Wholesale Lock is a great app. We are a small company and did not make sense to move to Shopify Plus. We have a separate wholesale site. This app makes it possible to only allow vetted retailers to purchase and navigate our wholesale site. Also their customer support is excellent.

Daniel was super helpful. Admitted there was a bug. quickly walked me through how to fix it. All is working well now. It was very easy to set up and works like a charm.

Great App for having different pages based on customer tags, I use if for my wholesale customers, once they log in the home page changes to give different promotions and pdfs that are only for wholesale customers. Also you can block products and works great.

This app has worked out great for us and their customer service is top notch. Shanna always responds to my email inquiries quickly and when I had some more complicated questions, Parth did a 30 minute call with me that answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Requires some custom snippets into Shopify Liquid but the app dev team did that with no muss no fuss when i asked. In our case, we use it to hide certain products unless a shopper is logged in and their customer account is tagged "b2b". This way we need to worry less about wholesale pricing showing up in the wild and raising a ruckus with our suppliers when we sell to other businesses instead of end consumer. Seems to work quite well. Hides products from Shopify Search really well.

The app has always worked well for us (going on 5 or 6 years now, I believe). However, recently I found that this team is even better than I thought (always a nice surprise)! We wanted to switch to the new user accounts in Shopify, but it was creating some undersirable results related to user logins. The team was able to customize the login experience to suit our application, and they did it very quickly too. Now we are using the new user accounts on Shopify AND the Lock Manager is working even better than it was in the past. We've been using the Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B app for a while now, and it's incredibly effective for managing our diverse customer base. It allows us to hide and lock specific products based on user profiles, which is perfect for our B2B needs. The customer support is outstanding, especially Daniel, who always provides top-notch assistance and goes the extra mile to help us out.

This is an update to my previous review a few weeks ago shown below. The team has been extremely responsive to the issue I outlined below and has now corrected it in record time. This is a support team that really cares about it's customers and their feedback. The app works great for our needs and as such I have changed my 2 star review to 5 stars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This app is really a 5 star app but it has one fatal flaw - It only works with your published theme so you have no ability to test this and work out the kinks without effecting your live site. I have never seen an app that makes you mess with your live site for obvious reasons. Putting this aside I was impressed with how easy the app is to hide prices and content but unfortunately this is a no go for us.

I contacted them for help applying code to our website and they had it done within 24 hours. The issues that we were experiencing were solved. Loved how quickly they responded and how our website works now.
