support by Nikolay over at Product Page Slider CS Team! We wanted to modify the dots minimal feature on mobile and have it behave a certain way and Nikolay was super fast in responding to our emails and guiding us in achieving the final look and feel of this product feature! We have been using the app for 2+ years now and absolutely love it!
WOW - this app is amazing, I was using a different app that looked cheap and changed to this one and it made a world of difference- but what really sets them apart is their customer service- I had a few questions, and they got right back to me with solutions and made my site even better! Recommend 10/10
Great app! I run this on 3 stores and it really enhances the customer experience. Support is very helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend.
Very easy to use and give to your website a more professional look. Highly recommended!
Just installed, now my product page looks more clean and functional even with the free version!I think I'll upgrade soon! Thanks
THE BEST APPLICATION! I am really very satisfied, the customer service is just amazing (thank you Nikolay the best ) ! Long live to this application
Perfect app for my product gallery.....plus customer service is top notch. I highly recommend!
Finally an app that has some customizable zoom options. This is the perfect solution for the Dawn theme's weird lightbox issues, thanks so much.
Excellent app. It does exactly what it’s supposed to: multiple layout options, good customization, and a much cleaner presentation than Shopify’s default product gallery. It’s reliable, well designed, and truly improves the visual experience on product pages. I fully recommend it.
Great app. Works effectively, easy to set up. Good and reliable solution if you need to set up thumbnails in product gallery.
Really nice app that works as intended, has nice customization options and doesn't seem to negatively impact page load times at all. Additionally, in a few instances when some slight tweaks or customizations were needed, the support team was super responsive and quickly made the needed updates. Thanks Gigilabs team for a great app and great support!
Excellent App. Exactly what I've been looking for, for a long time. Didn't find anything that worked to easily customize a good looking carousel. And the customer support is excellent. Had a minor image cropping issue and I contacted their support team. It was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this app.
Amazing app! Friendly and professional customer service. Highly recommend!
I was having an issue with my product images not aligning full width to the left of my product page since I have images displayed on the left and the information on the right. They were able to quickly fix my issue after I provided a screenshot showing the white space displaying and then how I would prefer it to display. Very happy with their quick and efficient results!
its a great app, ive had it installed for a few years! reliable and if you need support its quick. recommended
Great price, Amazing suport and very smooth and seamless setup. Really adds a feature that shopify has yet to integrate on their own. Really a must for selling any product. Videos sell! don't sleep on this app. Ive tried many others. cost more and full of bugs. This one rocks.
This is a brilliant app. We are using an old Supply theme and one of the real issues was the image viewer. When installed, with no additional tweaking, this app transformed the way our images were presented and will save us hours not having to make sure they are all they same size. Customers can now easily scroll through images without the selection bar moving all over the place. They can also enlarge them to full page size. We have looked at a few image apps but this one offers everything we require and I wish we had discovered it earlier!
**UPDATED** AMAZING SUPPORT Highly recommend this app!!! They go above and beyond for us. Great product great support. This took away all the work and need for developer help with my variant image issues. I would recommend for sure.
I'm really grateful for the support I received from the customer service team with the adjustments I needed for my website. They were so attentive and managed to solve my issue quickly, even on a Sunday. It made a big difference to me! Thank you so much for your help. I highly recommend their service to others.
fast customer support and I just checked the result of the app on the product pages, it looks promising. thank you!
I could not be more pleased with our product media with the GG Product Page Image Slider. It now has exactly the experience that I was after including setup and size of images, hiding variants when not selected and a beautiful, calm transition. The app is straightforward to configure and the support team have been superb, making tweaks to get it just right for our page! special shout out to Nikolay here!! With the GG Product Slider, our product page will have a look and feel beyond our Shopify plan and theme capabilities. Thoroughly recommend!
Awesome layout! Whenever it needed any adjustments the support team is very vigilant to fix it! Full marks
The app works well. It's a definite upgrade over the built-in gallery and support for it is excellent. //EDIT Just stopping by again to specifically emphasize how good the support actually is for this app... I've experienced a few issues/had some customization requests for it and literally everything has been resolved within a matter of a couple of hours. Just EXCELLENT customer service.
Very nice and uncomplicated app, I am very satisfied and people should understand that the employees also have a life, so just be patient until you get feedback, there are fixed working hours and that should be respected. I had a concern that was quickly resolved by the support team, thank you Nikolay! I can highly recommend the app!
Wonderful app that saved my live since the theme gallery I was using does not support basic features. Small spacing issue was solved promptly by Nikolay. In addition, I am using the included variant image feature that saves me money as I could replace another app that charged double the price. Win-Win.
Marvelous app with great customer support!!!
Super easy to install and manage and instant improvement to the look & feel of product pages
Great slider app and even better support. Lots of different customisation options on the appearance side and the tech support was super fast, they sorted a few issues I had out very quickly. Thanks Nikolay Most importantly, the slider works perfectly, on both desktop and mobile, has a great design and has definitely improved the navigation on my websites.
The app was very simple to integrate and works much better than our original theme's product page image slider!" The support team is extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Nikolay was a great help in getting everything customized for our store. Highly recommend.
The app was working without any hitch before Shopify theme update. It stopped after the update. Fortunately, there is a great GG Product Page Image Slider team to help. The response from the associate, Nikolay, was prompt and proactive. All worked correctly as expected after his intervention.
This is the best app for image slider. I tried a bunch of them and all of them without exception are broken one way or another. Out of the box everything was working correctly and for a few modification we needed, Nikolay quickly enabled us to have those custom behaviors we needed. Overall a solid experience. Things that really stand out with this app compare to others: * Beautiful animation and design * Clean setup and easy to implement your design * It actually make sense and it does not feel like playing 4-D chess to get what you want out of it. Things I tried and they were painful to get working and they ended up not working as nicely as they should have. I hate it that I wasted my time with them: Magic Zoom Plus Ymq Product Image Slider Do yourself a favor and just get this instead of them.
Awesome! This should have been available from shopify but not. Now the photos look so much more beautiful and most importantly, makes it easy for customer to navigate! There are tons of options/settings in the app for mobile and PC too! The customer service was fast and friendly as well! Cheers!
The app is easy to use and perfect for the product slider also The support is helpful had couple of issues with my collection but they solved them promptly and quick. Thanks
Quick and fast response. Had some imaging issues and always fixed quickly. Will definitely consider other apps created by them
Does exactly what you need it to do! Upon first download our theme wasn't supported but after reaching out they were able to fix that for us very quickly.
Great app! Having lots of images for each product was starting to look really messy and having the slider and all the different options, such as video, has really tidied the product pages up on the site. The slider also works really well on a mobile which was the priority. We had a few issues with image sizes for mobiles which were dealt with really quickly by the developer. He was very patient! Would definitely recommend this app.
The app works just as it should! My products are in a slider and website looks neat and professional!
Strongly recommended!! Super fast response and willingness to customize the app for our needs! 10 out of 10
Fast tech support from Nikolay. Excited to see how the product images and reviews will perform on our site.
Actionable Elements were needed on our product page, but the default from the app clashed with our design theme. Contacting the devs about it had them dive in and provide the necessary code to adapt the app to our needs free of charge. They didn't have to, but they did within 24 hours. Top-of-the-line service guys!
so far so good so far so good so far so good so far so good so far so good so far so good so far so good
Our products have a lot of variant images, and our current theme was placing hudreds of breadcrumb dots on the product pages. I looked terrible, until I installed this app. It's beautifully designed and made the product pages look so much better. After I installed it I had a couple of issues with a conflict on the css for our theme....the support teeam Gigilabs fixed it immediately. I wish all app developers were this good.
Great experience getting it setup. Support was very quick to respond and configure for my unsupported theme.
The App install was great! It works really well for our product slider! Customer service was excellent and fast! Highly recommend this app.
The app is super useful and has really tidied up my product page. That aside, the support is insanely quick... It actually stunned me how quickly Nikolay responded to me. When the slider was not displaying videos properly, he fixed the problem genuinely in under 5 minutes! Thank you :)
Great app and awesome service! Thank you so much! I reached out to support with a question about an additional feature of the app that was not originally intended. What was my surprise when an hour later I not only got an answer, but also found the requested functionality in the application.
An appreciated solution to the slider problem. After a few months, there was an issue with the whole thing being a little skewed to the left in my shop, and I am grateful to Nikolay for quickly finding a solution (thank you!).
Exactly what I was looking for. Works great and I don't have to worry about editing code myself. Thank you so much!
Wow, this is so nice! Beautiful presentation, a lot of options, and I appreciate the small store discount.
This is a wonderful app and serves its function well. Developer is helpful and patient with my enquiry. All my problems were fixed within a day. Thank you!
