He walked through multiple tests with us, helped identify a working solution, and escalated the remaining issue to engineering for follow-up. We're not quite finished with the integration, but Rods made excellent progress and provided outstanding customer service. The connector works well. Our business stretches the limits of Shopify so we expected some challenges with the QBO integration. Samantha did an excellent job and gave us the guidance we needed. Nice work!
I have used Quickbooks Online for years, but have never integrated our Shopify account. The process was pretty seamless, but where the service really shined was with the support staff. Jenny was incredibly helpful and took her time with me. We were able to communicate via chat for about 2 hours while she answered all of my questions and concerns. By the end of our session I left feeling more confident about the connector and the role it would serve for our business model. I am hoping this Connection is going to make a world of difference in boosting our efficiency. Thank you, Jenny for your patience and great communication!!
Works well with a couple glitches around deposit matching. 5 stars for Ruth - she has helped me get a workaround for those issues.

we have had a fair few issues with the new integration upgrade which isn't great at all so have contacted quickbooks a few times with various issues. This time round, Jeb was our contact, he was quick and efficient and explained the issue quickly and honestly unlike some of the other contacts we have had who have not helped at all. I had an excellent experience with QuickBooks Online chat support, and I especially want to recognize Francis for the outstanding assistance he provided. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to understand the issue and walk me through everything step by step until it was completely resolved. What stood out most was that Francis never made the process feel rushed. He stayed engaged, clearly explained what we were doing and why, and made sure everything was working properly before we finished. That level of customer service is greatly appreciated, especially when dealing with something as important as your business finances. Francis is an exceptional representative of the QuickBooks team and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. UPDATED: Spoke with Sam today about the connector app, and he was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving my issue. Thank you to Sam! UPDATED: The onesaas shopify connector app used to be seamless until they had an "upgrade". Although there are definitely some issues with it, the customer support they provide is top notch. Jasmin went out of her way and even offered to stay after her shift to help me with some sync issues. If I had to choose an app with problems that had great customer support versus an app that worked well but had terrible customer support, I'd choose the former and would hope they all were as good at their job as Jasmin. Jasmin is a difference maker. Thank you! It does a fantastic job of helping me keep my invoicing, payments, and inventory in sync with my storefront and my accounting. Sherwin helped me to today with an issue that was solved professionally and quickly!

I have been using QBO for a few years and just had an amazing experience while using the OneSaaS app to address a small issue with the syncing between QBO and Shopify. I managed to fix it easily enough, then a customer service person called Jasmin popped up on the chat tool. She asked if I needed help with anything else, as the initial problem was fixed, so I asked about a few of the syncing options in the OneSaaS app as they looked potentially useful but I didn't know much about them. Long story short, I now have the Shopify fees and refund receipts automatically syncing with QBO. These two things have caused me so much work to manually achieve over the years, so I am incredibly grateful to Jasmin for taking the time to explain how they worked and getting them set up for me - it will save me so much time! Jasmin, thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated! Update (27/08/26): I just had difficulty setting up the new QBs connect app. I used the chat tool and spoke to Vinny who was incredibly helpful. No way would I have been able to work out how to set the app up correctly if it was not for them. Thanks Vinny!

Wennie was a very helpful advisor and got us up and running after we had gone round in circles for hours trying to make the apps talk to each other. Integration of quickbooks and shopify with its new updates meant we could not work the way we had done for years and so Wennie talked us through the whole process and managed to get it al synced and it all seems to work be it in a new format. QuickBooks is always great at supporting small businesses. I was on a call with Francis who did a great job making sure all my problems were resolved. I was extremely busy but he took his time and stayed on the call until the situation was resolved. He was thorough and found other avenues to fix the problem.
I had some significant integration issues with my Shopify store. I worked with Francis. She was excellent having thorough knowledge of both QB and Shopify and understood every aspect of the process. I asked a lot of questions, and she took her time not only explaining how but why so I could understand. I will actually try and request Francis when I need additional help. I wish she was on our internal team. Best we have worked with, and I sincerely recommend her expertise.
