When we were initially introduced to Frengee by one of our suppliers, we only needed a simple connection to an inventory feed, but it's turned into so much more than that. Before Frengee we were dealing with expensive middleware that didn't quite fit our needs, but living with "good enough". Junior and his team got us working seamlessly in our Shopify to inventory management connection 100% the way we needed it. The real difference showed up during last busy season. We've had one of the smoothest peaks in 15 years, and we've cut our average fulfillment time from ~6 days down to 16 hours! Frengee has been a valuable partner. They go above and beyond for us - they're genuinely responsive, willing to give feedback, and they've suggested solutions we wouldn't have thought of on our own.

A great easy-to-use app, and well worth the price considering the potential complexity of setting up Google store ratings on Shopify. As anyone in e-comm knows reviews go a long way for your store's visibility and earning your customers' trust. I had a few questions on our initial set up and Sam was a great help.

ShipStation's integration with Shopify has been a game-changer for our e-commerce businesses helping us greatly streamline our shipping processes. The initial integration set-up was incredibly user-friendly and after just a few minutes easily syncs with Shopify to update orders and tracking information in real-time. It supports all of the carriers we use (and then some). As a business that ships everything from small USPS priority envelops all the way up to 85 pound ebikes flexibility is key to saving on ever increasing shipping costs.

We transitioned to Klaviyo Reviews from Yotpo about ten months ago looking for additional customization options and couldn't be happier with the platform. Set-up was easy and the email flow has been one of our most engaged since shortly after launch. A big leg-up was Reviews' integration with Klaviyo for email and SMS. Before Reviews we were confined to a template with few customization options, now our request for reviews matches our brand's look and feel. We've also been able to A/B test sends to get the most out of our requests for reviews. If you're already using Klaviyo for email marketing Reviews is a no-brainer.

AfterShip has really freed up a lot of time for our warehouse team no longer having to do so much work with returns and exchanges. On top of that we have a great idea of why certain items are getting returned so we can correct any problems.

With 5 brick and mortar locations to keep track of along with our online store Data Export Reports saves us tons of time and is incredibly helpful.

We couldn't run our website without StockSync. We're managing a number of feeds from vendors, all with various levels of sophistication, from a REST API to a manual upload of a CSV file. Like many, our industry has had historical disruptions to its supply chain in 2020. Using StockSync to adjust quantity rules, increase the frequency of feed updates and adding/removing products in a timely fashion has been key to navigating these uncertain times. Inventory mostly takes care of itself so we can focus on more pressing matters. Support has always been quick to respond and helpful.

We needed a job application embedded in our website and Form Builder by Elfsight really fit the bill. We ask around 25 varied questions depending on the available positions and needed to notify staff via email when new applications were received. This app checked all the boxes.
