Used Intuitive Shipping for two years to help manage cost-of-shipping struggles with multiple odd-shaped products in my store and print-on-demand suppliers. I recently simplified my packaging requirements to a standard set of boxes and mailers and dropped all POD products and no longer needed the firepower of this app. If you have complex shipping requirements that, for example, require billing for a single order that requires more than one box (and you don't want to eat the shipping costs), this is the app for you. It's brilliant and the support is among the best for any app I've ever used. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your this, and for helping others with similar complex requirements make an informed decision. We're glad your experience with Intuitive Shipping was such a positive one and helped you manage your complex requirements. We very much appreciate you taking the time to share this thoughtful and detailed review as you transition into a more simplified approach to shipping. Klaviyo is a great tool for people who really really really want to spend a lot of time getting into the data weeds with their store. I used Klaviyo for nearly two years and, honestly, I never got my money's worth simply because I just didn't have the time to make it worth my while. It is, after all, pretty dang pricey if you have luck growing your list. I know, I know, if you watch reviews, there isn't a single reviewer who doesn't agree that it's the "best" email marketing app on the market ... The reality is that this tool is probably more than most small businesses need. Customer service was always helpful. Me, I'm looking for something less robust and cheaper because I never had any luck growing my email list.

I recently removed the most popular and expensive wishlist app from my store and replaced it with Wishlist Hero. I can't really comment on its impact on site performance yet, but it definitely loads faster than the previous app—I suspect because its feature set is limited to essentials and doesn't include the feature-bloat of my previous wishlist. I found it easy to install, but I'm also good with code, so adding the icon to the header was a breeze (I'd be very skeptical of the negative reviews regarding removing the header icon—These people simply don't understand how code works—this icon has to be manually installed and manually removed). Update 6.2.21: Sameh's customer service has been simply fantastic. I'd recommend giving this app a try if you're in the market for a wishlist. I don't see any downsides.

After testing numerous Shopify apps and external options for managing inventory across sales channels as well as every bundling app in the app store, Trunk was my last stop (due to cost). I don't have a big store, nor a ton of inventory, and while I wish it were cheaper, its channel set up is dead-simple and the icing on the cake is the bundling feature ... which blows away other options with its ease of use, flexibility, and inventory management. Trunk just works—I can't give it higher praise.

I sold three mugs recently for $51. After Printful deducted their product fee, printing fee, shipping fee, and taxes, my profit was $7. Who is actually making money with them? Combine very high prices with feedback I requested from customers who purchased my Printful fulfilled products recently ... "not up to your usual quality" ... "Print was off-center" ... "took a long time to arrive" ... "arrived broken". That's four too many red flags. Looking at options because I can't sell products that are merely "good enough".

Developer reply ·

Hi! Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience recently hasn't been up to par. Please note that our product prices include not only the product itself but also our 24/7 customer support, mockup and design generator, as well as free cliparts and designs. And if there are any issues with the order or the product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our teams via support@printful.com and we will do all we can to investigate each order and work on a solution with you. Shipping delays are a global issue and although we can't affect it, please know that we are doing our best to fulfill and ship out all orders as soon as we can. If you have more feedback you'd like to share, any questions or concerns, please let us know via feedback@printful.com

I'm looking forward to the holiday season with Rise. I spent a great deal of time customizing customer emails, the popup cards, etc. And found the process time-consuming, but easy—in other words, exactly as expected. Throughout the process, as minor issues arose, customer service has been very quick to respond and assist me with my queries. Highly recommended. Update 11.19.20: Even the smallest, least consequential tweaks to random design-related nonsense is met with prompt, and with one Rise associate in particular, cheerful help. Thank you Dana, you're an absolute gem:) And you deserve a raise.

I'm quite pleased with this app. It has, by far, the best feature set and best management control panel of any of the label/badge apps in the app store. It's also, hands-down, the fastest—zero lag between the page load and badge appearing. Even better, it's fairly priced, the support team is fantastic, and requests are responded to quickly. My only quibble is that while there are a lot of pre-made graphic icon styles available in their icon picker library (which are cool and fun to match with your site design), there isn't all that much variety and few that are specific to online retail. For example, only the basics are covered New, Best Seller, etc. and really, it's one icon design offered in different styles, not various designs per style. The styles themselves aren't particularly deep ... for example, there are no options available for percentage off, cyber monday, or Black Friday badges. You can easily upload your own designs, but I don't have that kind of time. Prime definitely excels as a text-based badge solution. Anyway, minor quibble aside, it's a terrific app.

Slick app. Easy to use and integrates seamlessly. Really appreciate how quickly the team responds to questions or requests—Asked for a non-critical change and it was made first thing after the weekend. Thanks Stephanie!

Recently added Wishlist Plus to my store after having the feature requested by a number of customers and I'll be curious to see what the response is to the added functionality during the holiday sales season. While not the cheapest option, I chose this app because it's the cleanest and most professional looking wishlist in the Shopify app universe. It just works. I'd also like to extend a big thank you to Swym Customer support—their assistance with helping me get it installed and correcting issues since installation has been nothing short of phenomenal.

Massive Monkey's Digital Download Assets app is the only one I am aware of that offers the ability to include a download link on the checkout page and prevents download for orders that don't pass credit approval. Bottom line is that this app works. It's easy to set up, easy to create products, and easy to manage. It's also fairly priced. I've used SendOwl and Fetch and have never been impressed enough with either to pay their inflated monthly rates for such a basic eCommerce store feature. More importantly, their team is 100% responsive and have even implemented a few suggestions I had for them to improve the app. They listen and that's gold. Highly recommended.

Great app. After researching a dozen or so options, I went with JudgeMe. This app offers every feature that EVERY single other competitor limits or charges extra $$$ for. It even has a LOOX-style layout option with photos. Huge thanks to the team for their truly amazing support (and for putting up with my requests.) Update 9/22/20—Hands down, this team is the BEST in the app store. They are always available to help, never make you feel like jackass if your issue is minor (user error), and consistently turnaround requests faster than I ever expect. Simply phenomenal.

Very pleased with the performance of this app. I ran all my images through desktop optimizer prior to upload, but it seems I could have done a far better job. It seems to have improved my page load speed, but my overall site speed score is still quite low according to Shopify's measuring tool. Customer service has been great and quick to respond with answers.

If you have knowledge of coding, you'll find this app is easy to learn. Conversely, you'll also know that no matter how good a piece of code is, bugs will always appear ... Pagefly support is simply outstanding. Quick responses and the team worked hard to help me fix a handful of technical issues that appeared with my template. Big thanks to Touqir, Paula, and, especially, Donny!

Overall, Smart Menu boasts the cleanest design, cleanest interface, and most technical flexibility of the mega menus I've tested. This menu's killer feature is ability to create text link lists using collection tags—This feature alone is worth the subscription. There are a couple wish-list features I'd love to see added to improve this menu: 1) adding the ability to pull in recent blog articles and 2) adding the option to create lists from collections in order to make the process of creating and managing "Best Sellers" or "Editor's Choice" type link lists significantly more efficient. Nonetheless, highly recommended if you find Shopify's default navigation severely lacking and you are frustrated with the difficulty of competing mega menu apps.

It's worth noting that the basic Shopify currency conversion is pretty good. There isn't a whole lot of reason to install any currency converter if you plan to use the "free" version ... because most, including Best Currency, do nothing more than add a drop menu with flags to your site. And, speaking as a veteran UX designer, that really doesn't matter as long as the option is available and the conversion functions as expected. I do plan to upgrade to the paid version for 2.5 reasons: 1) The added features are worth the cost of upgrade. Again, as a designer, I appreciate redundancy in design—the more queues you can give visitors the better. 1b) Visually, this is the nicest-looking converter in the app store. 2) The customer service from Grizzly Apps is bloody fantastic. I had a non-emergency issue that was resolved off-hours, over a long weekend, and I never asked, nor expected such a quick turnaround. Above and beyond.

Terrific app with an amazing amount of customization options. Zero issue integrating it with my site, although it did take a little CSS wizardry on my part to get it to fit where the nav sits in my theme. My only complaint, and it's not unwarranted, is that unlike the basic Shopify nav, Globo Nav cannot create a nav item/collection filtered with a tag. It can only display full collections, which means that it is necessary to create a specific collection for every friggin' "subcategory" in order to fake a filter for the nav. So, instead of pulling three nav items like Men, Women, Teens from a single T-shirt Collection with tags, you have to create one collection for each: Men's tees, Women's tees, Teens tees. Multiply that out by garment type ... holy moly. That being said, it's still one of the best, if not the best, replacement nav in the app store ... and it's free. Just have to deal with the one rather big negative. Plan your nav strategy well.

This is a simple app. And that's a good thing. Done well, SEO SHOULD take time. Within a few hours, I completely overhauled my entire catalogue with custom Meta and Alt tags with 100% compliance ... without using the automation feature. This app does all you really need an SEO tool to do at a very reasonable price and the developer's support is terrific.

Simple and straightforward app. For those of you with a little coding knowledge, design and popup width can be easily customized with a bit of CSS. STELLAR support from the Avada team. If you deal with multiple sizing charts and want to include a chart specific to specific products, look no further.
