App's features are easy to use, and the editing possible for FAQs is really robust. Best part: if I need help with anything, the developers respond very quickly in the chat window. I can count on them, even outside of regular business hours. I like the powerful tools within the editing window--see HTML, build tables, easily link images or embed video. These features led us to Corner originally and now that I've added some content, I see that we made the right choice.
Overall, the Corner FAQ Page and Help Center app is a must-have for any Shopify store. This is a really impressive app. I had been looking for a good looking Help Center and this has it all: a nice widget and a very nice FAQ/Help Center page. They recently added a very convenient multilingual support which I could not find in other similar apps. Also the support team is very responsive.

This app is amazing and so easy to use plus the help chat is so useful and someone is always on hand to support. It's so easy to customise to your stores colours and branding. I could add Frequently asked questions accordions under every product in my store ! I would highly recommend and Sakira was super helpful too

Customer Service was fantastic! Had a slight glitch in with the page display and instantly received and email from Sarika and the support team offering their assistance with the fix. The glitch was sorted out within 20 mins and everything is now working perfectly!
Used this app to set up a simple but professional FAQ page / help centre for my customers and really happy with it so far. It looks great and fits my theme perfectly. Tried and tested many FAQ apps out here and nothing comes close to this one in terms of features and customization. No app is perfect. It all depends on what we looking for and someone to guide us through this process. Support team is really important! I did not have to go through support documentation and figure this out. Sarika and Jovis literally set everything up for me. Worth every penny! Highly recommend this app for every shopify store. Go ahead and install this. You wont be disappointed.!
Very clean app, fast, and amazing design, best you will find. Jovis is also a great support with difficult questions and has a wealth of knowledge, this app is well priced and does much better than others. Do yourself a favour and install this you will not be disappointed. I have tried a few help centre, FAQ apps and have found none that compares.

It is easy to use and the UI is great. And when I had a problem, the support team was very nice and took care of the bug right away. I am a little disappointed that there is no multi-language support for the text.
I've not even finished my free trial and what an amazing app! I would rate this SIX stars if I could! These guys have been phenomenal in helping me out. I was forced to migrate from a now defunct FAQ app and had over 250 FAQ answers in specific categories. These guys were right there from the moment I downloaded the free trial, ready to migrate my ENTIRE FAQ with links, images and multiple categories. There was even a small chat function where I could speak to the developer within the apps settings and fix any issues I had with rapid responses. Within 48 hours everything had been done and without costing me a single penny! The app is amazing. Clearly the best FAQ app out there as the mobile widget looks professional and the desktop FAQ page is miles better than anything else i've seen and trust me, I looked at all of them. Our 40 thousand word FAQ is extremely important to https://sexdolls.com and no doubt, this FAQ app will be paramount in helping our customers quickly find solutions to their queries and with an extremely intuitive and easy to navigate UI, I could not be happier. 10/10 on all fronts, especially the speed on devs replying, functionality, look and customisation. Great app! We've just installed Cornercart's FAQ widget to our store and it has all the features we need + it's not overpriced. Asked one question from the support and Jovis was super fast and helpful. Highly recommended!

They have been extremely responsive and have even helped me customize it to our store & They did Maigret also in one place to this app . Would definitely recommend this app!!

The perfect app for the FAQ section. Highly recommended. We were struggling to categorize our FAQ and help documents. I found a perfect solution and their support is pretty helpful and responsive too.

Very impressed so far. Still a few tweaks missing here and there but definitely worth it and will convert into a paid customer as soon as the paid plan comes out!
