Great app! And quick support in trouble shooting an issue I had with another app.
I'm a photo printer and this app works very well for my clients to see the crops of their images before uploading them. I've had to contact the help desk a couple of times and they have always been very fast in reaching back to me with our different time zones and very helpful.
Very usefull app that works pretty good and works exactly as intended. And second thing is the service. All my questions were answered super fast and they also implemented a feature that I was missing. I never experienced such a superb service before.

App has been working for us amazingly, no sweat. Setup was easy, the tutorials made it super simple! Essentially, the success of my entire ecommerce store is capable thanks to this app... Which is a little scary in a way, but this app allows me to be successful, and I'm so glad I found it! Aside from the app working right out of the gate, the support is second to none... All my questions were responded to within a day. For some more extra technical questions, the team forwarded me to Toby who is just a pleasure to work with! I'd hate to set the bar too high for this guy but he's been literally coding us unique templates specifically for our businesses needs and I'm so grateful for his attention to the customers. Absolutely amazing app. Provides many features. Easy to setup, fast customer support, worth integrating into your store. I have faced an issue with a Focal theme, but the support team including Toby and Mary diligently helped me and resolved the issue. Kudos to the UploadKit support team as well!

This app is really amazing. It's intuitive, easy to use, and looks great on your store. I've used other apps for customers to upload pictures but this is by far the best. I was wanting to have a customization done and the app team was super responsive and helped me do exactly what I wanted. Love this app!

The customer support I received was fast and pertinent to my issue. No firm is perfect, that is an impossible expectation, but I am happy with the support, and the App seems to be working appropriately.
Not only is this app AMAZING but their support team is even better. They are more than happy to help with any customizations you want and for me, they've always completed these within a matter of hours. Special thanks to Toby for his knowledge in helping me with our customizations. 5-star service.

We had some problems with the app due to our theme/ upload button displaying incorrectly. The issues were addressed promptly by the support team. Haven't had much use of the app yet but pleased so far with the support, Thanks Guys! Much appreciated!!
I've used this app across multiple stores, and it always delivers. Super easy to use, quick interface for customers, fast upload speeds. I've linked it to Zapier so that I can fulfill orders really easily. Customer service is outstanding. I emailed in a question and got a response + fix in under 1hr. Incredible.

I have updated this review a couple of times already. I have some issues with features I miss and would like to see in a future upgrade. Most importantly, as one test customer pointed out, the uploaded image is not shown as the main image in the cart when checking out. Instead the general product image is shown. Same issue when moving on to payment. This may create uncertainty for the customer: Did he actually manage to upload his image correctly? But based on my positive experience with the UploadKit customer service - and after having many ideas accepted and implemented - I must say, that they are extremely competent and helpful. And actually that is more important than a few missing features. So I revert to my original judgment - 5 stars. Currently there is no better upload app available.
This app does exactly what I was looking for! The support is above excellent!! There were some styling issues in my theme which screwed up the file uploading popup, but the devs helped me with that and solved the issue in no time! Thank you!!

An absolute godsend for personalised items that require photo uploads. I was using a different app that was so complicated and no where near as advanced as this. So so easy to use, am really glad i found this app and such a good price too (i'm only 2 days in and still in free trial, but will most definitely be keeping this app). READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING this app is the best one for uploading photos/other files you will find on the Shopify app store. we have greatly customized uploading options and the uploading button also greatly aligns to the product page design of our website. I've used UpLoadkit with my store since the beginning and it is fantastic and absolutely worth more than it's price. I've bugged the guys at UpLoadkit with dozens of requests and questions and the support has been amazing everytime. I sincerely recommend UpLoadkit.
BEST upload app!! We have used this for 6 months now and never once had an issue. We did have a small request to change the placement on our site and their customer service emailed back within the hour and the change was already made. Amazing service!! Amazing app!!

I run an online printing lab. Uploadkit is an efficient app to allow clients to upload large size files with more flexibility and even better pricing compared to the one I used. During the switch I had some file size and bilingual issues, and Toby helped me to solve all the issues. Overall great app with fantastic support. I'm happy that I made the switch.

Was using a competitor first, but decided to try out this after a tip. Best choice ever, this is how it always should be done. Enough customizable from start, and even when I wanted to have something tweaked even further to fit my store it was done by support in less than 5 min. No, this is not a fake review, I'm just impressed:)

I was looking for a good photo uploader app, checked a few apps before this one and I have to say this one is the best! it has many options for the customers to choose from. installation was fast and without code stuff. and when I needed adjustment, customer service was super fast and reliable. Plus, it is not expansive at all! Highly recommend it!
Our business and website is 100% about offering our customers the ability to customize their products. We've gone through several ways to receive customer's artwork and files and have always had challenges. We have use various apps and tools to try and receive customer files via our Shopify store. Our implementation was working but I always felt it could be better. Thankfully, I keep looking for a better file upload app and ran across UploadKit. The app installation was very straightforward no glitches, no code for me to write or insert, it just installed easy. The app controls are also very intuitive and easy to modify. I'd say that the app as designed would serve the need of 99% of store owners without any additional configuration required. We happen to be that 1% that has very specific rules, requirements and design guidelines that required us to need the app to behave slightly different. We use a lot of apps, some developers are terrible responders, some are average, some are great. Toby and the team at Upload Kit truly deserve another classification: EPIC! Every question, request, curveball that we threw at them was met with a kind, thoughtful, quick response & solution. Every need fulfilled. The bar has been raised for other app developers. As for the UploadKit app functionality, we are only scratching the surface but my initial impression is that it is very intuitive and has that perfect balance of features artfully designed so that the user experience is simple, obvious. If you need to receive files from your customers, look no further than UploadKit. It is the best option without question. --John BoardLams.com

I am using this app to allow clients to upload an image for a quote on t-shirts. The support I received was outstanding, in one day everything was up and working brilliantly. How can they only have 5 reviews? It should be 1000's.
Does exactly what it says; adds an upload button for the products you want. Very easy setup & videos in the help section within your Apps section explains how to install step by step. When an order is placed with an image a link shows in the order that you can open up. It also allows the customer to write a note for each image uploaded.
Firstly Uploadkit has the most affordable basic plan. The simple upload button matches my theme and the loading time is reasonable. I had some problem after downloading but the support team jump in within 24 hours to help me out solve the issue instantly. Toby even assist to resolve some of my theme script and ensure my website is running smoothly. Do give this app a try. Highly recommended!!!
