Our biggest concern with AI support was whether it could actually handle WISMO tickets accurately. That's where Yuma has been really impressive. Yuma has helped us automate a large portion of our order status inquiries without sacrificing the customer experience. Their approach is focused and practical. Instead of trying to answer everything, they build for specific use cases, which has led to much higher accuracy than we've seen with other AI tools. The team has also been great to work with. They're responsive, easy to reach, and quick to turn feedback into improvements. We've been able to move fast, test new ideas, and continuously improve the experience for both our customers and support team. Yuma is definitely worth a look.

The Analytics Have not been working since end of day Jan 25th(today is Jan 29th) , and not a single email from them explaining what's going on. Full 24 hours after they stopped working they uploaded a small banner on the analytics page saying they're working on fixing it. Didn't respond to any tickets. HORRIBLE at communicating issues. Also WTF? How can analytics be down for 3 full days? And 2 of them are work work days too. I have never seen a software fuck up this bad.

UPDATE 2: The support team was very responsive and has been working actively to help resolve the issues. UPDATE: Changing my review to 1 star. I have noticed a huge degradation in performance of this app especially with load times. When viewing analytics something always breaks and the app crashes or gets stuck in infinite load. Same happens when updating or creating funnels. In the last 3-4 months, there has not been 1 time where I have used this app and the screen hasn't been stuck on loading or just outright crashing during the session. Great support. Heard back and was able to get set up by Dhruv on their team within minutes of reaching out on a Sunday. The UI/UX of the app is amazing as well!

great experience so far! tried a few apps - aovboost and orderbump but they both were a pain to set up, and support for AOVboost was horrible. this is the best in-checkout upsell app I have found so far!

One of the worst apps to use for customer service. 1. They updated how they pull in comments for Instagram ads without notifying us and started charging based on # of ads which is ridiculous 2. Their support "live" team is horrible - take 10-20 minutes to reply to each message. Will send one half-assed response, I'll reply to the chat right away, will not reply again for another 10-20 minutes. How is this "Live" support? How can a customer support platform have horrible customer support? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Must have app for anyone running paid ads. If you're running paid ads, and the site goes down you're literally burning money. Happened to us twice last and each time we burned several thousand dollars because it took house many hours to realize that shopify was down, so having something like this is an absolute must have
