Sam is helping me work through a deposit payout that keeps getting a error message. it is an unusual in that there are over 300 transactions associated with the payout. I am confident he will find a solution
So far a big improvement on QB desktop! It does have allot going on and can seem complicated. Staff have been very helpful though, including Je, and always quick to reply.
Great support from Maycel. We contacted the QuickBooks Connector team after the upgrade to the new connector and Maycel was quick, patient and precise: she went through each issue with us, opened a ticket for the development team and kept everything clear. The connector itself syncs our Shopify orders reliably (amounts and dates match Shopify to the cent), but for an Italian company selling across the EU there are still gaps: VAT codes on discount lines, 25% VAT rates matched to the wrong country, no class mapping yet, and no buyer name on receipts when customer tracking is off. The support experience made the difference.
Vinny was very helpful and genuinely tried his best to resolve my issue. Although the problem has not been fully resolved yet, I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to help throughout the process.

The app is missing some key details for personalization as other users have expressed. There was an issue with how discounts were being accounted for in relation to the net amount for transactions. I was unable to resolve it myself, but luckily Francis from the support team was super helpful. Issue was resolved within the same day!
I had Ivy from Quickbooks help me, Ivy was great, I am however disappointed with the new Shopify Connect integration as its not working as well as the old one.
I've been using quickbooks for years and really only have issues when trying to avail of the AI or automation - as long as you keep it manual, Quickbooks is an excellent product. Not fully on board with automating it. The support team is excellent however, especially Chelle! I've dealt with a lot of QBO support over the years and she was by far the most attentive and helpful individual I've encountered.
Juliet was very patient and professional. She tried to help, however she had to pass on to the engineers, so now I'm still waiting. It's been a few days since my orders in Shopify have stopped syncing in quickbooks and invoices are not created. I cannot access OneSaas to see any errors.
Nick was wonderful! But I am so DISAPPOINTED!! Completely destroyed. OneSaas worked perfectly! Now it's gone! Bring it back!!!

The QuickBooks representative (Sherwin) provided outstanding support today. They were highly professional, patient, and quickly resolved my shopifuy connection issue. They explained the steps clearly, ensuring I understood how to prevent the issue in the future. Excellent service 5 Stars for her support ***** App needs some work to be user friendly.
I'm currently having an issue with mixed payment orders syncing correctly but Sam is working to get a solution!
Ruth was extremely helpful, listened, very professional, and offered guidance and a ticketed resolution in regards to mapping of shopify. A very good outcome.

Francis was as helpful as it is possible to be in a chat support. I would always prefer phone support which is not an option. As far as chat support goes, Fransis was great.
The new version created a host of problems for me. I reached out to support and Jasmin helped fix the issue. She guided me step by step and was very patient and friendly.
Chat service Ronnie is really cool, very helpful. I guess you only need to understand better the app after that, it's nice. In a new problem Ivy helped my out to get my store synched, great job.
The sync settings on this new integration app are very limited compared to the previous version. I spoke with Chelle who looked into my issue and while there isn't currently a fix, I should receive notice once the developers add the features we need. Chelle was great to work with!
Has issues with an integration for three months. SHERWIN finally helped fix my issues
We created a mess from our side and contact support team. Waiting time is around 5 minutes. Francis assisted me to clear out the problem.
Something about a new app integration caused errors with the older app integration. However, Sam did a great job walking me through the process of fixing up the old app.
Chelle was an awesome help reverting the app to the old version which worked perfectly. I'm hoping in the future, any new app versions will be tested properly before implementing.

Had a few problems with information just not syncing properly and had no way to fix it myself. But Francis from support was super helpful and got everything done quickly.

Nick was an amazing support person. The app got replaced by an "upgrade" which is VERY broken. Nick walked me through restoring my old version of this integration, which always worked fine. Saved my bacon!
We recently connected our Shopify with Quickbooks online to ensure seamless sync with the numbers. We however noticed that some transactions were not moving into Quickbooks and reached out to the support team. We got assigned to Jebran, who was very resourceful, supportive and patient with us as we tried to figure out where the challenge was and automated the sync from their end to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate their speedy response and coming through for us through Jebran. A happy customer this one.
I'm a bookkeeper with 4 of my clients using Shopify and more coming. For those having issues with the new connector, I hope you can work you way through the new process, I spoke to two customer service agents today. WEN was helpful and had a good attitude. New Connector issues: I actually like the new connector, the old one had other issues that were very frustrating and time consuming, we used the 'payout only' option, but the sales were either input with "HST EXEMPT (Purchases)" or "Out of Scope", so we couldn't use the QuickBooks Sales Tax screen properly. We took our time to change all those Sales back to "HST EXEMPT (Sales)", because our clients usually had two to 5 avenues of income and we needed to see the total sales. Then we simply input a journal entry for the sales tax from shopify (the connector did not bring over the taxes). So, with the new connector, we choose to bring in all sales, turned off product tracking because that information is in Shopify anyways if needed, and then each sale is imported as a sales receipt to Undeposited Funds, matched to each payout to the bank. It can be very quick to verify that all the sales receipts and payouts match, and the whole process is a lot smoother for us. The hiccup I had today - One of our clients with 4000+ product/service items had nearly 200 products as 'inventory' instead of 'non-inventory', which I did not notice at first. This is where we turned off product tracking, deleted all those sales receipts and payouts, and requested re-sync. The first person I spoke with seemed to believe I was talking about the old connector, or didn't seem to understand the question - I honestly didn't look at the inventory items and neither did they. I spent nearly 2 hours on chat between the two, and although it will take another 3-4 hours for the sync to actually come through, I can say I feel confident with Saasant's syncing capability. We've used the saasant tool Saasant Transactions to move clients between QuickBooks accounts a few times now.
After being forced to a new connection that does not work Jebran kindly rolled back my connection to the old onesaas version - his efforts are appreciated. What geniuses in the higher ups thought that this new connection should be pushed without testing needs to be fired and they'll get a zero stars review but Jebran was helpful and the 4 stars are for him!

Wait time to get help was brutal. I now realize it's because this whole integration change is a hot mess, transition wise, and the reps need to take a ton of time to sort everyone out. Nick was very helpful and patient. This whole experience was very frustrating and he walked me through it, kept me on track and we got it done. Someone didn't plan this transition very well, but Nick was good to get me through it despite that. Thanks Nick.
The app works but the timeout errors are a consistent problem. The customer service and support is very good. They can help you with issues SHERWIN is a good help
Having issues with new Shopify app. While Jebran wasn't able to solve my issue, he was able to submit it to the proper team. Jebran was great to work with. Just waiting on the other team to respond with a solution to my Shopify Integration Issue
I appreciate the excellent service from Francis! Although we couldn't fix the issue inside the connector, she helped me find the solution inside Quickbooks. Chelle helped me so much!
Had connection issues, Jasmin tried to help, unfortunately the problem was not resolved via chat. She has passed on the bigger issue to her team to resolve. She tried her best and that is appreciated.
Rods was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the issue we are having is a known issue and we will just have to wait for the devs to create the update to fix the issue. Rods, however, was great!
When you have an issue, their support team is available to chat right away. Sam was right on it today, which was great!
Jasmin was very helpful and patient and walked me through each solution we could try. I was very happy with the customer service. Unfortunately, my account does have an issue that has still not been resolved, but Jasmin is continuing to work with me to find a solution.
App suit well my need and the interface is user friendly, notification are always on point when something block in the transfer. Customer service is proactive. The only issue is when you do an exchange on the same invoice in shopify, they do not transfer the exchange and it need to be manually done in quickbook. This is a great feature to have on shopify but unfortunately it add up a lot of data correction on Quickbook. Easy way is to use the refund + new order. Hope they will develop this feature soon, to change my review to 5 stars !
Jasmin was very helpful with my issue. Although QBO suddenly decided to temporarily remove the important order syncing part of the connector, Jasmin quickly offered the information and to notify me once this is fixed.
The verdict is still out but I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and using this app to connect my Shopify to Quickbooks. Sherwyn was very patient and knowledgeable. It felt like he was holding my hand. I needed my integration start date to Feb 2024 and he made it so that I would be able to. Let's see what happens. UPDATE: I finally pulled the trigger and I wish I would have done it sooner. JENNY was the best in helping me map my configurations. Answered all my questions and was there again day after day to help me maneuver through the data. Definitely ask for JENNY shes the BEST!

La configuration de l'application n'est pas toujours intuitive et il y a beaucoup d'étapes pour en arriver à une synchronisation entre la boutique en ligne et Quickbooks. Cependant, j'ai reçu l'aide de Rods quand j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec ma première vente et tout a été réglé. 3/5 pour la simplicité de configuration mais 5/5 pour l'aide reçue.

I had a few issues with the setup but the help team were fantastic and figured out the issues quickly. I would recommend using the live chat if you have any problems or don't know how to set things up. Ben was great!

Very quick and professional help from Nick. Easy to ask questions of and immediate responses. He has solved a few issues we had. The app itself works well but we have had to troubleshoot a lot of issues. Instructions on the app are minimal, so although it tells you generally what the problems are, it's not obvious how to solve them.

While the app is ok it does have bugs. And it if wasn't for the excellent support of people (Sherwin) it wouldn't be nearly so good. Thank you Sherwin! Sherwin gets 5 stars!
This app is crucial in sending sales from Shopify to QBO. I have never had a problem in 5 years. Sherwin was very speedy and new exactly how to fix my problem to get the two programs to connect again. Thank you Sherwin!

Ben helped me sync things up into QBO so quickly!
Has a small Shopify glitch where it uses a random clients name when automatically creating invoices with data it imports from Shopify. Otherwise this app integrates and syncs perfectly to QuickBooks without any problems. You might need some assistance from support with some of the settings as they can be confusing and might cause your data to not sync correctly. Support responds extremely fast and was quick to assist and help me set it up correctly.
chat with BEN. He performed a sync like i requested. Happy with the service. Also spoke with SHERWIN the following day. He was also extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
Have had a few hiccups with it so far but luckily, Nick, was able to help us out with our last one. If you are confused just send a message to the chat. They are actually helpful and Nick even fixed the issue himself.
I am just working on setting up our connection with shopify and Sherwin was able to provide a detailed answer for what I was having troubles with.
The QBO and Shopify connection is critical for keeping our business running but let me tell you the service side of this app is the best. I got stumped trying to figure something out and the support team here is great. BEN held my hand through some setup stuff I had messed up and we got a bunch of my sync cleaned up in no time!
Got little issues on sync but with Nick help everything went smooth again: very professional and quick solver.
So far so good. Ben has been a good help getting everything sorted.

Rom and Sherwin were both very helpful in fixing my sync issue with QB online! I was getting some errors and things were resolved quickly.
App has limitations but Nick has been very helpful with addressing our concerns.
Nick heard my problem, diagnosed the issue, and solved it within minutes. Pretty sure "Quick Nick" is what his buddies call him. Hope that guy is living his best life working remote in Bali or Costa Rica. Anyway, the developers continue to evolve and better the app. Premium integration at a low cost which mirrors the quality of higher cost apps that are out there. There's some integration limitations, but it gets the job done.
I just converted from the old OneSaas account to QuickBooks Online Global. Sherwin made the conversion really easy. He handled making sure the settings are the same as before and that the syncing is correct. Well done!

Ronnie was very helpful in getting the app set up properly after I had made mistakes. Very quick and easy to resolve the problem.
app is hard to use at first lots of settings which you need to look into.. 4 star for the app but 5 stars for Clarisse who massively helped me setting up the accounts and making sure they were correct.

The service with the connector is good but was only needed for when some transactions wouldn't go through. A little cumbersome, but the customer service made up for that (Thanks Ben)
