Drip Email Automation & Popups

We are relatively new to Drip, and have been really pleased with our decision to move across - the people and the support have been top class, also we have been on a number of training sessions as part of our start-up phase which has increased both our knowledge and the effectiveness of our email strategy. We are already seeing the positive results in our email metrics. I would highly recommend Drip to those of you who are sending out regular emails with no real plan or breakthrough strategy - the people at Drip will guide you along to a new journey of success.

I would recommend Drip above any other provider I've used, and as a MarTech consultant... I've used a lot. Far and above Klaviyo and Mailchimp, in my opinion. Their automation is really powerful and allows me (and my clients) to really finetune the customer experience for where THEY are in their journey with the brand. Drip stands out because many CRM/email providers are either highly technical (meaning you need the tech savvy) OR are very easy to use but lack great features. Drip is the only provider I've found that can do great with "easy button" items out-the-box, but also has a robust back-end that allows for more complex editing. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

We went from sending all emails on hubspot -> using drip which saves us a few thousand dollars each month. Drip is easy to use, aesthetics and function of the platform are great, and their support chat is soooo helpful. They're available almost instantly during their work hours. It's been a lean yet powerful email marketing tool for us as a growing start up! Can't recommend enough

I recently migrated from Mailchimp to Drip and I am so so so happy with my decision. The #1 thing I absolutely LOVE about Drip is their automation, more specifically how easy and user-friendly they make it. Email automation is nothing new as I am sure you know. But it seems like a lot of CRM software companies forget this. When I first migrated to Drip I didn't expect too much in terms of bringing in more sales from emails but after building in very fine detail our "welcome" and "abandoned cart" emails (something I couldn't do with other CRM companies) I saw a huge spike in our email sales! During the 2022 holiday season, 35% of our online sales were directly from the automation we set up with Drip. The 2nd thing I absolutely LOVE about Drip is their customer service. If you are anything like me, having a live chat feature is a need. Now I know that other CRM companies have live chat but when I would try to get something resolved with the other CRM companies it seemed like they had no clue what they were doing and were just generally unhelpful. Drip, on the other hand, has the best customer service I have ever experienced not only do their service agents know what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable about all Drip's products but if there is something that is wrong they get it fixed super fast. (they even have an entire slack channel for Drip customers to talk with Drip developers for feature requests and general or complex questions. If you are thinking about switching to Drip or maybe you're just tired of dealing with issues with other CRM companies I would highly recommend Drip to anyone in the market for email marketing software. P.S. This may seem like a paid review or even a review from an employee, but I assure you neither is true I just enjoy and love how Drip works it has made my life so much easier not to mention the sales we are getting out of it ;)

Drip is the most powerful advanced tool I've ever used for our business. It tracks your customer journey including the pages and products they visited even if they haven't purchased yet. I love the feature as it visually gives me a wide visual picture overview of each person on a timeline. Their support team has always been helpful and responsive when I've reached out or got stuck on something technical. I highly recommend this for all Shopify stores who want to take their business to the next level.

Beste email marketing tool so far. Tried so many tools from Germany but none of them was smooth like drip. Very easy and huge possibilities through the workflows and rules which you can create.

Drip has been a solid backbone to build excellent post-purchase automation. Their workflows also allow us to build "intelligent" campaigns instead of just sending a series of emails that is responsive to customers' decisions and preferences. The support team is easy to work with too. We highly recommend this.

Drip is great and makes email marketing easy. The integration with Shopify is seamless. Importing subscriber, setting up signup forms and creating campaigns are quick and easy to setup. The Shopify specific workflows makes setting up abandon cart, welcome series, and review request really easy.

Drip has been a game changer for our team. Outside of being able to schedule and send individual campaigns and building highly functional workflows, the analytics are invaluable. We have a whole new understanding of how our communication is directly impacting sales and revenue.

We've used a variety of email marketing platforms, but none have been integrated as well with Shopify as Drip. Drip is very user friendly, along with having excellent automation workflows.

I switched from Mailchimp to Drip a few months a go and I'm really impressed with the features that Drip has. You can create amazing workflows using pretty complex logic, and its pretty easy to use too. The guys at Drip have been really helpful getting things set up and moving, James especially.

We've had amazing success using Drip to manage our customer communications to our email database. A solid Shopify integration, a strong ROI, and solid support to boot!

I'm about 6 months into using DRIP with Shopify. It's a powerful toolset that lets you access customer segment for targeted email coms. I have a c 90k mailing list and the brilliance of DRIP is that i can segment that list down with a handful of logic statements to a tiny focused group that i know are on the cusp of a purchase and only require the lightest of nudges to pull the trigger. I drive about 30k of monthly revenue from it, you can work out the ROAS for yourselves. It's easy to use, quick to learn, the staff are responsive to requests and the reporting is accurate and simple to digest. Once you've factored in your attribution into the wider scheme of GAnalytics ecommerce reporting it's a beautifully effective addition to any marketers toolbox. Oh yeh, 6 months in, it's never fallen down on me once. I wish all store apps were this good.

I use Drip for all my email needs and it's a real lifesaver to have this app so I don't have to mess around with code to have the integration up and running! I haven't had any issues with the connection after using it for several months and my emails are looking better than ever.

We switched our email system over to Drip when we were experiencing issues with another provider. We have been very, very happy with Drip - we love all of the capabilities/work flows, how our emails always send out on time and it's so nice to have a great support team as well as a customer success manager that checks in with us often to ensure we are capitalizing on all of the capabilities that they offer! Drip is an excellent marketing automation tool. It's both simple to use out of the box, and is highly customizable to fit all of our complex needs. We love the split testing features, as well as the data visualizations provided to highlight what's working and what has room to improve. We've always had great experience with Support & the technical team — anytime we have a question, they work with us right away. They're constantly releasing improvements and new useful features, which means the platform and available tools just keep getting better. Drip has become a very reliable revenue generator for our company. Highly recommend.

This is the most impressive email marketing tool I have used....and I have used them all. The segmentation powers are wonderful, the email builder is elegant and easy and most important, it is powerful. The tool syncs really well with Shopify and gives some great insight to customers. Now, that being said...one HUGE thing is missing. Customer Tags do not sync. That is a shame and would be one needed improvement. Putting that aside, Drip is where it is at.

Drip is the best-automated email system four for Shopify Plus or Big commerce. It is an excellent email system I would recommend trying.

I've been using Drip for over 4 months now, and I'm in love. I was able to get valuable automated flows running in a few days that have consistently driven sales for me, as well as giving me easy and quick ways to send out broadcast messages to my customers - using fantastic filtering/targeting criteria. And when I've needed support, the Drip team is always ready in the Live Chat - and they're super nice to talk to while quickly helping me solve problems or challenges. Can't recommend this app enough - More than worth it!

We’ve been using Drip for a while now, and it’s been great to watch their evolution from just email to an ecommerce CRM. They’ve helped us way beyond sending emails. Drip collects all sorts of data, then helps us get to know our customers and what they want so we can bring them an experience like they’d get at our brick-and-mortar stores. Love Drip, love working with their team, and can’t wait to see what they do next.

When we switched to Drip we were able to track conversions as they related to our automated email sequences much better! We we also able to track the lifetime value of our customers well! It's easy to use, has the features we need, and really does a better job than any other ECRM we've used so far.

I LOVE how Drip integrates with my store. It pulls in customer information and allows me to segment and target customers based upon purchase history. I've used a couple of other email service providers and none come close to the functionality that Drip provides.

Shopify and Drip are two essential tools that allow us to do what we do. By integrating them together, we can serve our customers better and faster. Nobody likes getting marketing messages that make no sense and with these integrations we can know that everything is always up to date and we're communicating effectively with our customers. The integration 'just works', there's really not a lot you need to do other than plug it in and get going. Drip and Shopify are well paired together.
