We’ve been using Kelmora at Lift Down and have been really impressed so far. It does a great job of surfacing things we might otherwise miss, especially unusual changes in orders, refunds, inventory, and product performance. The AI explanations are actually useful and give helpful context around why something may be happening instead of just showing more charts and data. The daily briefings are also a nice way to quickly see if anything needs our attention without constantly digging through Shopify. For a growing store with a lot going on day to day, having an extra layer of monitoring like this is extremely helpful. Excited to see how the app continues to develop.

This app has been such a nice way to track my roas, which I do regularly from my phone and on the go. The app is super sleek with beautiful UI, which I geniunely appreciate. I come from being a regular user of TripleWhale, and while their app is good, I always notice the ad spend numbers are lagging behind quite a bit and when I actually check my true ad spend, its always higher and my roas is lower, so I got into the habit of just checking Keel's app and I always get a more accurate picture. I highly recommend this app to anyone checking their roas and ad spend on a regular basis especially on the go from your phone.

This app is the best replay app I've used so far. Please don't go ahead and download other ones because I've noticed they slow your store. This app does not do that. It is also providing me with the most detailed insights into customer users.

Can't believe I didn't install this app before. It's a no-brainer. In terms of the app itself. It's a 10/10 app. I've tried other apps, but nothing rivals Aftersell in terms of tools and capabilities. I personally love the a/b test functionality. I take my decisions with confidence when I have the data to back them up. A week after installing the app, I had a call with an Onboarding Specialist who was kind enough to review my integration, suggest edits, and go as far as implementing them live on the call. I am quite impressed with the attention and care Aftersell puts into each and every one of their customers. This app is 100% worth it. Give this app a try and watch your sales grow!

Not only does it provide you with tools to better convert customers, but the customer support team is just top notch. Jay helped me out tremendously.
