I've been a Shopify customer for 15 years and I have purchased and installed quite a lot of apps. Report Toaster is probably the most useful app I've ever used. You can ask it just about anything about your store. I use it mostly for Sales and Use Tax reports and inventory. It tells me about sales for each month for tax filings and you can ask it for the number of sales for any period for any product in your store. It's absolutely AWESOME! Great product. Great service. The interface is simple to use and it has more than enough functionality for us to run the unique types of reports we need on a weekly and monthly basis. After trying five to seven other reporting apps buit on Shopify, Report Toaster was the only one that was able to deliver what I needed. The rest had convoluted interfaces and were more limited in terms of functionality. The integation of AI into this app makes it extremely easy to get to the data you need, and arrange/organize it the way you need it. Furthermore, the customer service is top notch. Best reporting app out there. Free version offers what other reporting apps and Shopify charge premium subscriptions for. Paid options are affordable and offer good extras. After being wildly disappointed with Shopify's reporting capabilities, I decided to look for an app we could use to support our needs. Not only are Report Toaster's reports very user friendly, but the customer service is really where you get your money's worth. FANTASTIC. You can (soon) do LOCKED curated reports with links that google won't be scraped for outside access users to see store info that is updating but won't allow them to access all your records. I have to add the support is fantastic and I requested this feature, by the time I contacted them again they were about a week away from rolling it out. Yes they listen to customer, they respond quickly, and for my issue although they didn't have a tested update out, they offered to custom help me with my issue. YMMV but if they can help you, they will, and quickly. 10/10 enjoy paying for this app, well worth it. Appreciate the review Cyelee! Yes, read-only shared links are indeed a new feature of our app that allow users to share a direct link to a report that can't be edited (e.g. any filters or columns are locked), making it safe for external sharing. Not only does it allow for custom report construction that deals with the various complexities of marketplaces and order types, but the Report Toaster team is nothing short of incredible. The tool is super useful, and the support team is promptly available to include in your views your custom information (Shopify metafields) and calculated fields. That is an asset! In our case, it saved us a lot of work, usually carried over externally, in Excel. Also, it overcome the issue of having enormous, unmanageable Excel file sometimes. Excellent, really glad that we could help you out with the metafields and save you time from doing things in Excel :)

The best app I have ever have ever tried!!! I had some very specific info I needed, so George advised that it would be best to have a Zoom call and discuss and, WOW... he took the time to understand what I needed from the reports, asked relevant questions that I may not have thought about, 40 mins later I had report that gave me info that other systems that costs hundreds of pounds a month and months of setup still were unable to do... I hit a brick wall with Shopify's order export CSV, since there's no way to find removed items from edited orders in the CSV file. Report Toaster is a great app, simple, straightforward, powerful and very well priced. Kick the tires for free if you're on the Shopify Basic plan. You won't be able to export reports but you'll have full access to them. Upgrade for a very reasonable monthly fee.

Report Toaster is a great app and a big improvement over the standard Shopify reports. It provides a ton of flexibility in building reports and I personally love the scheduled email reports feature. I have several reports scheduled to be delivered right when I need them. The support has also been amazing in customizing certain reports. Finally, the price is right too. I would highly recommend Report Toaster for anyone looking to work with more advanced reporting than what Shopify offers.

Really great reporting app that covers the gaps left by the standard Shopify reporting features. For our needs, we need current data for inventory and forecasting, and there's a ton that you can do in terms of custom reports. We also had reporting needs specific to our situation, and George was more than happy to go above and beyond in finding ideal solutions (which he did), and took the time to understand what those needs were in the context of our industry over a couple of calls. For what Report Toaster will enable us to do, it'll end up being terrific value for us given it's competitive pricing compared to similar reporting apps we've trialed - highly recommended!

The software has allowed me to create highly customized reports, easily, which is exactly what I need to manage the day to day, create sales and tax reports, but also organize the data in a way that really helps with my marketing planning. This app is a must if you need to slice and dice your data. Unfortunately, Shopify's reports aren't great, and the fee to upgrade for better reports is not feasible for a small business like mine. Report Toaster created an amazing service with great features, and it's really easy to use too. They have a free plan that is probably sufficient for what you need, but the $9 plan has so much and definitely worth it. I highly recommend it.
