Think before installing this app. I uninstalled this app 4 days ago, but the apps code snippets are still present in my theme's liquid file. I’ve emailed the developer multiple times requesting them to remove the leftover code, but I haven’t received any response yet. I'm truly disappointed with their service. This app creates a lot of issues and barriers. I would not recommend it.
i am owner using this app in last 1 year. this app beginning time it was fantastic , when the app owner getting lot of user at that time he closed their facilities of this app. i am requesting to no one install this app . far better app on the market.

first i am not like this app owner attitudes because , after i installed this app , this app was performing bad and slow to my site www.gymsupplementsus.com . i requested the app owner give me a call or come to google meet. he refused my request. the have not that facilities. humble to request to everyone avoid this app and i also inform to shopify app department to take legal action.
One of the 3rd class platforms. Their support team is horrible. They do not know how to support their client. I installed their app. This app slows down our website. It is a very big issue. I uninstalled their app. I requested the customer manager to remove your snippet on my thyme file. They do not agree to remove it. I even said you should send me a request to remove the code. They completely declined my request. I suggest to everyone not to install their app. a lot of better apps on shopify store for email marketing. I will inform the shopify app management team as soon.

This app is really nice and very responsive. i am requesting to everyone to checkout this app in a single time.
This app is very very smart , you should try a single time before you another app to install . customer executive are very intelligent. N:B feedback email only for 50 in a month it is very limited , it could be 100 at least.
It doesn't work on my premium theme. Restock notify option did not work. The abundant cart did not work from time to time. IF it won't work we will uninstall the theme. it is very simple. but my point is that , this app owner reply is very slow. several times i informed there clean my snippet on my theme liquid. but the owner did not reply me or Ans me properly. i will inform the issue to shopify app department. everyone be careful to install this app.

Hi there, we have removed our app's code from your theme on the same day you made this request, and when we tried to get in touch with you afterwards but we have not received a reply. When you have time, can you please take a look at the inbox and reply the email.
This app is very good and cost efficient. The app owner's behavior is awesome. I am really stratified with their app. they will help you best you can not imagine. you should try at least one before you install the other app. I believe they will improve their app more in future.

This app does not support image. you won not able to see on your mobile. it's completely disappointed.

The Shopify Inbox app allows you to upload and share images with your customers via your mobile device; I just tested this myself in my iPhone and was able to share an image successfully. This app everything is fine, i use their 2 app. this app placement problem little bit disturbed me. one more thing is that app owner reply typically little bit slow. overall they are nice. i love them and recommend to install. Thanks.
This app management are really great and very helpful. This app has one problem. this app affected my product quick view option. our quick view option views was changed .

Believe me this app owner and this company system is very much narow, this app owner is dirty minds of people, fow why? i used this app before but not a free version , i used paid version before .i used this app 2 months, its totally useless you never get rank from this app because google seo ranking is not easy . they said in this no need code required but they are injected 3-4 codes on your thime liquid you can find it. without your permission they are pushed it , i request this team 4times please remove the code my site is slowly loading, they directly denayed my request , they replied me check the video you remove it that's it. please , please , please do not install this app if you need any screenshot i can share with you.
This app is too much slow when you reload the page , i already informed the app management name of lynda but she did not response, i really disappointed , even i would to inform about this issue to shopify.

Dear Abu Bakkar, The app is loaded after the entire site is loaded. It has no impact at all on your site overall loading speed. It works this way because we are do not change or add code to your theme. ☝️ We do not inject any code to your theme files to avoid leaving dead code in case you uninstall. We rather stay risk free and avoid leaving messy themes behind. As per the lack of response claim - I'm surprised you feel this way. You granted us with staff access and we even set up the app for you. We exchanged 26 emails answering every question you had. Was it our refusal to change your store's payment platform that got you upset? I apologise, but we can not change merchants payment platform settings. That's a task that is too risky and private for us to do on your behalf. Our team goes above and beyond for every business owner, as we are business owners ourselves.
