Klax Follow‑Up Email Marketing

I'm super grateful that this app makes it easy for me to deliver digital product info to our customers via branded emails. The ability to customize each email based on design and the details for who, when, where, tags, products, sales channels, and more is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate being able to view email history, as well as the opens and clicks. Michael has been wonderful at responding to my questions and requests, helping me to set it up so that it meets my exact needs. We are currently only using it to deliver emails when a customer places a purchase, yet there is so much more functionality to explore. I'm excited to expand into using the abandoned checkout emails, review request emails, and marketing opt-in email options too! I have had the app 6months at least now. The templates are well thought out, and so are all the customisations. I really like the fact that you get to edit code although I get that it's not for everyone - to me it's a bonus - gives you so much freedom and control. I also loved the setup wizard - it was very straightforward. Nice work team :)

I was looking to add a simple review request email to my work flow. This app is perfect. Simple, easy, to the point. Works awesome and my questions were answered by support. All good stuff.

Great app for sending straight forward review requests. The emails can be customized with your own texts and links. I'm very happy with the free plan at the moment.

This application is easy to set up. In addition, the fee is inexpensive because the amount is based on the number of e-mails sent.

I am very happy with this app <3 It works very well and it is way less expensive than other apps. You need to be willing to change the code of the message yourself but that is no big deal

Finally! I have been looking for this very app for awhile now. I needed to setup automatic emails to go to customers asking for reviews of my handcrafted products. Shortly after installing your app I was able to easily edit and setup my review email and send it to my recent customers. The app sent 13 emails and I already have 3 reviews only 12 hours later! So easy and so valuable! And its smart, only sending review requests to orders that have shipped. I set it up to send review requests 14 days after the ship date. Its perfect for my small handcrafted operation but so valuable! Thank you!

This app is just what I was hoping to find to help me get reminders out to my customers to leave reviews. I am so thankful that the wonderful support I got from Shopify suggested it to me. Highly recommended. I needed this app for sending out review requests retroactively and it turned out to be a perfect tool for that purpose. There was a minor issue regarding my quota and when I sent them a message, the CEO, Michael responded me personally in a short time despite holiday, he was extremely helpful and EVEN extended my quota until they work things out. How GENEROUS is that? So I'd definitely recommend this app, 5/5! :)

I really like the functionality of this app, it has done exactly what I needed it to do for a fair price. On top of that, I had some issues and their support was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out and even removed the sending cap until the issue was corrected.

This app is fantastic. I've been having problems with shopify's auto abandon cart email and came accross this app. At first I hadn't got the settings right so reached out using the apps live chat and the service recieved was outstanding. We have just started using Follow Up Email Marketing, but so far the experience is great. The application presents you with many useful types of email campaigns that you should be using, has every filtering mechanism you would expect, along with many scheduling options. We were looking for some non-standard features in our emails, and their team worked hard to help us get what we needed. Great support and follow-up. Highly recommend for soliciting reviews from your Shopify store.

Michael has babysat me through this process, he has been SUPER helpful, his service is second to none. I highly recommend him and this app. I usually don't write reviews but he has been outstanding. We are new to the app and just activated our campaigns, so we will see how they go. BUT, I give this 5 star rating for the customer support side of things. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure your campaigns are running perfectly. They are friendly, responsive and provide resolutions. I'll update this review to focus more on the product, after we have had our campaigns running for a bit.

This app is very easy to use and converts abandoned carts extremely well! Before we installed Follow Up Email Marketing, we were averaging 5-7% recovery on abandoned carts with the Shopify abandoned cart recovery. After installing Follow Up Email Marketing and using it for the last couple of months, we are now at 18-21% recovery which is an amazing improvement! We've tried other abandoned cart recovery apps in the past that did fancy emails but did not convert anywhere near this. Great app guys and well worth the money.

Great app for follow up emails. We send "thank you" and "Please Review" emails. Love how it pulls the precise item and inserts into the email. Very helpful.

This is one of my favourite apps on Shopify. I've been using this for about two weeks and have seen remarkable results for our abandoned cart and lapsed customer emails. What I like the most is the excellent service - I've been chatting with the CEO, Michael, using their in-app live chat functionality and he is super prompt in resolving all our issues. Whether it's email best practices, analytics and tips, we always hear from him directly in a few hours!

I was looking for an automated email option that was easy to use and was reasonably priced for a small business. After installing and deleting a couple of other email apps I found this app was exactly what I was after. The templates make it super easy to format your message or you can dive deeper with more customization if needed. Their customer service is outstanding and they get back to you quickly if you have questions. For the price and the time spent creating the emails, you can't go wrong with this app.

Awesome app! I wish I had installed it years ago. We worked hard to get our product reviews accepted by Google Merchant Center and now that we have this software we can make sure all our customers have an incentive to leave us honest reviews. We were able to have the software backtrack a few months and it sent out 500 requests for reviews, and now we have it on auto-pilot so it will email customers after 1 week to ask what they liked about their orders. We also replaced our abandoned checkout app with this one. EXCELLENT!

I am currently using the Basic version which is very suitable for my business. All the features of the Basic plan is awesome. The app is very easy to use. The abandoned cart feature is awesome and I especially like that you can schedule the time the emails are sent.

Now here is a team that knows its business! I'm actually blown away by how they are able to see things exactly from a shop owners point of view to proactively introduce new features every now and then which keep adding to this already nifty little tool. Set it up and forget about it - it's like having your own personal butler to engage with your guests while you're busy attending to other stuff. Try it out - this is good stuff!

This has increased our sales so I'm very happy with Follow Up Email. We find we don't need to send the two week follow up as people usually purchase by the 1 week follow up (so we deleted the 2 week follow-up email option). It's been great for customer feedback too... We have had customers reply to the follow up email explaining why they didn't purchase, and when we fix the problem they usually go on to make a purchase.

When I say that I did a LOT of research before committing to this app, I mean it. Checked all competing apps on Shopify, compared features, reviews, reviews from active stores - and somehow, Follow-Up Email seemed to be the one whose out-of-the-box functionality was closest to what I needed. Setting it up was easy, results were quick - there was only one test left. How responsive would the team be? Well, turns out there were some clarifications I needed while setting up the mails and Konstantin from the setup/support team was a dream to work with. Will definitely recommend to those looking at automating a lot of their email communication/engagement with members.

I think its the only app available on shopify that allows to fix time/duration of sending emails. This feature helps a lot in acquiring product reviews, sending decent looking welcome emails, etc. Its a good tool to send reminder to customers to stay top on the mind. A lot of stress has gone away after i started using follow up email in terms of customer retention.

Good app to use to send abandoned checkout and review email requests, plus they have other email possibilities. Also, it's possible to customize email templates with your own HTML, which is great if you want to match your emails to your brand, and they provide free plan for startups!

This plugin is exactly the kind of app I needed for my Shopify site. I have been waiting 2 years for an email extension that has the capability send follow-up emails to our Shopify store's customers based upon conditions such as cart total, paid total, total amount spent, etc... Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.

A good deal of functionality in the app - provides options for a broad range of e-mail follow ups including cart abandonment, fullfillment, etc.. It's nice that they already have templates built out, so you don't have to type an email from scratch - you can just edit theirs. Also, they have great customer service! The free plan is still valuable - I encourage you to download it and give it a try.

[Update] 5 stars now! The first feature I was missing was actually available. I just didn't find it. Support has been great, so now I understand how it works. The only thing I'm waiting for is lifetime order amount, but this is on the roadmap for the developer, so I'm happy for now! [Old review] This is a great app! It's perfect for the small store or the one that just opened, because it's free for up to 50 emails/month. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (yet) is because it's currently not possible to create your own "recipe". For example. If I want to follow up with a customer in 6 months from now, or if I want to send a discount code to people with a total order amount of over $***, I don't have that option. That would make it the perfect app for me. That said. I tried various different apps to do what this one does, and this one is by far the most user friendly. Keep it up!
