The app wasn't as intuitive as I hoped and I ran into some issues, but Liv was amazing! After a brief waiting period, and I mean less than 2 minutes, she jumped right in and found the issue and got it fixed for me. I'm truly grateful for a very cool app and outstanding customer service. Louis is great! I needed assistance with making sure my rules were set up properly and he jumped right in, without a long wait time, and got everything set up the way I wanted it. Truly appreciate a good app and great customer service.

I've only been using Seguno for a couple of days and I have to say, the set up so far has been very easy, and not just because I have all my emails written out, but the templates are great and the drag and drop editor is fantastic and very intuitive! I've gone from Klaviyo, to Yotpo, and now to Seguno and I have to say, I wish I would have tried them from the start and saved myself a lot of money and the hassle of trying to many others that didn't suit my needs! Great esp/app!

This is such a great app and easy to install. I'm not tech-savvy and had some trouble setting up my volume-tiered pricing. At 7 pm (PST) on a Friday night, they were offline but, Haley was very quick to respond and not only fixed my issue but showed me how to set things up so they would show up the way I wanted them to. It's a great app with an amazing customer support team! Thank you so much, I truly appreciate this app and the great team behind it.

I just installed and set up my first affiliate program. It was very straightforward and relatively easy to get started. I'm testing out the free plan to see how things go before going with a paid plan, but I have to say, the customer service, even though it's chat has been stellar! I had a few questions and I didn't have to wait longer than 2-3 minutes before someone was online helping me out with the answers I needed. So far, so good!

Getting started was easy and done in a few clicks.

I received a notification from Google about issues with my reviews and snippets. I'm so not technical so I reached out to ask if it was something they could help me with. After a short 5-minute wait, Gabriela was online looking into the issue and testing for issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been amazing and extremely helpful. Great app and a superb customer service and support team! The team rocks!

Getting set up and everything seems pretty straightforward. I had a bit of trouble customizing my widget to match my theme, but Nayyab and Hasnain were so helpful. They were very patient and kind and set everything up for me just how I wanted it. Great team behind what seems to be a great app!

I've been testing so many Loyalty & Rewards apps I was about to give up until I came across Joy. The installation and set up were fairly easy but I had trouble with the integration with another app and I could not figure out how to get the floating button to appear and work properly. Thankfully, at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, Hana came to my rescue! She was so amazing and patient with me. She worked diligently, sending me screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do on my end so she could work her magic on her end. I can't thank her enough. In a minimal amount of time, she got everything fixed and working properly. If for no other reason than the customer service I received from Hana, I'll be using this app for quite a while! Still in the testing phase and working on getting everything set up and customized, but so far, this app seems to be great. Rishav and his team have been absolutely phenomenal with the level of technical support and customer service they provide! I'm not a tech-savvy person, but they have been so patient, kind, and understanding, and have been great at understanding my needs to have things set up like I want. AiTrillion is a great app that is backed by an amazing team for technical and customer support!

So far, I've been using Optimonk for a few weeks, and it's been relatively easy to set up and get going. I requested to remove the Optimonk branding even on my free account and they got back to me very quickly and without question or requiring me to upgrade to a paid account, they removed the branding from all my pop-ups and surveys. So far, I've had no issues with the app and customer service has been great. A little bit of a learning curve, but that's only because my tech skills aren't the greatest, but even still, it's fairly easy to set up and use. Great app, highly recommend!

So far, I just installed this app and it seems like it's going to work great for me, my store, and most importantly my customers. Excited to see how it helps me build and maintain better customer service and relationships.

I am totally clueless when it comes to SEO other than knowing it's something I need for my business to be discoverable online and successful. I just happened to stumble across this app, and so far it's amazing! It took 2 minutes to install, and about 5 minutes for all my photos to be optimized and compressed. It's been less than 10 minutes since I've had the app and I'm so happy I found it! It's amazing!

I'm using this app to create landing pages for my business to drive traffic to and the templates are so user-friendly. I had been using it before and let my account lapse and wanted to know if there was a way to recover my previous pages. The customer support was fantastic! They were so quick to respond and help me. Unfortunately, my previous pages were deleted but I was totally surprised to find they kept them for 90 days! The apps are amazing and so is the customer support! Love them!

Although new to the program and have yet to get subscribers, the customer service has been excellent! Jaxon was very quick to respond to my question and provide the answers and help I needed to make things work more smoothly with my inventory management software. Thanks again, you guys are great!
