It worked well to collect sign-ups but make sure you delay the pop up to give customers a chance to browse a little before the offer pops up.

Works good. But it lacks some customization. Can we create like questions or quizes or games as forms popups?

Good as a basic but lacks more advanced setup

Overall it's pretty good. I just wish it had a few tiny featues. The ability to create your own subject with metafields for example. Just for email organisation. That's all that it would need to get 5 stars from us.

Works as it should. Decent number of customize options. The "X" to close the popup needs to be moved to the outside of the popup or closer to the corner as it is too close to the title copy area.

A little buggy on my Mac but gets the job done to capture my leads custom info once you refresh a few times.

For the most part it is easy to use and successful at managing registrations. An update that we'd find helpful would be creating some sort of visual status tracking for form submissions (such as highlight/checkmark) - currently they all look the same and stay visible even after they have been completed. Currently we have to click in to the customer to see the tag we use to indicate completion.

It's made capturing emails SO MUCH EASIER. Two areas of improvement: - Sometimes it takes too long to load, losing potential leads - Missing button customization, as it's clashing with the rest of the store's look and feel Otherwise, a 10/10! Must have.

It works well and actually generates leads.

Sugiro que seja inserido um campo de agendamento de activação-desactivação do form. Uma vez que são pop-ups, e alguns promocionais, posso apenas querer mostrá-los em certas horas, e só manualmente. Se tivesse timing, seria um 5 estrelas!

The form needs a bit more flexibility. For example, options to adjust font size and a custom CSS input field.

Easy to customize and use

Great, simple app, but really needs some advanced styling options. I want to adjust all text sizes, weights, and more. Also want to adjust the button styling so that it matches the rest of our website (like corner roundness). I hope this app gets updated because it's close to being perfect.

Easy to setup and a whole heck of a lot better than the original 'Newsletter signup' function which only requested an email address. Just started using it and waiting for the first submission so, leaving it at four stars for now. Of note: the hyperlink function in 'Consent disclaimer (optional)' and 'Success' don't work in Firefox. The form either locks up or nothing happens (I suspect it's a pop-up blocker issue, as ir worked fine in Edge).

Super helpful app and it has gotten me significantly more email subscribers! I just wish that I could see a graph of how much forms are working across time

Setup was easy and most customers use it. However, I have two suggestions: 1. Add the ability to insert an open text field to remind customers to confirm acceptance in their email. 2. Modify the birthday field in the data download. The pop up appears correctly, but the customer data download reads yyyy-dd-mm for some customers and yyyy-mm-dd for others.

La configuración es clara y permite personalizar formularios básicos sin complicaciones. Sin embargo, he encontrado algunos inconvenientes que podrían mejorar la experiencia del usuario. En primer lugar, no permite insertarse correctamente en páginas con contraseña para accesos prioritarios. Aunque aparece en la personalización de la plantilla, los formularios no se visualizan al público y solo funcionan mediante saltos, lo cual limita su uso en páginas exclusivas. Además, la funcionalidad para enviar una secuencia de emails a los usuarios registrados es bastante básica. Solo permite añadir un mensaje corto con un límite de 155 caracteres, lo que puede resultar insuficiente para muchas estrategias de marketing. Otro aspecto mejorable es la falta de opción para descargar los datos recopilados en formatos como Excel o CSV desde el back office. Esto sería muy útil para analizar información rápidamente o integrarla con otros sistemas. Overall a good app for free, other alternatives have the option to control how long the pop-up will appear again after the costumer closes it. if this option would be added that would be great, and maybe control over the font size in the app. thank you!

Setting up is easy. Since its a free native app from Shopify, I believe it will already be optimized for performance. A lot of merchants have requested for options to customize designing, and Shopify has assured it is in the works. I have a few suggestions: 1. Give option to add separator line between sections 2. Give option to add a different email id for each submission to be sent to, instead of registered email id. 3. Allow exporting submission entries on demand 4. Allow making headers bold 5. For single-line and multi-line text fields, allow adding headers 6. Allow splitting form into multiple pages 7. Include "OTHERS" as a default option for radio buttons where needed, and when selected, give an option to include a field for users to add text Thanks Team Wet and Dry Personal Care

Podiam aprimorar habilitando a função de escolha. Exemplo: após a conclusão da compra da cliente, ela recebe essa form em formato de pesquisa com alternativas, sem a necessidade de cadastro de email ou quaisquer outras informações.

Easy to use, set up, and integrates seamlessly with the store. However, I couldn't find an option to allow customers to opt out of marketing emails using the form. It would be great to have this feature added.

Simple forms that are easy to get going but the lack of being able to add CSS styling or other basic layout options is a definite drawback. Works fine for basic forms.

Good as a pop-up form. So would give it a 4. Lacks in functionality though, would be great if their was more integration with Shopify to allow: - Custom Contact Forms - Integration with Email for post purchase form as an example Given its a Shopify App, I expected a bit more basic functionality.

Love how it integrates nicely with shopify emails, shopify flow, shopify discounts and allows easy tagging (which you'll use for flow). Love that its free! However, it's a bit of a learning curve for beginners as there aren't a lot of video resources/ tutorials when it comes to integrating it with other shopify apps, and using tags. Also CSS design changes are limited, as the app doesn't allow targeting for CSS within the forms. I was able to target the section/container the form lives in and do some design stuff there, but thats about it. You are stuck with the design options the app gives you in the editor (which is sufficient for most forms).

Easy install and config. I embedded it in several page on page level and also template level. I like also the popup version. Until now i don't have any complaints. only 4 stars because no time (hrs:min) field , no embed in pages and for very slow loading

I received help for my query after a day or so. The founder, explained that it was possible to embed as an inline form. I just needed to create a template for this from my 'page' (this is where my content was and where I wanted the form to appear. Once a template was created in the theme customiser, it was straightforward to add the app block and then input the app ID so it appeared on the page. Very relieved to get this help and hopefully they will be updating the knowledge content to explain this with even more clarity as on first glance it doesn't seem possible to embed at all.

Great app! but can we customise the layout rather than having all fields in vertical order?

Some additional functionality like opting to NOT add a default tag to customers, or allowing to inject custom styles (the default mobile styles make the form nearly unusable) would improve the experience from a shop owner's perspective. -------- Previous review: Nov 5, 2023 Largely does what it says out of the box. But extremely frustrating that it basically ignores existing customers. So if you want t add a tag for example, it'll only work for new email addresses, making this a very limited use case app.

Really cool! Just wish I can change the x-button color to white on the teaser to match my text color.

Could you create a function where the popup stops being shown for a while if the customer clicks on "X" to close the popup without signing up? Because it continues to open even if I click close, when I load the page again, the popup appears. This is boring.

It's called Forms, but should be called "A Form" I would like to see this app support multiple forms across the store. Right now, the app allows creation of a single form only. It does only one thing - create a pop up form to collect email sign ups on your store. A pretty useful and basic functionality, but it would be so much more helpful if more than one forms could be created.

La app es muy buena pero presenta problemas con Iphone para el cierre del popup. Agradecería si me ayudan a solucionarlo en mi web. El popup solo cierra si le das doble click. cosa que es perdida de tráfico

Great app! I am only missing one setup element, after the customer close the popup there still is Teaser popup showing up. I believe this would be good to have a setting to have it closed. So once customer click X button on main popup the teaser popup doesn't show up. I know customers hardly want to click on anything so most of them will be browsing the website with unwanted modal on top.

Great App but i want to remove the Captcha that is running after the client enter its mail. Its annoying

User to install, the dashboard is simple, you can do the configuration very easily. I give 4 stars because the changes are difficult to update in the store, you have to delete the cache memory, cookies if you want faster to show up.
