EasyScan has been a total lifesaver for managing our ecommerce store. Whether it's scanning barcodes, tracking inventory, or speeding up order fulfillment, this app does it all — and it does it fast. Awesome! The support went above and beyond — they extended what was needed, made a deep search into my issue, and solved it instantly. I need to change my review and say that this company is so big that is unbelievable that they don't have chat support or telephone support for urgent issues. I had a big urgent problem with customers getting 10x more points than they should and it was impossible to contact any support and had to wait for them to get back to me by mail. I will change my review when they update and add a telephone number to support or add a live chat. This company is too big not to have it.
The support i have gotten from one of UPS worker named Ruben is one of the best and this kind of support we have never seen before. 5 of 5 top rating support! The app i wish need more features and easier workflow but after what i have gotten told, they are all coming in the next couple of weeks. Great app!

Our company is a EU-country and we need always to do to Commercial Invoice to all countries outside EU. This is extremely time-consuming for us, especially when we are sending out hundreds of products and all have different HS-codes and weight and origin of country. With this APP, it literally make the Commercial Invoice for us automatically, without even lifting a finger. Usually making a commercial invoice for a shipment can take from 10 to 30 minutes to us to make manually. With this app, it takes us less than 2 seconds. Highly recommend. And the support is superb aswell! LOVE IT.

Amazing support!! They set the app up for you and explain to you alot of great revenue tips. I recommend their "thank you page" funnel. Go for it, totally worth it!
