We use this app in our shop and for the most part this works very seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time messaging customers and creating the draft orders ourselves with the bulk discount. If we ever have issues, the support team is quick to respond and fix the issue on our site while I can focus on my business!

They app is excellent, I had an issue that it did not work for some of the other currency however, however Alyne helped us to get this resolved.

Not actually unlimited on the paid plan. We received an error after 22 discount groups that we were approaching the max file size. The 33 groups each had 3 discount tiers.... this is far from unlimited.... Yes, the file size is a limitation of Shopify, however, the app makers know this, it's in their FAQ, yet they advertise unlimited discount groups....

Excellent app and professional support when needed through their live chat. We've tested other bulk discount apps but frequently had issues with cart drawer compatibility – this app works seamlessly. Having lots of issues with the app but they are quick to fix the issues. The offer is very good and customers are opting in. Instead of purchasing one set they are buying two sets and get almost 60$ off. Good deal !

I have been using this app for a while now and had a small technical issue with discounts being applied. I contacted customer support via the chat icon and it was fixed within 10 minutes. That sort of service is what keeps customers, I recommended this app.

This app was exactly what I was looking for with the best pricing of the bunch. I had some rather nuanced questions at midnight EDT and Josh and team responded within minutes. It's the 2nd app from Website On Demand that I use and it has helped me a lot. The only thing that they maybe can improve is some sort of import on products, as sometimes selecting by collections won't work due to a product being on multiple collections. Other than that, the support has also been great and replies on a timely manner.

It might be that you have another discount group enabled that prevents your previous discount group to be enabled again. In that case, you have to delete the other one. The free version is perfect for my small catalog. I needed to calculated discounts as $OFF, not %, and this app performed! Formatting the table was not 100% intuitive, but the customer service team responds, helps, and explains. They even made some customizations I requested - even though I'm on the free version!
I had a problem with my theme. The assistance welcomed me and replied in a very short time to my numerous emails! Very nice and friendly, and the problem was solved in less than a business day! Super, recommended.

after trying quite a few this was my favourite discount app - it allowed me to use multi discounts and was flexible and neat with many custom display options . I had a few minor issues with screen needing refreshing to update discounts when extra quantities added in cart, the team replied to me and sorted all my minor issue within hours even at weekends i am very impressed , I can thoroughly recommend , thank you

I have just been in the first week trial period of the app. The features and settings are just what I have been looking for. As you can imagine, not all apps will work perfectly with any given theme. We plan to use Bulk Discounts Now to provide buyers an opportunity to save money by purchasing additional product units. While pleased with the initial installation (easy set-up, clear UI/UX, etc.), I encountered some challenges with redesigning some of the discount table layout. I submitted a Help request to the platform support team via their online form. I was pleasantly surprised by the rapidity of response: a support agent named Jabir got back to me within the hour. He and I went back and forth over the course of 3-4 emails, progressing quickly each time. At some point, Jabir handed off my support case to his colleague, Vlad, who proved equally prompt and professional in his replies. After perhaps 90 min's, Jabir and Vlad had completely solved my problem. Net/net, I'm *incredibly* pleased with this company customer service, will upgrade my subscription as a result, and will gladly tell my IT friends about Bulk Discounts Now. Larry

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. One of the best quantity discount apps I have seen so far and I have pretty much tried all of them. Great features, easy to understand and set up. I am using a paid theme which are not usually compatible with all apps out of the box and this app's developers modified their app to work with my theme and other apps perfectly and were very prompt doing it as well. They also didn't ask for anything to modify the code unlike some other app developers I have run into. Do yourself a favor and go with them and you should be happy with the support and efficiency on top of the great app performance.
