Ronel R did a great job helping walk me through setting up the app, and everything looks great. The ability to have much more rich and aesthetically pleasing reviews vs Shopify reviews is a great feature for Yotpo.
Had some questions and Jerrah was very helpful with answering quickly and walking me through some confusion I had as well as how to set up some custom actions we're thinking of for our shop. Thanks again!

We uninstalled this app months ago and yet it's still on our website. Why? They should remove the code if the shop requested the app to be removed. Expect junk code living on your site after installing this. Very unprofessional.

Hello, A default implementation of Back in Stock does not insert code into the theme; custom code added to interact with Back in Stock will not be automatically removed on uninstall as it is not native to Back in Stock. By default Back in Stock shows the button using Shopify ScriptTags, and is removed on uninstall. Kind regards, Back in Stock Team
Postscript removed themselves from our store without any notice (I had to ask customer service what was going on). Incredibly disrespectful to small business owners and I will not be recommending them due to their poor customer service and treatment of people who are seen as "other" and unimportant to them. They claim to be following the SHAFT guidelines on regulations for sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco, but there are actually different guidelines for how to treat companies in different industries depending on whether they are federally legal or not. Also, there is no definition to what terms like "sex" are (is it pornography? a vaginal health device? erotica? something else?) so Postscript can use SHAFT to offer their services based on their own definition of what's considered "sex" and what's considered "health". Great app to help you create custom webpages for your site. Customer support is top notch — there's always someone to help and I've appreciated it over the years using their product!

Simple, helpful, and does what's promised. The team is also very responsive to feedback and suggestions. This is probably one of my favorite Shopify apps!
They were good for a while, but got very expensive and their customer service was very slow, nonrespondent at times, and disappointing. We found a different service that offers the same features we need and also does not ignore questions.
