We’ve been using Joy Loyalty Program for our Shopify store and overall it has been a great experience. The app is easy to set up, and the interface is straightforward, so we were able to get our loyalty program running without too much hassle. We especially like the flexibility of the points and rewards system. It gives us a good way to encourage repeat purchases and customer engagement without making the program too complicated for our customers. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance with the setup. Overall, Joy has been a useful addition to our store, and we’re happy with how the loyalty program is working for us.

I started to use this app for my developing Shopify store. This is very easy to integrate with Shopify and also quite aesthetic to welcome the customers. I’m very happy with Joy Loyalty. The support team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance during the setup process, they responded quickly and helped me find the right solution. I tested multiple apps and this one ticked all the boxes for my loyalty scheme. Fully personalized earning and redeeming requirements, and integration with the POS that makes it very easy for my employees to redeem rewards. Also the only app that lets me seamlessly offer free item redemption from one or more collection of items. Thank you!

I’ve been using Joy for two weeks, and what has impressed me most is their incredibly responsive customer support—I usually receive a reply from a real person within five minutes. I’ve made many requests, and Joy’s technical team has been able to accommodate them all. Using this app gives me great confidence and peace of mind!
We run a leather handbag store and use Joy for our loyalty program. The earning and redeeming rules are flexible enough to build a sensible ladder of rewards, and the Ways to redeem block on the cart page makes redeeming obvious to customers instead of hiding it away inside a widget. What earned the five stars is the support. Alyssa and Sonny replied within minutes, recorded short videos showing exactly what a customer sees at each step, went into our theme and added the cart block for us, and spotted that we had filled in the wrong field on one of our programs before it could do any harm. If you are weighing up loyalty apps, this is a team that will not leave you alone with the documentation.

After trying a few other loyalty apps, I’m glad I switched to Joy. It offers all the essential features needed to run a professional rewards program without being overly complicated or expensive. The dashboard is intuitive, and I didn't need any coding knowledge to get it customized to match my brand's look. It works perfectly and doesn't slow down my site at all. Great app!
We just switched to Joy Loyalty and so far it's been great! The price for what you get is exceptional. Some things on setup can be a bit confusing, but the customer service team has been very helpful. So far, I'd highly recommend.

Handle large scale of options more controlled and have excellent team support
We were brand new to setting up a loyalty app, Hana walked us through exactly how to set up and configure for our pet business. We're going to be using this to take our business from mostly one-off transactions at live events to our goal of building long-term customers!
Joy Loyalty integrates with our customer's accounts seamlessly and really helps us connect with our customers :) Hana has been a great help in setting this up for us.
I really love this app. First of all the customer support is stellar. They respond immediately and help through every step so you can get any issues fixed right away. Rosie and Ryan were extremely helpful and very patient with me. I could not have fixed these issues without them. I am already using another Joy app and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to grow their business online. It is totally worth it! You will not be sorry. This is extremely important to us as we are a small business and every app we choose, we are choosing because of its success in the online retail world and most importantly their customer support. Amazing customer support on live chat 24/7. We used the 14-day trial to evaluate whether Joy Loyalty could meet our client's specific requirements, which meant a lot of questions. It's an easy to use app. On the starter plan, it already offers what I need: Referrals + Earning and Rewards program. I had an issue with the widget disappearing and support was available via chat within the app itself. Sonny, Alyssa and the technical team were very helpful and quick to fix it. Highly recommend!
Both Alyssa's and Hana's services were excellent; they communicated with the technical team to assist us in designing our membership page and were very patient throughout the process. 100% recommand!
