Great sections and great support, fast replies. Had 1 problem with the header section and when support couldn't meet my needs, they refunded me for that section, so there is no risk in buying sections here

Section Store est clairement une excellente solution afin d'améliorer les thèmes Shopify gratuits et combler le gap avec des boutiques au rendu beaucoup plus premium, sans avoir besoin de développement complexe. Les sections sont bien pensées, faciles à utiliser et apportent une vraie flexibilité dans la création des pages. Gros point positif également pour le support : rapide, réactif et efficace dès qu'on en a besoin. Le seul bémol reste le prix de chaque section. À 9$, cela peut sembler un peu élevé, surtout lorsque les besoins évoluent en cours de création du shop et qu'il est difficile d'anticiper toutes les sections nécessaires. Une fourchette autour de 5 à 7$ par section semblerait plus juste. J'enlève donc une étoile à cause du prix et de l'absence de remboursement, ce qui oblige à bien réfléchir avant chaque achat. Cela dit, même en cumulant plusieurs sections, cela reste au final moins cher qu'un thème payant, surtout avec l'avantage du lifetime. Je recommande malgré tout.

Great. Sections are not 100% customizable but are satisfactory for the most part. Happy with the performance - no noticeable bugs nor additional load time. Customer Support is top notch - Shoutout to my boy Alfred.

Took a long time to get someone's attention from support, but once I did get their attention they were fantastic at helping fix a small issue. Now the add on works perfectly.

I've been using this app for years, and I have experienced some problems with some of the sections and their functionality. However! The customer service has never let me hanging and has been able to find solutions to all the problems I had. I just faced more than I would've hoped. I would still recommend this app highly, but I'd expect a couple bumps along the way. Nothing that hopefully their customer service can't fix! They are very kind. Thanks for all the help!

Super godt, men der er nogle sektioner, som ikke kan testes. Derudover så fejler nogle, hvor man ender i en 404, når du vil teste sektionerne.

The section I wanted (Hotspots) didn't suit my specific needs, so the team were happy to swap it for another at no cost AND offered me an additional one complimentary to support my new website setup! So very grateful!

I had a bad customer service with this app but they managed to jump on my issue and help me with a fix quickly. I give it a 4 star just cause of the initial hiccup, but the fact that they managed to fix my issue fast is very impressive and it shows they care.

I suggest you try to add some free SS sections to your store before buying just to see if they work with your theme properly. Never the less the section store team will help you with any issues you may find on the way.

Downloaded the wrong section and within a few hours the team had exchanged and swapped it out for the correct one without any issue. very helpful and timely support.

Overall good sections, but im missing the option to have the original button style of my theme integrated in these sections, so the section store sections will match the button style of my original theme.

Great App and very prompt response from the team. Understandably team might be getting lots of request everyday, but the only suggestion would be that team reads/understand the query/request from the users carefully before responding them so many to & fro communication can be avoided. And I believe this team would improvise this going forward. Having said that I am happy to have got connected to this App and the wonderful team behind it. Really appreciate. Keep up the good work.

Sections came pretty handy when me and my team wanted to have different sections related to our social media, testimonials and our partners. The sections team in fact went one notch up to help us out and the process was quite seamless. Highly recommend using their features.

The app has been a game changer for what we do on our website- love that it is all in one app and you just purchase the sections once and don't pay a recurring fee. Some things need a bit of modifying to get working with our theme but the customer support has also been incredible and theyve fixed all issues very quickly.

So far, my experience has been very positive. I have purchased two to three apps here, all of which work very well. On the rare occasion I needed support, I received a prompt and helpful response with clear solutions. Overall, I can only speak positively about this platform and will continue to monitor how things progress.

2023: This app has excellent modular features, and is clever in its design, use and build-out potential for a merchant store such as ours. Already its proven itself fully after just 1 paid-for section install; and the support to customize it that we received from Daniel against a deadline to go live was impressive.

Nice testimonial section to add to my Shopify store. I had to edit the CSS to make the testimonial text align to the top of the panel but otherwise it was exactly what I needed.

I have used the Shoppable video section. When I executed it for the first time, there were some glitches, but after connecting with support, they fixed it. Support will replay, usually within 24 hours. Thank you

I have been using Section Store now for months now. The main reason for the 4 stars is not every section is perfect to integrate into your shop and certain sections do not have a mobile friendly breakpoint. Always check the demo store for that section. In general though they are always adding new sections which I like to see and means the app is active. And love that is a one time fee for a pick and choose what you like.

Apps are ok but there are some bugs like not appearing as well on mobile etc. Customer service took some time to respond even after given access to website and I'm not comfortable on leaving access for long periods of time. At the end I just forgo the app. Out of 6-7 that I bought, at the end maybe just ended up using only 1 and the rest is just a waste of money.

The app itself is good, lots of sections to choose from and they charge one time fee instead of monthly. But the customer service is horrible. I emailed about two bugs and the responses were extremely slow, and they didn't even bother to read my emails . After two weeks of emailing them about the bugs, they are still not fixed. So I'm giving up and switching to the other app.

**Update: I was able to come to a resolution with the team at Section Store, and whilst it took a bit longer than I'd have liked, I'm grateful for their efforts. Thank you.** I purchased one of the comparison tables from Section Store, and after purchasing I learned that it gave me the option to add limited columns, which wasn't listed anywhere on the sales page. I've messaged the team multiple times through the contact form and email supplied to try to get some resolution with only one reply coming from them saying they haven't received any of my messages. If you're looking to buy one of their comparison tables, be aware of this as it is pretty restrictive. If I get no reply, after weeks of chasing already, I'll be left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback on my credit card.
