Great app and responsive customer support Chatra is a useful tool for communicating with website visitors and supporting customer inquiries. I also had a billing issue related to a Shopify outage, and the support team (Anna) took the time to carefully review my case and work toward a fair resolution. They were professional, understanding, and responsive throughout the process. I appreciate their willingness to listen to customer feedback and provide additional assistance. Overall, a positive support experience!
This app has been very beneficial with capturing potential customers, who have questions, and like to ask them before placing an order. By having the chat app available, we are able to assist customers with their buying decision and in turn, generate more orders.
We have been using Chatra on our store for almost 5 years, and it has been a very useful tool for quick customer communication. The live chat is easy to manage and adds real value by helping customers get answers before placing an order. The triggers are useful for engaging visitors at the right moment, and the live view helps us see how customers browse the store, including possible broken URLs or pages that need attention.
They are so helpful and friendly. Honestly, I was stuck since I am working on so many apps, but they made the process smooth. Would highly recommend.
It is an amazing setup, I'm enjoying the free trial. Based on your desires and business needs, the pro version is well worth the price compared to others.
I have just started by store, but I think this ap will be wonderful for people who use ai a lot. I am looking forward to seeing how it affects my store visitors.
I am really impressed with this service. I had a minor tech glitch and Anna, in the chat box spent considerable time solving the issue. She was wonderful. (Hey, Chatra, give Anna a raise!!). Overall, this addition to my online store has been a game changer for my CSM.
We have found Chatra to be a great platform. There are features on it that we're using that streamline our interaction with customers. I REALLY appreciated Julia from Chatra supporting me with a query the other day. Her input was detailed, spot on, and timely. Our for-purpose organisation encourages you to consider this chat app on your Shopify store. BTW we have six stores and Chatra on all six.
I'm still new with Chatra and setting up my Shopify store so I don't have a wealth of experience with it yet. However, I am very impressed with the quick and useful help provided by Julia, a real person! When I needed help, she was there right away. I'm eager to finish my setup and start using more features, so I can chat with my first customers!
Using chatra again on my second website, after trying a few other apps I went back to the best.
It's great experience. It makes the live chat so easy, and the support team is always helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app as your live chat app.
We've had Chatra for one year now. We think it's worked really well for our store. Has captured leads we wouldn't have otherwise captured. I am now adding it to a second store. Their support is very quick and gave me detailed answers on the things i needed help with ( thank you Julia )

Excellent application that we have been using for several years now. We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time. I recommend the app.
This app ticks all the boxes for what I need from a chat service plugin for my website. Automated responses, timed messages for customers spending any time on pages, etc. Customer service is responsive and proactive, checking to see if we need help, or anything at all really.

Switched to this from using zendesk for many years and this is by far such a nice and simplified online chat system for what we needed. Support was quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

This app works for what we need. I would recommend for small business. The free version is good for now but as business grows upgrading is an option.

Great app - exactly what I needed. Very easy to set up and to manage. Love the fact that I get the notifications on my phone whenever someone asks a question on the website. Definitely a must have!

Used a couple alternatives before finding this live chat app. This is the best so far. Haven't experienced any delays in receiving and sending messages like on other apps. The app is very easy to use and there's a mobile app also. A+ will definitely continue to use. Update: Still performing amazingly and the support team are very prompt and helpful, we recommend to everyone!
I have been using this app since i opened my store. It works perfectly and smooth. I really needed to talk to my customers in site and not through email and this is just the best chat app!!

I love this app, being able to livechat with customers. Quite easy to set up and the auto responses you can set up for FAQs are great.
Fantastic app that has been with us almost since we first launched. I remember tracking the live visitor page to follow customers as they came on the site, great feature! The chat has gotten countless customers that I can only imagine would have left had there not been an automated chat prompt to reel the customer in. I also really like the flexibility of the automation and conditional logic that can be applied. I haven't fine tuned or used that many features, but from the options I have seen there is so much that can be done. Overall great app, one of the few on shopify's app store I don't mind subscribing to.
What I loved about chatra is their interface. Its intuitive and their support staff is quick and responsive. Icing on the cake: They don't talk in code and they understand you might not be from a coding background.
I find this app very useful. It allows our team to answer customers with push notifications to our phones. It doesn't require any coding, really simple to set up. Once our team grows larger, we'll up our plan so more can have access. Right now we are using the free plan and it's fantastic, given, y'know - free.
The Free version is enough for our needs at the moment. I have been using this for almost a year now and it does the job right. Recommended. Support team is great also. -Maria

No complaints, happy so far, and we've been using it for years. There is a time-zone difference, but emails are answered quickly for any issue.

We've been using Chatra for several years now. The app has a robust feature set, and customer service is outstanding.
I have used this ap for a while now and find it is brilliant. The only slight frustrating thing is that some client do not always leave their email address so its means they send an enquiry but I cannot respond to them. That is the clients fault not chatra, however I wonder if there is a way the ap would have first option to add their email address, then write a message?

Thanks for the feedback! The contact form can only appear after a visitor sends you a message, there's no way to show it before that, unfortunately. However, please note that you can still reply to a client even if they did not leave their email address. They will see your reply when they come back to your website.

Tried multiple chatting apps over the years trying to find the best one. This is by far the easiest to use on both the customer and agent side.
We've been using Chatra for possibly 2 years by now, maybe more. I am so, so, happy with Chatra. I love a company that is constantly trying to make their service better (without changing the price...you know those companies really care about the service and their customers). I find that with most of the apps I own, I'll ask customer service "can it do this? can it do that?"...usually, the answer, as you probably already know from experience is "no, but you can submit a request for it to be added". With Chatra, that hasn't happened yet... I say "can it do this? can it do that?" and they say "yup, here's how. And yes, just like this". Seems like they're asking the questions of themselves before their customers can think up the questions, so the solutions are ready when the customer asks. To be honest, I hate spending more money on apps, but this one is a really good one. Thanks Chatra!

I've gone through several other chat apps form competing companies. With the other apps I would always have reliability / connection issues. With Chatra, I never have any problems! I've finally found a keeper for my chat App. It always connects on mobile and desktop and I never miss chats like I was when using competitors apps. I highly recommend Chatra! If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the anonymous names a bit different. A few times they were too close to a believable name and I mistakenly called them that name :). But overall Chatra is by far the best chat app that I've used and plan to stay for a while!
Very easy to set up and use, nice clean interface. Sometimes you just want a simple app and this does the trick. Good customer service if you have any questions. Can't fault it.
Let me save you some time. I have tried several chat apps, including FB chat apps. This app is LEVELS ahead of the rest. It's not even close. The options and capabilities and control of what you can do. The ease of use. The sleek professional look. And the customer service is on point! They send you emails with advice on how to use it and engage your customers. Good advice! I was reluctant because it wasn't a Facebook chat app. But I prefer this over a Facebook chat app 10 out of 10.
This app has got to be the best that I have used in my 6 months of online business experience. A little expensive for startups but to learn about your business and to understand what products attract customers more than the others, you will find all these learnings in here. My suggestion to the developers would be to take three types of plans with limited to full features at different prices to make it more affordable . Highly recommend it. Use the free version to understand how it works, it’ll meet your expectations .

This chat app is excellent. Have tried a few others and they were either messy with no way to hide unavailable features, or pricey for a plan with not enough features. Chatra is really good.

Love the ability to communicate with our webpage browsers (not browsers in the tech sense, but potential customers 'browsing' thru our site). Chatra integrates well into our pages and their customer support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and we hope their app brings us more success. Download it if it makes sense to your business.

I love it. I work with a lot of farmers who don't all have great wifi- that does affect the ability for the app to work. But when it does work, it definitely helps me convert. I'm grateful for the app and for the quick responsiveness of the team when I need assistance.
