Great app, and the shipping prices are very competitive. Shame you can't show availability in the way of a percentage bar, in the awaiting shipment grid, so you didn't have to open each order, then it would be perfect!

We have been using ShipStation for several months now and am so impressed with what the software is capable of doing. Leon helped with our set up and has gone above and beyond to help. Providing extra support beyond our allocated implementation time, answering emails and calls. Greatly appreciated. Coming from a much simpler fulfilment provider, initially the set up process was daunting but now being fully implemented, we are seeing the capabilities and how ShipStation will save us time and money. The use of Automation and with the assistance of their AI Assistant has made the transition easier. The most important reason for choosing ShipStation was knowing the Support and Help Desk that is provided, I have used this service several times and have been answered quickly. For any issues not rectified immediately they continue to investigate and follow up.

Just got set up with the help of Rakish at ShipStation and its a game changer. A few clicks and my labels are automatically printed with compared rates at the touch of a finger. Perfect for my small business.

We've been using ShipStation for several years now - and it keeps getting better. We're really happy with the reliability and flexibility of its options. The ability to make you own automations is one of their best features. The user interface is simple, logical and easy to navigate. Plus their new WMS features for efficiency are a game changer. However, the best feature of ShipStation is actually its people and team. Whenever we require any service and support, they're always responsive, prompt and helpful. They seriously set the standard when it comes to support. If I could choose 6 stars instead of 5, I would. I'd highly recommend ShipStation, and for well more than just a shipping solution.

Had a fantastic implementation session with Darren Dybala, who walked me through my premium tier setup, rate shopping automations, ShipStation Connect buildout, and batch shipping logic, along with a range of operational improvements. Great conversation, great guy, and a great product all around.

great experience and customer support

We have been loving Shipstation. The team is super helpful and we recently moved to their barcode picking and packing system which is so much more efficient. We moved to reduce errors and increase speed, and it has 100% delivered on that. Our promise has always been next day shipping, but as we grew, we couldn’t keep up with that anymore consistently. This system seems to have solved that for us.

We have used ShipStation for almost 2 years now and are very happy with it. We were working with Chelly to implement their inventory management system however we had to put that on hold for now due to a rebrand. We hope to continue with it at a later date as we really liked how it was set

Very good support, having direct email communications with a dedicated account manager to resolve issues makes a world of difference. ShipStation is one of the few platforms that supports our specific needs. We are also enjoying the new line up of features.

I have been really sceptical of trying this but so far so good. The cheaper rates more than pay for the as subscription - especially on international orders. I was really surprised to get a phone call in response to some questions I asked, there rep Andrej spent quite a bit of time helping me set things up to run smoothly. So far so good and I will update the review in a few months!

Rakesh has gone above and beyond to help me get started on my ecommerce journey, teaching me how to integrate Shopify with my Shipstation account and my Shipstation account with my courier. It's a bit complex at the start, but overall the easiest platform for shipping from not just one but multiple platforms. Highly recommend for any company looking to ship more than 50 packages a month (due to the time/cost savings). Support has been amazing as well. Lots of time spent helping to get things right in our account and explain things I wasn't familiar with. A+

ShipStation helped me manage all my orders in one place which saves time. bulk label printing is really fast and useful. sometimes the dashboard feels a bit overwhelming and i clicked wrong tab, but overall it makes shipping much easier.

This is a great app when everything is working the way it should. Labels are 20 times faster than doing them manually and it is easy to use. I had an issue with connection and although it took a while to fix through chat, Justin was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue.
