This app is a great alternative to those like route who will overcharge and stick you in boxes. At Route they jumped the price 3x in a few months which turned to heavy drop in conversion and i eventually ended the relationship because they were trying to collect almost a 4% coverage cost. Guide will work with you to find a balance between the cost and your customers experience. There are things that have happened like double charges and in store pick up charges, which you've seen in some reviews here, but they've been attentive and have made strides to better their solution.
good app, customer support has gotten significantly better over the last year. keep up the good work.

incredibly hard to use, support doesnt help at all. takes forever, tried for weeks couldnt even convert 1 simple draft. all i was provided was the same help faq page. sucks bc shopify can't convert large drafts for some reason so they suggest this app which is impossible to use.

Hello! Ouch, this hurts incredibly. Especially, because our Support is still waiting for you to respond to our questions, so that we can help you. Maybe we did not receive some latest responses from you? Importing Draft Orders indeed takes some effort to understand correctly the import template, and prepare the data accordingly. That's because there is so much different attributes that you can possibly pass to Shopify. We made an import template that would accommodate it all, as simple as we could. Of course, you do not need to use all the fields and rows - just those that you need to create your version of Draft Orders. Our Support team is always going extensive lengths to help, and this is very important that you respond. moved from stamped.io which prices went sky high. similar solution, quick customer service. so far very good value.
Great App!!! Was stuck with the limitations from shopify plus to reserve inventory while drafts were being worked on and built over days or sometimes weeks. This caused overselling on different platforms and had huge issues. After almost a year of manual work arounds, this app has solved the issue. More over , and just as important the team is rapid with replies and made a few updates for us such as including custom items and working around back in stock triggers. Axel and the Yagi Software team is about as good as any i've used on Shopify Plus. 100 out of 100!
Top level customer service. IMMEDIATE response and help, was able to customize and pull EVERYTHING out of Shopify. I have plus and custom reports had limitations for our POS. David got us what we needed so now we can close the sales floor without so many issues and be able to pin point any payment issues (theft or otherwise). This APP is now part of our daily routine.
This company earned 5 star rating, 100%. The team is responsive and as up front about any limitations or flexibilities that exist based on the constraints of the Shopify Platform. I vetted maybe 3 or 4 invoice solutions before I went with Falcon. Use the free trial and you'll probably stick around. If they get it incorporated with the POS checkout, then that would be a game changer. For now you can drop the tile app and use it as a work around. Very happy with the work they did to help customize my needs and grateful I found them on the APP store, keep it up guys!
They got the code in quick with an issue then fixed it a few days later. But it's been weeks I've been reaching out without anything. they just keep emailing me every 5 days saying their closing the ticket. I can't get anyone on the phone. We opted for the more expensive so we could bulk price import but it just say 'service unavailable' every time. Its been almost a month and customers still can't use price levels. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I was hoping a company with 5 stars would be WAY more responsive. Still waiting for a response and a solution.
