Approval Studio has been a game changer for us at TrophySmack. We deal with a lot of custom designs, and before this, our proofing process invloved alot of back and forth emails, screenshots, and random apps. Now everything sits in one clean workflow. Creating a project by order number, uploading the design, and sharing proofs straight with the customer is fast and easy. The best part is getting feedback directly on the mockup instead of trying to decode what “move that thing a little to the left” means. It cut miscommunication, saved our design team time, and made the customer experience smoother. If you run a Shopify store with custom or print-on-demand items, this tool just makes life better.

Once again, ReportPundit comes through with the help I need quickly and competently. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for complex reports that require the ability to search on a variety of otherwise unsearchable fields and apply boolean logic to their search. Very helpful

We've struggled using other shipping managers/cartonizers over the years and were getting very frustrated with the lack of features. Simple things like charging customers properly for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii or failing to cartonize large orders properly. Items that seemed pretty basic items for a shipping manager. We came across ASM and have been very happy with the experience so far. Not going to lie... It was a pretty big lift at the beginning in regards to setting up all our product dims, weights, harm codes, and shipping rules, but once it's all in place it works like a charm! My one constructive criticism for ASM would be to have clearer guidance during the setup process. Felt like I had to ask 100 questions. That being said... Their team has been extremely easy to get on the phone to answer questions and help solve our issues. Again, it's a simple thing... but communication has been a pain point we struggled with using other companies over the years. All in all... happy with the app.

Finally! Fields you can't get to through the Shopify app are available for creating decent reports! And these guys are great about helping you build them if you run into trouble. Unbelievably responsive. One of the most useful apps you can have with a fantastic Customer Support team behind it. Well done! Update 8/1: Just got instant, expert help from Sree on another report that included a Custom Field this time. These guys are awesome and so is their product!

Customily is far and beyond the best designer tool available on the market. There's a fine line between ease of use, customer UX, and sales conversion -- customily strikes the perfect balance. we went through multiple tools before finally landing on Customily. Highly recommended

Fantastic app at a great price. The software itself is pretty intuitive and the help docs (of which there are plenty) is very good, so getting it set up has been pretty straight forward once you understand their nomenclature. When I've reached out to support, the response (via chat) has been very quick and they've been very knowledgeable (thanks Gwen). One nice feature of this software is that you can automatically move an Affiliate from one tier (they call them programs) to another based on their referrals' sales (and other options too). It would be really great if I could auto-generate a new, unique discount code for them with upgraded benefits associated with that new higher tier as well. If not that, at least give me the ability to run a report (each week, month, quarter, whenever) that showed me which Affiliates had moved up a Tier so I could manually adjust their discount code. Bottom line - GREAT app! Just needs a small tweak to be PHENOMENAL!

Running a multi tier affiliate program is complex.. the support from leaddyno has been a huge help in our success. I'm sure their live chat is tired of hearing from us haha- but they are always available during business hours and quick to answer questions.

We've been using the app for about a year now. It's been extremely helpful and we had zero issues implementing it. We'd absolutely recommend to other small business looking for an address verification solution.
