We had another store and now we're moving to a new one so I downloaded this again. As someone who's looked at other back in stock type apps - this remains the best. Incredibly fast help from Zia/customer support. Made the button perfect and helped with whatever other questions we had. It works great, they match your UI to a 'T' and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend you download this app for data exports of any kind because even if the report you want is not a template (even though they have 1000+ to choose from), it can be in 5 minutes from you asking! And the customer support (Keanna is who helped us) is amazing!!!!!! I was in a hurry to switch our data applications because the other one just wasn't cutting it or giving us what we needed (which you think would be a simple report), but they couldn't do it, and after 2 weeks of agonizing, I finally decided to search for another app that could save me tons of time. Better Reports made the report we wanted within 5 minutes of downloading the app and emailing them. FINALLY, I can just export what I need and use it. Thank you so much, Keanna and the team. So I had a big issue when i downloaded this originally, and then Ivan came to save the day. Everything works now and he explained everything to me. So it's very clear and if it really this easy, then it's great and a very good price for unlimited languages, etc, which is a lifesaver and what we need! Easy to customize, implement, and view. We used a few return apps before landing at Rich Returns and I reallllllly like the customizability of this platform as well as the support!!! Could use a feature, but they're on it and I really like how we can upgrade and control our returns, charge restocking fees, receive photos from returns, and more. Great app, highly recco! This app is SUPER necessary and a really great app that says what it does and it does the job of probably 2-3 apps in one package which is fantastic. Anyone with a medium-large selection really needs this because consumers will bounce if they can't find what they're looking for and this makes it easy and very customizable. It's amazing in terms of style and design - it looks like our theme came with it, which is important for many reasons. Also, the support team jumps on board if you need help fast - for example, we had a couple big questions and needs and they hopped on it on a SATURDAY mid-evening, which is truly applaudable and I hadn't seen that before. Thanks so much - we'll be staying forever and very much appreciate it. Excited to watch some stats in the months to come, I know our revenue and AOV increases with search/filtering. I cannot say enough good things about this app, the group of supportive and helpful people behind it, and the results in just a few days. From the moment I downloaded, I had a good 25-30 questions about it and all of them were answered in the live support right on demand or from Stephen the founder himself. Also - different, but important to me - their help and FAQ docs are actually structured in a way that you learn, want to read them, and they make sense to people who are not big on all the technical stuff. We're on the hobbyist plan and have indexed pages on google, people heading to the super fast pages, I even ran into one, and I may internally link our products since I think google likes these better. It almost feels like a google safety net/booster. Everything works great and is so seamless and intuitive. Excited for what's to come. If you are hesitant like me and are not a big tech person, don't be. It will only help. Thank you to this team and this app! x

I just downloaded this app because they started in 2015 which is way ahead of most people and won an award for it so you know they have the data! Also, they already helped me without my even needing to ask which was awesome because i'm a bit impatient when it comes to adding live things on my store -- especially the design - which they handled for me, even though it comes already pretty spot on to your theme. So the customer service is top notch. I'm also a huge fan of amazon reccs so this I know will be great. It's already smart because I'm a younger store and I know my products and sales so it's pretty rad. I'm very sure it'll increase AOV. We also have a big store so I think this is a MUST. If you're picky about a lot of things - use this app. I do my research. Also it's 30 days free - you have nothing to lose - they can only help. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, it's working because I do see 404s that need to be redirected and I manually do them - but I just am having a REALLY hard time with the redirect patterns and other things to make it automatic and no one has answered me. UPDATE: got a super helpful response and working on it. Hopefully they answer and confirm my second question. Thank you!

FANTASTIC APP. Worked so well and we checked it after it said done and it had done it's job. Only question is - it says it periodically updates - how often is "periodically"?

Wow it's only been one day and this team/app has gone above and beyond. Also, take in my review knowing i've had bad experiences with seo and apps so this was REFRESHING and amazing. They not only did what the app does and answered my questions before even downloading the app, but I emailed and asked for anything else that would help (as we're new and growing and since they're from google, they would know), and they offered to remove outdated schema, emailed me when it was done with proof, told me steps to take after, and even offered me a free CRO review because that again helps SEO. They're really comprehensive and I highly recommend this app. We'll be staying with them! And on top that, SO KIND! Thank you guys!!!!

Amazing. I think every Shopify merchant should have this app if they have any other apps on the app store. We had never experienced what we experienced with most of our site getting deleted from another app and immediately after rebuilding it back up manually, we quickly scrambled to find an app like this. It is so simple to use, it backs up everything, and support is there to help you 24/7 and all hand holding if necessary. We had PTSD so the hand holding really helped lol. It really should be on the Shopify homepage as a precaution because other apps are risky and this could save you. We won't ever delete this! Thank you to Annie, Lucas, and the whole team! Life saving. We wish we had this sooner! 100% don't hesitate and download this now to be 100% safe!!!!!!!
