Used this for years. The new version broke it. The recent update rebuilt the integration and it's a step backwards for us. It created its own income and fee accounts instead of using ours, so our Shopify revenue is now split across two accounts in the middle of our fiscal year. Every sale comes in under a generic "Shopify customer" with a generic "Shopify sales item", so customer names and products are gone from our books. You can't choose between invoice and sales receipt anymore, the dropdown has one option. Worst part: sales tax isn't applied automatically. Every line of every order shows an empty tax field you have to fill in manually, or the transaction won't confirm. We have 41 orders sitting in review. In December we get over 800. That math doesn't work. And "add transactions automatically" is ON by default, so all of this would have posted straight into our books if we hadn't caught it. We're heading into our busiest season and now looking at other accounting software.
Since the update they really dropped the ball... making everything so difficult for a month now. The app was perfect and they bricked it... We have to do so much manually it just makes no sense, can't imagine an even bigger company then ours. Hope they fix it soon.
Zero notice of the upgrade, and removing the old Onesaas and now its botched all my accounts. No invoices only sales receipts. Zero value sales are not sent to quickbooks. Worse is that our zero rated sales are all entering as standard rated! Why have you changed it!!!
I have the worst experience with their customer service for the bugs. Suddenly, they updated the app and now app is creating duplicate invoice numbers which is a big risk to the business but non-existential support. With the new update, app starts breaking, bugs, incorrect data and wrong invoicing. time to switch to another app.
Poor, they keep changing things without ever asking if anyone wanted the change, recently the app integration removed ability to pull across transactions as invoices, didn't leave it as an option, and completely changed how we had to do accounting overnight which we're having to still figure out now, so thinking best to leave them. You go to complain and it's oh we can't take your complaint got to go to this other company so we said ok fine lets just complain directly to you then, oh no can't do that there's this 3rd company you got to complain to. How about I don't complain and vote with the wallet then and leave you?
WHY did you guys have to change this connector? It's super restrictive, I can't choose the type of transaction (sales receipt vs Invoice), it created a bunch of items and messed the chart of accounts unnecessarily. Absolutely hate it!
Like others, cannot sync the sales correctly Shopify created a bunch of tax codes creating a mess in QBO Why change something that is perfectly working? Really disappointed on the last updates from QBO
Like others here, we have had a terrible time with the new Shopify integration and Quickbooks support, which seems to have been overwhelmed. We have completely lost the connection with one of our stores and the other two still aren't functioning after several days and repeated requests for help. Even if we can get it to work it looks clunky and unhelpful.
I am also experiencing significant issues since the forced migration to the new connector. Apart from lacking the most basic functionality that the previous connector offered seamlessly, ie ability to distinguish transactions by class and different payment methods, it has a issue posting items with Shipping citing inactive codes (which they are not) that no one seems to be able to resolve and it is not recognising different vat types either. I have spent hours on chats for about 10 days now and am no further forward, if anyone has encountered similar issues and has managed to resolve them I would be grateful for their advice
I am struggling with syncing orders and products after the update. Products are not syncing at all. Orders are syncing but as sales receipts rather than invoices which is a problem for us. I need help. I later chatted with Chelle who heared all my concerns and reassured me that the issues will be fixed
(We've used this for YEARS, not 4 hours!!!) This app stopped syncing our Shopify transactions into QuickBooks Online after August 31, and like others it just takes me to a broken Shopify Integration configuration panel in QuickBooks Online when I try to open the app. Our Shopify-QuickBooks integration previously broke in April when they auto-upgraded us to a new connector app that required us to manually review every single $*%@$ transaction!
Shopify Connector Update Error - Campnsea Hi Intuit Team, During the app update for our account (Campnsea), we are stuck on "PROCESSING: We're updating your Shopify Connector app". Clicking "Edit settings" or "Review your app settings" immediately throws a "Something went wrong - Try again later" error. We cannot complete or configure the connector settings at all. Please clear this stuck update state on your backend.
After update the integration stopped working, orders are not synchronizing from shopify to quickbooks anymore. a real headache!
Why?? Why did they make us change to this broken app? The OneSaas app worked perfectly. This new app is complete garbage. PLEASE BRING BACK TO OLD APP!!!
The new "upgraded" connector has more limitations than features. It has completely messed up with our accounts and we had to revert all sales receipts that it auto-posted into Quickbooks. We have now made decision to stop syncing which left us with no sales imported into Quickbooks since 2nd September. Please revert to original app or fix the new one asap! I have already spoken to one of your experts who informed me that the new app is still in development... how can an app be launched without months of testing and answering feedback from users???
Poor execution on the "upgraded" app. It no longer syncs orders from Shopify and is unreliable. We were seamlessly syncing orders for 3 years via SKU mapping and now this feature is no longer available. Do not use this app, signed a sincerely disappointed customer!

This app is terrible, really bad transition to completely new accounting system. Do not recommend using Quickbooks and we are seriously considering switching if people have recommendations. EDIT: we have now had to transition, and this app is worse than expected. It is likely going to require us to hire outside accounting help to handle the additional accounting and reporting burden this app requires.

Hi there, sorry to hear about this feedback. Your concerns have been escalated to our development team and we are continuing to chase for updates. If any further questions please get in touch via qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com.
Beware of this connector, they just randomly integrated us and it changed GL accounts and the functionality was severely reduced. The features are not the same and it will not even create invoices! No advance warning, no advance details and the mapping features are not even close to the previous app functionality!
If there was another option i would use it. Unfortunately QBO is the only accounting software that syncs with Shopify. Customer service is generally terrible. Mostly they close the chat and leave you to explain the same thing to another rep for another 15 mins. Some features are very stupid. You cannot send statements to more than 50 customers at a time? Stupid. Often it will sync duplicated customer details so you will have to reach out to the admin team to delete and resync individual invoices which again takes too long as the teams priority is giving nice fluffy responses first, then doing the job!!!!!!! Frustrating. I find myself having to chat with the QBO team WAY more than i Should for what is a very limited use of there software. I need to sync and send statements, thats pretty much it. Why do i always spend so much time with your support team for something so basic??? And no, the customer information been synced is not any different.
New integration does not work. Why Am I having to now select taxes for every single entry before it will sync? Even When doing so some still wont sync and I get different error codes. Seems super glitchy and time consuming now. Very dissapointed

Our integration stopped working completely on September 1 and it is causing a lot of problems for our business and customers. This is not a reliable integration.

Update: I built my own Sales Receipt automation using Zapier as this app is now completely useless. I'm gutted. They completely destroyed the app. It used to auto-sync my Sales Receipts from Shopify to Quickbooks, but now it doesn't and support have even admitted functionality has been reduced since this new update. VAT doesn't sync properly, the shipping line item doesn't pull across correctly and receipts are not auto-created. Was on to support for 5 hours and it remains completely unresolved - they are just using AI to repeat back what you've said. Such a shame as it was all working fine and has now caused mayhem within my business. This is the problem with relying on third party app (and a warning to others) - things get updated/changed for the sake of it (without notifying the customers) and it causes major issues - as per other recent reviews have mentioned. We now have to look at getting developers in to revert back to the old way. Might have to delete the app. I've requested it to be escalated but not heard back. Please email me: elliot@tradewarehouse.co.uk
Hi Intuit Support Team, We are experiencing severe synchronization issues with the official QuickBooks Online app for our Shopify store (FAWAAH), which handles over 1,000 monthly orders. Following a recent update, the automated mapping stopped working correctly: Missing SKU Auto-Matching: Orders are no longer matching existing QuickBooks items by SKU automatically. Instead, all line items default to "Shopify sales item," forcing manual matching under "Integration transactions" for every order. Missing SKU Options in Settings: In the app settings under "Items," enabling "Product tracking" does not display any options to select or force matching by SKU. Broken Payment Gateway Mapping: Payment methods (e.g., MyFatoorah, Tabby, Cash) are no longer routing payouts automatically to their respective QuickBooks accounts as they previously did. Manually matching thousands of line items across 1,000+ orders is unfeasible. Please help us repair our integration mapping state, re-enable automatic SKU matching, and restore payment gateway routing without duplicating historical transactions. Thank you.

Like everyone says, this app worked, and now it doesn't. I tried to contact customer service, just to be told to contact the app developers. When I tried to find out how to contact the app developers, I reached the same site I was on previously. I can accept a company making mistakes, but I cannot accept a company basically gaslighting its customers (I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it really isn't). If you don't work with them yet, do yourself a favour and don't start! I'm unfortunately stuck in a position where I need to stay with them until I get up and running with a different service. Don't make a mistake and choose QB Online! I promise you'll regret it.
Sudden change of integration app without any notice given to users, the old app works perfect but now everything is missing, tedious manual review individually and errors everywhere which requires contacting their support. It's understandable why their support takes a long time to respond.
STOPPED WORKING. HARD TO GET SUPPORT. mid august it stop working. Tried to contact support took more than 2hr waiting to get connected and then they said wait for 24hr to re-sync if transaction appears in quickbook. If not then contact again to troubleshoot issue. This should not happen in first place if they do UPDATE right, even after breaking integration they don't contact customer to inform or any help. Even after they charged a lot every month for quickbook subscription.
Like others, I am getting the following message: Something went wrong. Failed to provision account. Error=AccountInactive: Your account has already been successfully migrated, or migration is in progress, so this connection can no longer be modified. I have contacted support via email, received a response, replied to that response and have not received a response from them 4 days later. I used the QuickBooks online chat facility to try to resolve the issue, but the support staff is not even aware of the Shopify Connector app that we are have foreably migrated to. Really dissapointing.
Super helpful app that takes the grind out of setting up invoices in quickbooks by importing the data direct from the orders in Shopify and processing the payment on them too... PAUL was a legend in helping me..super helpful in getting set up very friendly and took all the time I needed to get things right..... Very knowledgeable and I'm super happy so far..... UPDATE AUGUST 2026 - The APP is WRECKED. It no longer creates invoices, which is the basis of all sales. and it is now 50 times more time consuming to use. It might be the basis for a future improvement but currently its 50 steps backwards. Changed review from 5 stars to 1 star.
Still not recording sales tax in QBO > absolute junk since Intuit took over from OneSAAS

The original qbo connector app worked for years, this newly launched version is garbage! it is using inactive tax codes / auto put a custom sync date of October 2025 (creating duplicate sales & tax amounts) requires reviewing on things that never needed previously and is over all not relying on templating or rules. I have reached to to both QBO advanced support and integrations but they will not escalate the problem without jumping through ridiculous hoops and wasting hours of my time... They are using live stores as a sandbox to work out bugs on the fly... Intuit you can and should have done better (0 stars)

Second time this year the app has stopped working. No sync since the 13th August. Last time it wasn't working for almost 3 months! They have forced another update and it is not working After having almost 3 months of this app not working they have reinstated the old app today. Sherwin did a good job of sorting that today. Fingers crossed they don't change it again now. It has caused a huge amount of stress and disruption and should have never happened. The forced update in January was a complete failure and never worked. The management should have acted a lot sooner to rectify the problem

Completely destroyed. OneSaas (the legacy app) worked perfectly for 4 years, and they decided to launch a product with 1/4th of the functionality. Moving to Xero right now.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We have taken on board the features you are using and have raised this internally with our product team. Books deposits that don't match your bank, and support can't fix what their own tool breaks. Forced off the legacy integration (which worked for years) in June. Since then: every payout containing an edited or foreign-currency order books to QuickBooks at the WRONG amount -- the connector uses the pre-edit/authorized order total instead of what Shopify actually captured and deposited, so bank reconciliation fails and the error compounds daily. Shop Pay processing fees sync as $0.00. Three weeks into a support case, posting silently stopped entirely -- 25 payouts now stuck unbooked in the review queue. Their back office then modified our books without notice, correcting 5 payouts but leaving the originals in place, double-counting roughly $7,500 of revenue and cash. Support's answer to everything is send more screenshots, and eventually: please manually delete the incorrect transactions from your QuickBooks -- their words. If you use delayed capture, edit orders before shipment, or sell internationally, do not migrate. The connector's own Gross/Net column shows the right number on every payout; it just doesn't book it.

Intuit sunset the Onesaas connector in favor of a new one, which is a major degradation of service. The new connector is extremely limiting and customer service is way worse than it used to be ever since they started firing employees in favor of investing in crapy AI services. Now I have to manually import transactions. I would give this negative stars if possible.
This connector breaks CONSTANTLY. We have to create cases with QBO at least 3-4 times a month. Shame this app is still available, it simply sucks and is NOT reliable.

While the app recognizes the deposits, it doesn't record the sales tax. Why would an accounting company make an app that doesn't record sales tax on the transactions.

The most glitchy app ever. Intuit cannot create anything without an insane amount of glitches. Support just blames shopify for it not working and won't actually help you resolve the issue. Edit: I have waster over 8 hours and the staff at Intuit are the most useless people around. They literally hung up as they blame shopify for all the issues with their app.

Hi there, very sorry to hear about the experience. Could we request that you get in touch with out integration experts via qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com, so that we may assist?
Chelle helped us diagnose a few issues, and overall the support team is incredible, responsive, and generally happy to help. But they really are limited in their technical-backend know how. The problem here is that the application itself is laden with critical bugs and sync errors. After an internal audit, the connector missed over $4,000 in Shopify fees that it simply did not connect. We wasted roughly a full week of our accountants time trying to find various errors only to realize the connector simply is missing multiple entries. We opened a support ticket for: "Transaction cannot be applied to Deposit. Either Referenced Transaction's Account is incorrect or the Transaction has already been applied to another Deposit" Errors. It has been two months now and the support team is clearly perplexed and unsure of where to direct us because there is a major backend issue that has yet to be fixed. On the payouts, there is no CSV/ Export version to cross reference between the CSV from Shopify. There is also bugs on certain payouts which force you to review/ confirm every single order manually. We wanted to love this native integration and solution so much, but it simply does not work.
This app used to be great but does not evolve with technology. I have been using this app for 4 years now with constant promises from the developers for app fixes and improvements, to absolutely no avail. Really disappointed in it, especially because I have to find another connector app that will support our business now due to this app's limitations.
1 Star – Massive Step Backwards from OneSaaS I’ve been using the QuickBooks Shopify integration since 2020 (previously via OneSaaS), and up until recently it worked reliably and did exactly what it needed to do. Unfortunately, since QuickBooks deprecated the OneSaaS connector and replaced it with their new native Shopify app, the system has become completely unfit for purpose. The new connector is a significant downgrade: Products are not mapping correctly VAT rates are inconsistent or incorrectly applied Payment methods aren’t assigned properly Customer data is no longer linked (everything is posted under a generic “Shopify customer”) Hundreds of transactions are left sitting in the integration queue requiring manual review This completely defeats the purpose of automation and has created a huge amount of unnecessary admin, not to mention confusion for both our bookkeeper and accountants. The most frustrating part is that the previous OneSaaS system worked perfectly well. There was no need to replace it with something far less capable. As a result, we’ve now been forced to move to a £50/month third-party integration just to restore functionality that previously worked flawlessly for free. That’s incredibly disappointing. There are clearly widespread issues with this new connector, with many other users reporting the same problems online. Please bring back the OneSaaS integration, or significantly improve the current app — because in its current state, it’s simply not fit for purpose.
Shocking, the new Quickbooks/Shopify connector is a pile of **** I am getting rid of it as it's created such a mess. Quickbooks support is not existent, they just blame Shopify. No one replies here - qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com

Recently, I attempted to migrate to QuickBooks Online, with this integration being the primary reason for the move. I tried importing data starting from 7/1/25, but the integration does not transfer all transactions into QBO. For the transactions that do import, the system forces a “Review” on most of them, even though the information is always correct. This results in unnecessary manual work and appears to serve no purpose other than wasting time. There option to bulk confirm transactions does not work, and they are not added automatically. QuickBooks Online Connector technical support attempted to reset the integration on their end, but it did not resolve the issue. I have also tried purging the company file to reconnect, disconnecting and reconnecting the app, and forcing a resync. None of these steps have resolved the problem.

The new forced migration to the new connector is completely broken and does not work causing hours of additional work cleaning up the mess it creates. The new app was rolled out with nearly none of the functionality of the historical connector (which worked nearly flawless for years). Now we are spending hours each week manually making adjustments to transactions not properly synced with the new application.

Totally broken. Right now I am getting detailed transactions and can't switch to summary sync. Essentially this spams our quickbooks with every sale rather than sales for the day/week etc. I reached out to Intuit for help and their support people had no idea how to help. I've emailed their support team as well with no responses.

The integration isn't working, every time I reconnect the app it syncs only two transactions, and fails to bring any other transactions, and after a week I found the 2 "for review" transactions gone!!! Without shopify connector working properly this software is absolutely useless, any idea if there is a solution for this or if there's an update that I need to know about?!
Yeah wow. What can I say. Intuit is a 105.90 billion dollar company and their apps are absolute horse sh... You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for rolling this pile of crap out on us. There is no fixing this. Burn it to the ground, revert back to the old app, or start again.
Wen requested a review before he fixed my issue the new connector update is horrible and it still isn't' working correctly. I've been in the support queue twice for hours with no help. The integration app does not work anymore since they did the update in January. Horrible product and customer service.
UPDATE 02/16/2026: Almost 3 weeks since the new app launched and its still a pile of garbage! Not all sales receipts are syncing, new customers are STILL syncing as 'NEW SHOPIFY CUSTOMER" instead of the specific customer's details, so we manually need to add. Tax codes are STILL not working correctly, amounts are syncing EX VAT!! Wow!!Shoudn't you know that all UK sales include VAT??? So we have to manually change each line item to INC VAT. Sales receipts depositing to wrong account, we have to manually change that too. And if there is a shipping cost then kiss goodbye to even a partial buggy sync, you'll have to create sales receipts from scratch as the app asks you to put a tax code for shipping, but there's no place to put it. It was a steaming pile of garbage 3 weeks ago, and it still is a steaming pile of garbage today. Shame on Quickbooks for this tripe - they have the audacity to increase their subscription fees year after year after year and then they have the audacity to release a non-functioning app, adding HOURS to manual work daily for small businesses like ours who REFUSE to pay for a 3rd party app when Quickbooks are already taking extortionate monthly fees. UPDATE 01/27/2026: The app is still non-functional 4 days after the forced transition. We have dozens of mismatched receipts and we still can't add any downloaded receipts to the books, even after painstakingly matching the products manually, because tax codes are non-functional! The new app which will be mandatory for all Shopify users from 27th January 2026 is BARELY FUNCTIONAL. Issues: 1. New customers are not automatically created in Quickbooks. You have to manually check a box to add the customer in Quickbooks, otherwise Quickbooks just creates a generic customer called 'Shopify Customer'. This extra manual work is time lost on other essential tasks. 2. Products are NOT matched correctly between Shopify orders and their associating Quickbooks sales receipts. For example, a black sweatshirt on a shopify order matches to a petrol small t-shirt on the the Quickbooks sales receipt (!!). This means you have to manually change each product line item on each sales receipt to make sure everything matches. Needless to say this is a HUGE waste of time if you have dozens (or more) daily transactions and multiple product orders (pretty much every e-commerce store). Advice to all users that have to transition to the new app: Do NOT select 'automatically add transactions to quickbooks' in the initlal setup screen, or you'll end up with a whole lot of mismatched sales receipts and customers in your books that could take hours to clean up. The question must be asked, how on earth has Quickbooks launched a barely functional app, when the old one worked pretty much perfectly? Congratulations Quickbooks on dumping a perfectly working app for a garbage one that doesn't offer the most basic of features.

Fantastic customer support from Rom that solved all my problems with the app. It would have been impossible without him. Great app! UPDATE: they updated the app as January 2025 and nothing is working anymore. I have been waiting for an update from their customer service for 3 weeks and they keep telling me the developers are working on it. Terrible app and customer service
I have used the app for over 5 years. This morning when I tried to launch the app I get error messages telling me to contact support. After a considerable amount of time with support, I got a "solution" to copy and paste a link into an incognito window from now on when I want to sync my data. How is this even a thing? At best this is a BAD work around. The app was working fine on Friday and today it is not. What happened?

Hi there, sorry for the experience. We are working with our engineering team on these issues. In the meantime if you have any other concerns, please get in touch with us via qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com.
My 5-star review has gone down to 1 since the move to the new app, full story towards end of review. EDIT 9 Feb: I'm not reassured with support's comments that everything I have said is true. Also not reassured by the fact that BOTH the old and new version of the app seem to be pushing data into my system - they did not tell me they'd switched the old version back on (glad they did, still seems to work fine) nor do I understand why the new version is still pushing data through - thankfully I had used the "hold for review" setting so nothing bad has flowed through. MESSAGE TO SUPPORT: Explain the above and can you tell me why I was switched back to the old version without being told (it works, please leave it flowing!)? Also can I rely on data flowing through and how long for? Will the massive omissions and actual testing happen before you roll out the new version? ===== EDIT 8 Feb: I asked to be switched back to the old version and was told this could not be done. I see from other comments it is possible and data has started to flow from the old system but nobody told me. Honestly how are small 2 person companies like mine meant to deal with this nonsense? === My 5-star review has gone down to 1 since the move to the new app. It absolutely does not work. The way it is meant to work, from conversations with their "support" is totally different to the old way and cannot even cope with posting different payment methods into different accounts so they can be reconciled. I was lucky - I set my system to not auto post the transactions. Honestly an utter sh*t-show. Whatever imbecile forced this disaster on thousands of merchants with no warning should lose their job. I shall no doubt be forced to move to a paid for app by another company. Just roll it back, YOUR APP IS UTTERLY BROKEN AND CANNOT BE FIXED. Currently if you logon to their system, it warns you they've managed to duplicate transactions for a 2 week period. Moronic.

I want to second the one star reviews of the past few weeks. The new app is non-functional for our business. Our product mapping primary key between Shopify and QBO was the SKU number, but the new app no longer has this feature. Now we have to manually review each Shopify transaction and add the correct product and the correct class. It's not worth spending that much time. I would love to move back to the old integration app. UPDATE: After working with Jiji, she was able to reactivate the OneSaas integration platform again. I still need to do some work to reenable it, but I appreciate her help a lot through this.
Intuit forced a migration from the legacy Shopify connector to this new sync, and it is completely broken. Instead of posting sales properly, it routes every Shopify order into the Banking Feed, requiring manual acceptance one by one. Worse, none of the transactions can be accepted. Every attempt fails with a generic “Something isn’t working” error. Refreshing, reconnecting, or remapping does nothing. This is not user error. It is a backend failure shipped to production with no rollback option. Once migrated, you are stuck unless you fully disconnect and move to a paid third party app. The result is -sales stop posting to QuickBooks -books silently fall out of sync -accountants waste hours troubleshooting something that cannot be fixed -businesses are forced into paid tools just to restore basic functionality This app should not be live. If you rely on Shopify to QuickBooks syncing, do not install this.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback and sorry for the experience. We have asked our integration experts to reach out to you directly to get some additional details so we can get this in front of our development team. If any other questions or concerns please let us know via qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com.
I am also unhappy to have the existing well functioning integration replaced with less than a week's notice. The new app is rudimentary at best. The most glaring oversight is the ability to MAP payment types to different bank accounts in Quickbooks e.g. Shopify/Paypal to name a few. I was horrified when logging in that all the rules I have carefully built have been completed wiped out. Really bad customer service.

I totally agree with Just Tall, the new app doesn't work and is a complete disaster. Forced to upgrade to the new version and a week has gone by and we can't sync a single order from Shopify. Great work Quickbooks. Now what do we do??? Are you expecting us to manually enter thousands of sales into our Quickbooks or should that be Slowbooks as that is what it is now. Whatever happened to "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" maybe the head of technology at Intuit should try using his own product before changing what worked perfectly to this "great idea"

As of Jan 26 2026 this app is completely broken and useless. They forced an upgrade from a fully working solution to a solution that does not work AT ALL! Support useless - Total support suggestion was try a different browser or clear your cache. Are you kidding me?? Why are you BETA testing an app on all your customers? I like the new system and full integration with QBO UI but its just not ready. What are we suppose to do, Go pay for a 3rd party for 6 months till you fix it? Really whats the solution?

Hi there, sorry for the issues you are facing with our integration app. We have escalated this urgently with our engineers and your email continues to be flagged for further updates. If any questions please get back in touch with us via qbo-integrationsupport@intuit.com.
Jebran was very helpful and patient, but the issue is with the new version of the app which is missing significant features from the old version. This means Connector is of no value to me as it will not create Sales Receipts in QuickBooks and gives no warning or ability to initiate a re-sync. They should not have forced users to migrate to the new app until it at least replicated the functionality of the old app, hence the 1 star review, no reflection on the agent Jebran.

As of January 21, 2026 the app doesn't work, and there is no support available. When you try connecting it to Shopify it says: Something went wrong. Try again later. I contacted support 24 hours ago, and there is no any kind of reply. Looking at 1-star reviews, most of them are from the last few months. It looks like the app currently is unusable, with no support. I wish a reputable company like Intuit would provide better support for such a BASIC piece of functionality to their Quickbooks clients.

AVOID! This APP is having connection issues and the development team has been unable to get it corrected since Christmas. It worked flawlessly until mid December and after a Shopify update...this app has not worked as originally installed this summer. They have been working on it for 3 weeks now, still no solution. AVOID until further notice....seriously. We are installing a different APP until they get this corrected. Anvil Brand

After using the app for approximately three hours, we were charged for a full month. When we requested a refund, customer support was extremely slow to respond, and after nearly an hour of waiting, our request for a refund of the trial period was declined.

We recently installed this for our main store. Tech support started really well, but we soon hit the limits of their or their Bot's capabilities. We, like many stores, have D2C, B2B, and POS customers. The app is not capable of handling all three. You have to choose one which totally messes up your accounting. In today's world, how many stores operate on a single channel? We have tried to escalate the issue and have been given the runaround for two weeks now.
Initial support was great, but once we encountered an area that required real technical support, they fell short. No one took ownership of the problem, and we went round and round in circles with no resolution. They lack a methodology for escalating issues. Therefore, if you have both D2C and B2B customers, their syncing tool cannot differentiate between them and place them in the correct accounts in QuickBooks.
I really don't want to give this, as the team themselves are really great and support is generally really good, but the inventory sync is set up wrong. You should be setting on_hand not available as per the shopify documentation (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/inventory/fundamentals/inventory-states) https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/mutations/inventorySetQuantities
Wasted about 4 hours trying to get QuickBooks Online to work with Shopify. Had an in induction call where they couldn't actually help me set it up. Utterly useless.

I would be VERY careful using this app to sync your data from Shopify to QBO. There are things this app does not do and that they will not make you aware of in advance. Point of Sale exchanges as an example are not recorded. If you look in OneSaas the order will show as synced, without issue and no warning yet the exchange is not recorded in QBO leading to inaccurate inventory and financials in QBO. Looking over the product page, and the support page for the app, I could not find even an acknowledgement of the limitation (at the time of writing) showing this limitation. Very disappointing.
Horrible! If you use bundles-your inventory between Shopify and Quickbooks will NOT update. Spoke at length with the tech team and they state that they do not have this feature yet. Ridiculous. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they don't even write the software to support users with bundled goods with inventory that is sold via Shopify. Not even worth 1 star. Means have to continuously manually update inventory in QB for accurate info and tax reporting.
Doesn't work for Shopify stores accepting multiple currencies via Shopify Payments, the integration wants to charge fees in the wrong currency. Response from Onesaas was we should look elsewhere, no hope of it being fixed. I wrongly assumed an app supported directly by Intuit would at least work on a basic level. But just like their eBay integration, this Shopify integration has some fundamental flaws.
WARNING - The "sync" wiped out the entire shopify inventory, even though there were no products in QBO. This is the worst app i have encountered for shopify, there should be no update to shopify inventory is QBO has nothing!!
Simply does not work. Incredible that a native app by QuickBooks fails to connect to QuickBooks, i tried 2 days not a single invoice or a costumer was imported.
I tried to integrate Shopify with QuickBooks, sadly it changes all my Shopify inventory and I had to manually check all items in stock and recorrect the quantities.

Hi Royalclub, thank you for trying out our app and sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. The app features we advertise specifically states that we'll read stock numbers from your QuickBooks to overwrite Shopify, so if you do not have stock numbers set up in QuickBooks yet, please make sure that you do not enable the optional stock settings in our app. If you need any further help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Champions via support@onesaas.com.
Was a good app for integrations between MYOB and Shopify. Now with Intuits takeover of OneSaas and their decision to try and remove integration options with their opposition MYOB, they are dropping MYOB support in July. They are refusing to provide support or assistance with changing over to another platform. Frustrating!

Hi Maintrac Group – Our customer champions are happy to help with any questions you might have about your OneSaas syncs when migrating to another integration. With a lot of integration platforms in the market, it is hard for us to recommend specific services that would cater for individual businesses. Please reach out to support@onesaas.com if there is anything we could help you with in regards to your data syncs that could help in finding an alternative service. Chat soon, The OneSaas Team
Didn't sync sales receipts (which is the only thing I care about today) and synced products not using the name field and populating the income category with a cost of goods category. Complete waste of a whole work day.

Hi The Honey Exchange, Thank you for your comment. The issues you are describing sounds like you may have mis-configured the app settings and should be easily fixed with a few tweaks. Our experienced customer champions have reached out to you, and will be more than happy to help you get set up, simply email us at support@onesaas.com
I installed this app with high hopes. I setup the app and tried to sync my shopify and quickbooks inventory according to the instructions given in this app. I spent a day fixing the names in both platforms. But when I finally synced it, I had duplicate of of my inventory in QBO. It is a big mess which I can't even solve. Quickbooks doesn't allow merging of two inventory items, nor can I delete my inventory. I followed their instructions VERY clearly and now am stuck with an irreversible problem. This is very very frustrating.
Developer reply ·
Hi Gears For Ears, It is unfortunate that your sync created duplicate inventory and can understand the frustration. Our team have reached out to clarify that our system offers the option to match with QuickBooks SKU or Name fields. For QuickBooks Online, the NAME field is mandatory and unique unlike the SKU field which can be optional. As a result, our integration offers the capability to match Shopify SKU with QuickBooks Online NAME field which can prevent this duplication. We’re grateful for your feedback and are working on some UI improvements in reducing the confusion you’ve outlined. Our team are always available for chat when in app or our website and you can email them any questions at support@onesaas.com – We’re happy to help with any questions you’re unsure of before you start syncing. Best regards, The OneSaas team
I began using this app in order to cope with the mountain of paperwork that I have to enter in both Shopify and Quickbooks. My first mistake was doing it on a Friday afternoon. Little did I know that the OneSaas team does not work on the weekends. The result of the sync was that my inventory in Shopify was completely messed up. Most items showed as being out of stock and others showed numbers that made no sense like 4000 of one candle scent. The problem was that I had variants of items in Shopify but not in Quickbooks and the app could not make any sense of it. Fair enough but the reason that I'm giving OneSaas a 1 star rating is because of their appalling customer service. First off, I was not ever able to speak to someone about the problem but only in an email and not until the end of the weekend, 2 1/2 days later but also because in every single one of those emails, different members of the team chose to tell me that I had received multiple warnings of the problems that could happen and that the whole situation was my fault, oh and they could do nothing to solve my problems. The only warning I saw was this: "you need to make sure that you have your Accounting as you master inventory before enabling the stock level workflow". This did not make any sense to me. I tried to ask about this on Friday but they had already left for the weekend. They just kept repeating that I had been warned and it was my fault. I was even told this in my chat in which I asked how to delete the app and my data. Customer Care Champions? I think not! This review is a warning to all who might be considering this app. If your inventory is not squeaky clean, think long and hard before using this app. It will seriously mess your inventory up and the Customer Care Champions won't do anything but lay the blame at your feet.

Hi Smockingbird’s, It’s an unfortunate experience to have your inventory misaligned in disparate apps when you’re after a way to solve mountains of manual paperwork. Our support team have reached out and have found the source of inventory discrepancies and stopped the automatic syncs that were configured. Our knowledge base articles are available for guiding integration setup and stock syncs when our support team are offline. The alerts and help icons in our app often link to specific articles for further guidance on the workflows that our users can configure. The stock levels workflow available in our app is optional and will not sync inventory unless you enable the workflow and click save to acknowledge that the workflow will sync the stock levels controlled by QuickBooks Online. Our team are more than happy to help with any configuration settings that users are unsure of before they start syncing data. We’re available to chat live in app or on our website 24/5 or by sending a quick email to support@onesaas.com -OneSaas Customer Support
This app/company are both unresponsive. If you're a Canadian business, look elsewhere. Their integration will not work with multiple tax rates (provincial tax rates). Also, though responsive on email, they will refuse to call you when asked and fixes will take 2+ weeks. This is all very confusing to me because it worked perfectly fine with my trial? Also, they are an Australian company which will keep you waiting for a response.
Developer reply ·
Hi Eric, As we've discussed privately, we've given you a full refund on your yearly payment. It was very unfortunate that our support staff were unable to call you at a time that suited you. Our live-chat support staff are available 24 hours to accomodate our customers across the globe. In the meantime, our development team is in the process of debugging the issue around the grouped Canadian taxes. We will notify you as soon as the issues are fixed so we can get you set up on a new free trial. We'd love to give you the opportunity to try our update before subscribing to our paid service again. Best regards, The OneSaas team.
I think this might be a good application if I can get it loaded properly. Very confusing on boarding, with very little support. I have been trying to chat with someone for support for a couple of weeks now. I will revise my review if they get me going and the program works well.
Ok so I thought Onesaas was going to be the answer to my problems. I sell products both online and over the counter. So my problem was tracking changing stock levels between shopify and my store. So I need an app to update stock levels between shopify and my accounting software. However Onesaas does not do this. At least not for Sageone. If I sell an item using sageone then Onesaas does not update shopify. I though initially it was me and the way i had it setup but I contacted support and they confirmed how useless Onesaas is.
TERRIBLE app - 'automate your business' - it does not do this at all! The integrations break down every couple of months so you have to continually check its still working. Right now nothing has been integrated for 3 weeks and their idea for a solution is to manually enter every individual invoice wasting so much time and money. I would not recommend this app at all!
This "integration" set ALL my inventory counts to 0, I lost sales for an entire day & now have to spend time and money doing inventory counts again... Customer service was no help, says an "Integration Preparation" email went out but I never received this nor did i see a warning or note where it says your QB's inventory count is the master inventory and to manually enter inventory into quickbooks before the first autosync. You would assume when integrating, that EVERYTHING especially inventory counts get automatically imported to your accounting software but no, it does not. For some reason you get skew #, name, everything else but the inventory count & pictures of each product in quickbooks thru oneSaas. This would not be such a big issue if they would at least allow you to restore your inventory counts or undo a sync but no they do not, neither does shopify.
This app erased a LOT of my inventory in Shopify after it's syncing. It's now caused me to shut down while we do inventory and lose out on sales. I've emailed and have yet to get a response. This is completely unacceptable!
