So far, so good. We came across this app while looking for a wholesale pricing solution and decided to give it a try (not realizing it was a free beta). Pros: The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates both the registration and quick order forms seamlessly. Pricing logic was easy to set up, and shipping (currently in beta) was activated within minutes of my request. The quick order form worked immediately with the pricing logic, and while product page pricing display required some coding, the team resolved it in 24–48 hours. The drag-and-drop editor for forms and customization tools are excellent—you can set everything up in about 30 minutes. Can be improve: Some settings, like tax and discount methods, can be a bit confusing. A step-by-step setup option with examples and customization prompts would make the onboarding process smoother. That said, the default settings should work for most users, and if you're adding a tool like this to your site, you're likely prepared to invest some time learning it. Great job, team—just don’t overprice it! :)

We were using another previously, but unfortunately, they did not support it anymore. We really appreciate the communication with Offerly, especially about potential new features. They are very responsive and implemented a feature within a week to match the competition. The support seems to work perfectly with development. Regarding the app, it is super simple to integrate, with no need for extra customization to be ready to use. We love it!

UPDATE 16/05: The Easyship team reached out, following up on this review, showing their responsiveness to user feedback about their service. I'm thrilled to confirm that they've made the A6 label printing feature free, a significant step towards aligning their service with current market standards. Additionally, they offered to review our latest insurance claim, and after discussions with their broker/insurance partner, they finally approved and refunded the associated cost. While we're delighted with the outcome, it's worth noting they categorized it as a commercial gesture, so I can't guarantee a global change in service quality at that level. Nevertheless, their willingness to improve quality of service in 2024 and their active engagement with clients is commendable progress. Let's hope they're committed not only to addressing negative feedback but also to enhancing their overall service. Feel free to share any new reviews. ----------------------------------------------------- Once innovative with excellent customer service, but now nowhere close to that. The interface is clumsy and confusing, and they seem focused on making your life difficult to enforce their $49/month plan. I would have never imagined that printing an A6 format in 2024 would require a $49/month subscription. These guys are simply out of touch with their market since late 2022, based in the US and totally in the clouds. You'd be better off using Interparcel, FastCourier, etc., which offer direct plugins and don't charge monthly fees to print an A6. Oh, and as a new addition since 2023: customer service is now hiding behind the fact that the courier doesn't offer live tracking. Basically, despite having tracking, if you use the normal service, Easyship will not help you anymore if the package isn't delivered. For that, they've created an extra service at an extra cost. It's very fishy, and in the end, they offer less than the normal carrier directly. Finally, don't bother insuring your package, as their insurance team in the US is dedicated to taking weeks to answer you and fully involved in doing everything not to pay the claim... I assume the insurance company being in the US doesn't care too much about Australian Consumer Rights.

I switched to Apptile after 4+ years with Shopney. While their customer service has always been top-notch, the primary reason for my switch was the price structure and what each plan includes. Once competitive in the past, Shopney's plans have become relatively expensive, with a significant price gap between plan 1 and 2. During my evaluation, I also tried two other competitors: one was too expensive for plan 1 without offering significant differentiation from Shopney, and the other was frustrating, as basic options required upgrading to the next plan, making it difficult to envision using the platform. In contrast, I found that Apptile offers more value for the money with fewer restrictions on main features and a fresh interface on the client side. While some customization options may require switching to a bigger plan, I don't recall feeling disappointed often when building the interface with features available only on another plan. Additionally, I appreciate that Apptile doesn't confine you to restrictive or unattractive themes. As a former Shopney client, I also had access to a few features "for free," such as having a quick menu at the bottom, but Apptile offers this as a standard feature to all without extra charges. I also prefer Apptile's more dynamic global interface, particularly the 'Explore' feature, which allows for a dynamic product exploration experience without the need to create it; it's ready to go. Additionally, the menu is highly customizable and can be used to display other types of info than the bottom one for quick navigation. I found they nailed it in terms of UI. Their support is also very responsive, and it's evident that internal teams collaborate effectively, resulting in efficient issue resolution. While the admin interface is straightforward, involvement was necessary for me due to my previous apps being live with my dev accounts for Android and Apple. Apptile proactively contacted me and guided me step by step. BUT be assured, they can also post the app on your behalf with their accounts, saving you dev time and money every year. Your app will still be listed under your name; it will just be published by them. Totally fine to start, and almost none of your clients will see the publisher's name. While Apptile's editing interface can be initially confusing and occasionally buggy (you may have to refresh the page if all changes have not been published, and press the publish button again), I've noticed improvements, and they continue to refine it. Despite these minor issues, the platform offers significant cost savings and an engaging experience for both myself and my clients. I'm pleased with my decision to switch.

I absolutely adore this app and my clients do too! It's incredibly user-friendly, unlike those clunky, cheap AR apps that nobody even bothers with. My clients are thrilled that they can easily upload a picture and effortlessly position the canvas on it. They're also thrilled about the option to save each creation and compare them before making a decision. It's fantastic that they can even reuse pictures to add multiple artworks to a single wall. While the real-time feature isn't used extensively, everything else is top-notch. However, I can't help but despise the app's back office. It's an absolute nightmare when it comes to building, importing, or editing pictures. Sure, they have a bulk create option, but there's no way to configure it before editing. This means you're stuck using image 1 every time you want to import or edit in bulk. It's incredibly frustrating because the first picture is often more 'in situation', while the actual visual is usually in picture 2. And don't even get me started on editing products in their interface. Once you press return, you're unexpectedly back on page one. If your product was on page 12, good luck clicking your way back to it. The trick is to use a new tab, but after 20 edits, you might forget about it. Their support is available, but their response is a whopping "$50," and they'll do the job for you. You have to provide them with a CSV, doing 90% of the work, and they simply press a button. It's been a struggle with them for years. They seem uninterested in investing in new features, which makes me hesitant to recommend the app. If you start a website from scratch it is fine, as you can create on the go. But if you want to add it to an existing website with hundreds of artworks, prepare for endless sessions. Oh! They also offer this cool 'variant option' for which you can define dimensions to make sure all variants will be at scale, but you manually need to specify the dimensions for each one to ensure the correct scale. It's become such a nightmare to manage that we've stopped using this feature altogether. It's ironic how the developers spent time and money on it but made the bulk editing process so complicated that we avoid it. Perhaps it would have been wiser to invest in a more flexible and user-friendly back office instead. Overall, it's a fantastic app, truly unique in the marketplace. Don't get me wrong, we like it. But if they could just allow us to define settings before initiating bulk actions (such as choosing the image) and fix the return bug, it would become a killer app.

After 3 years with Bold Loyalty, we made a bold move to Gameball. We wanted a fresher design and a more dynamic loyalty program. Gameball not only matched Bold's price but also had a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. The Backoffice is a breeze to configure and understand, and the widget design options are plentiful. The stats are presented beautifully and are easy to grasp. Creating simple or complex challenges to gamify the purchase process is a breeze too. Integration with apps like Judge.me is a game-changer, eliminating manual point attribution for reviews. If your loyalty app is listed, switching to Gameball is a piece of cake. Otherwise, just export/import a CSV. However, there are two minor issues with importing the customer database: - spent amounts: cannot be imported and is not 'read' by the app in Shopify for existing clients, only new clients will have the amount displayed. No drama, but not 'clean'. - bonus points. Nothing that will stop you to switch but it requires a bit of manual work if you are using Tiers Level with Bonus points (otherwise you will be all fine). You will have to deduce tier bonus points manually for each client so when you perform import, the current balance is correct. Nothing complicated to do but a bit of manual work that could be easily fixed by Gameball. We've informed Gameball, they are currently working on it, and once they fix these issues, we'll happily import our large databases from our CH and FR website. It's an app we love and highly recommend!

We needed a cheaper alternative to our current app, which recently hiked its prices dramatically. Don't get me wrong, that app had tons of features, but we hardly used most of them. Our main focus was on having a sleek and interactive instant search and a customizable search page. Enter Rapid Search: it offers all the essentials at an affordable price that scales with your number of users, which is fair. We didn't require feature such as filter collections since Shopify 2.0 handles that well, but it is even included. It may not be as customizable as Searchanise (aka Smart Search & Filter) and lacks certain features like hiding products using tags instead of selecting them individually. Integration with other apps like Judge.me is also needed. However, overall, installing the app is a breeze, the admin interface is simple yet efficient, and if you're not into deep customization, it gets the job done nicely. Plus, they have a feature request tab where users can suggest and vote for new additions, which is reassuring for the future. After trying four other options, it's the best alternative to the leading app I mentioned earlier. Give it a shot!

SEO Kings is probably the most complete and affordable SEO app on the market. We use it for all our websites, and it's packed with features for a fraction of the usual cost. Wondering why you need an SEO app (like us at the beginning)? Let me break it down for you. SEO Kings covers all the essentials: meta titles, product descriptions, sitemaps, and JSON-LD integration for those fancy Google stars. The best part? It takes seconds to set up, and you can apply it to all your products automatically. The only downsides are the image optimization, which could use some AI magic, and the interface, which could be more user-friendly. But don't let that stop you! SEO Kings is the app you need for your website, delivering a score of 90 and beyond just by doing the basics. It is basically having your own agency working for your SEO 24/7.

UPDATE: A Bold lack of loyalty support! Hello, Bold! It's time for my yearly rant about your support and dev team. I want to start by saying that your teams' (and CEO) lack of respect for clients is mind-boggling. It's like a never-ending saga that keeps getting worse with time. You've invested thousands of dollars in this app, yet you've let it down for almost three years now. Your team doesn't provide any updates, and as I've mentioned before, you're not interested in fixing any issues either. The latest addition to a long list of incompetence is that we can't even export our database because of a bug. To make things worse, we can contact support on chat to ask for a CSV, but more than 24 hours later, we still have nothing. It's like waiting for a bus that never arrives. Reason that, sadly, I have to once again use the review page to shake your booty and (maybe) get support. Bold's CEO, I'd like to give you some advice: if you're no longer interested in maintaining this app, just shut it down. Looking at your current strategy and investment, it's maybe better for you to focus on one app or connected apps than to have too many and not be able to invest in them properly. As for me, after three years of using your app on all our websites, we'll be phasing out Bold and switching to another app with the same features and more exciting design. In conclusion, Bold, your lack of loyalty support is disappointing, but it's also becoming a running joke. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and make some improvements before the punchline falls flat.

So I recently tried out Swift's expert service to improve my website's speed score, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I was skeptical of the Google speed score, and I didn't want anyone messing around with my website's code (like mentioned in some bad reviews). But Julie, my contact at Swift, was super helpful and patient, and she answered all my questions without being too salesy. That reassured me. That being said, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't mention the requirement of an up-to-date theme before taking my money. In my case, I should have updated my theme a long (long) time ago, and it was an easy fix since I developed the website myself. But for people who rely on developers to manage their website, updating the theme can be an additional and significant cost. So I think it would have been better if Swyft had made this clear from the outset, before taking the money. However, once I updated my theme, the team got to work quickly and provided a report within 24 hours. They were very careful not to make any changes without my approval, which I appreciated, and they even provided a backup and preview before publishing. The results were fantastic - my website's speed score jumped from 30 to 70 (my theme was even at 15 before the theme update...so at the end an updated website is playing a big part in your score too). They also provide you with a full report after optimisation that really shows that they did a complete job, and it brings real transparency to the relation. Now, I'm on the monthly expert care plan ($49), which includes a monthly ongoing optimisation of the Google Score to keep it always optimal, and an image optimisation app. The last feature can replace another app I already have so it makes the plan a bit more profitable (I am just waiting for them to activate the automatic image optimisation feature). Plus, the preload website feature that uses Google Analytics to pre-load pages based on customer behavior is another cool addition that makes the plan even more valuable. Take that in consideration, if like me, you find that $49 is a bit pricy. At the end, you can make it a good value. Overall, I'm really happy with Swift's expert service. The team was respectful of my website's code and provided a valuable service that helped me improve my website's performance. Julie was a big part of why the experience was so positive, and I appreciate how the team is communicating very well internally (between sales and dev). If you're looking for a way to boost your website's speed score, give Swift a try - just make sure your theme is up-to-date first!

This Shopify app stands out from the competition by allowing users to select any image as a second mouse-over picture. It's a fantastic feature and it seems not to compromise the page speed. It took us a while to find an app capable of that. We particularly appreciate that this app enabled us to display our third image, which was a challenge due to another app using the second image for a different purpose. However, there are some areas where the app could(must?!) improve. 1/ The interface, while raw, is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the app lacks the ability to filter products by collections or tags, making it difficult for users with large catalogs to find the desired reference. The search box works well, but it displays both active and draft products, which can be confusing. 2/ The app currently requires manual, one-by-one image selection, which can be time-consuming. It would be much more efficient if the app allowed users to choose a collection and apply the same settings to all images within it. 3/ There is a known conflict with image optimization apps. If you want to use a newly uploaded image as a mouse-over image, you must wait for your optimization app to process it first. Failing to do this will cause the app to display an error thumbnail instead ...and you will have to reselect all mouse hover images again. While point 3 is manageable, we believe the app should address issues 1 and 2, especially given its relatively high price compared to similar apps. Despite these drawbacks, the app remains an impressive and valuable tool.

I recently switched from a popular app to Tagify, and I'm stoked with the results. The previous app was constantly in conflict with image optimisation apps and often lost the position of the tags, which didn't look great for clients. Tagify, on the other hand, has been a breath of fresh air. Despite being relatively new, the interface is a breeze to use and offers heaps of customisation options. It's a powerful, budget-friendly tool that stands out from the competition. This app is perfect for those after customisable badges (that can be displayed by collections and tags!), instead of the usual pre-made "SALE" or "INCREDIBLE DISCOUNT" badges app you see everywhere else. I needed the label to be displayed not only on the first image but also at a very specific location on it. So, I reached out to their support team, and that's when Gevorg stepped in. He was quick to help and made sure all my questions and concerns were sorted out straight away. His top-notch communication and responsiveness made my experience with Tagify a ripper. If you're on the hunt for a powerful, customisable, and affordable app to improve your website, give Tagify a go. You won't find a better combo of quality functionality and ace support. Thank you so much for your review.

If you need an app to create thumbnails efficiently, especially for framing type images, then this app is a must-have. Charlie, the developer, is highly responsive, flexible, and has made the app even more user-friendly with new features. This app has saved us countless hours and money in creating previews for our 600 artworks. We appreciate Charlie's direct involvement in the app's development, which is a breath of fresh air in the Shopify app jungle. Overall, this app is a fantastic solution for anyone who needs to bulk create thumbnails, and we highly recommend it.

Was looking for a good alternative to the integrated shopify products recommendation as you cannot exclude product from it. This app is doing a great, more than what I need, as you can add 'carrousel' almost everywhere and can build complex logic to suggest products. ..but also stick to the many pre-made options available. UI is very easy to use and installation without stress. I like this app is integrated with other apps such as Orderly email. Do not ignore the power of this kind of app as it help a lot to increase the average value of the basket or to get extra order. Great app and support (if you to fine tune the appearance). Absolutely fantastic. The first time I am jumping on the review right after installation. I am developing many websites for my client and according to the country I am using PRE-ORDER NOW and ADVANCE PRE-ORDER when I need partial payments. Both are great apps (PRE ORDER NOW is really good) but they missing the features from each other (cart warning message, partial payment, discounts etc) so it si complicated to use as if you need partial payment you will, for example, miss the cart warning message etc. Guys, Globo Pre-order is doing everything. I really installed with ABSOLUTELY NO EXPECTATIONS as it is free...but man, I was like "ok they have this feature, but sure I won't be able to do that", and each time they proved me wrong. They understood EVERYTHING to our needs and you can be sure they spent huge time trying apps of competitors. It is super easy to configure for beginners ('nice step by step' guide. congrats.) and the interface is crystal clear (not like advance pre-order). I assume it is free so they can get clients and reviews before starting to charge s so guys, install it now as you are going to save $29/month ! The highlights of the app for me : mix cart warning message, the fact you can display upfront payment AND partial payment options for a same product, pre -order on variants not just the full product... congrats guys
