We have been using the UPS Shipping Dashboard for a little over 2 years now and have had ZERO issues when it comes to managing and creating labels for our shipments. The automatic shipping details make every order quick and concise, alongside the automatic fulfillment. Any questions we did have for customer service were answered promptly, and with clear, easy-to-follow directions. I would highly suggest to use the app for any and all UPS shipments through Shopify!

For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels. We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The app is user-friendly, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and easily customizable to fit our needs. We requested an additional feature (package weight transfer), and it was implemented within 48 hours. Whenever we needed assistance, Ruben responded immediately, guiding us step by step and ensuring our issue was resolved before letting go. Congratulations to the team!

Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party. We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to. Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries. Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service. All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting.

I had issue printing the ZPL format labels, I setup a call with the support team, they gave a solution and within 15 minutes I was able to print labels. Thank you.

We are just starting to use the UPS Dashboard app with Shopify. The customer support is fast and efficient, and also very kind - we have been assisted by Ruben. All our initial doubts have been resolved. The system is very practical and it saves us a lot of time in creating shipping labels and also following up on incidences with the delivery.

Had an issue with importing orders from Shopify, got a quick help from the UPS team and everything was running smoothly shortly after.

WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OUR UPS DASHBORAD THROUGH OUR SHOPIFY APP. BUT WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM WE GOT IT FIXED AND ALL BACK RUNNING SMOOTHLY. THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SUPPORT

I've not been using the app very long, but so far I've had a good experience with it and customer support was extremely helpful in resolving the one issue I had.

This app is good and the support is very helpful. Started off with several issues but these were resolved quickly by the support team. Once set up correctly, it is very quick to book shipments and saves me alot of time. There are still some things that could be improved and introduced including: -Removing orders from the 'orders' section when they have already been fulfilled in Shopify (e.g. when fulfilled by another shipping provider). -Also it would be really helpful to have some sort of self service returns portal for customers to submit return requests and use the UPS shipping rates. This would really help and encourage me to use the integration more for returns (I currently use another 3rd party app for returns).

This app works awesome, and saves us a lot of time. App connects quickly to Shopify, you can work with rules so that the correct UPS service is connected to the different shipping methods in your store. Automatically puts the orders on fullfilled after the label is printed, tracking right in the Shopify orders dashboard. We had one issue that we could not print from the dashboard directly to our label printer, but one ticket and maybe 1 hour later that was added to our account, and we can now print the labels directly from the dashboard. Super easy and very happy with this!

Switching to UPS for our shipping needs, especially for non-EU countries, has been a game-changer. Their app is highly efficient, making complex processes smooth and manageable. Great app, easy to set up, good Shopify integration (vice versa) and creating shipping labels is a breeze. I use the app for a week now, the few questions that I had and asked through the support button, were answered very fast and adequate. The most 'difficult' thing to do was creating a UPS account which I didn't have yet . I will use the app only for international shipping labels from The Netherlands to mainly the USA, Canada and Australia, and so far this works without flaws, and with good shipping rates (much better than the rates through for instance the Sendcloud app). If I had one improvement wish (for now), it would be the possibility to add more products to the automatically created commercial invoice (I sometimes add a free product to a parcel), without having to adjust a Shopify order.

The UPS app is super user-friendly and checks-off all the boxes. Ruben from UPS is second to none when it comes to providing quick and effective assistance on any issue needed. Would be proud to have Ruben on my team.

I initially had some reservations about using the UPS app in Shopify, but all my concerns were promptly addressed by Ruben from UPS. His helpful email guidance (such as how to input poly mailer dimensions correctly) made all the difference in my decision to give UPS a try. In the past, I relied all my shipping on USPS. However, it seems like UPS offers slightly better rates for bulkier shipments. So I'm excited to test out UPS for my upcoming shipments!

We requested adjustments in the development of the platform, which became super practical in its use. The tireless team in carrying out all the necessary adjustments. The ease and speed of communication is noteworthy given that everything was done in record time. I highly recommend.

Agree with all other feedback to date. the app significantly reduces our processing time (compared to ups.com website) and reduces opportunity for human error copying from one system to another. We can continue to manage growth in-house for a greater period, before taking the leap to 3PL support. Rubens support has been fantastic with a refreshing approach, listening to customers needs and making instant improvements to the system if needed, most unexpected for a large company such as UPS, can't recommend highly enough.

ok - Ruben is the absolute BEST! I had originally downloaded the app and couldn't get any printers to show (we use a Zebra GC420d). So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping this would help. One thing lead to another and the app got really messed up. Ruben helped fix all the issues I had created by uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. App now works great! If you have any issues with your printer not being found, do not uninstall the app - simply send support a message and they will walk you through a quick process to get everything synced! I would highly recommend this app if you want to use your own UPS shipping account with Shopify. Thanks again Ruben - you are the very best! This app is a partner of UPS.

Finally an official (excellent) app to ship with UPS. We find the dashboard even more user friendly than the Shopify admin one because the filter search function is unbelievably flexible. We had some hiccups in the beginning but it was quickly cleared via contact with Ruben. Thanks for increasing our efficiency using Shopify.

This app has massively helped us streamline shipping items with UPS. In just a few clicks you can create a label, as the address from each order automatically flows in from Shopify. We managed to set up the postage labels to print with our Dymo 4XL. You can also set it so a specific shipping option on Shopify corresponds with a shipping option in this app, but we always change this ourselves. The shipping options on the app are slightly confusing, apart from the "Standard" one. For example, Next Day option is named as "UPS Worldwide Saver / Express Saver", which is what the customer sees when they get tracking. As the "UPS Express" is the faster Next Day option which costs more. At this moment I believe you are also not able to mark the order for pickup, you have to drop it off at an Access Point etc. Overall this is a very useful app, which will save you so much time. Support is very quick to reply and is making the app better all the time...

I had the best customer service experience with Yassir (Belgium). He was clear, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was so stressed prior to the call, about shipping in Canada and to the States because it is all so new to me. But now, I feel saved from the stress of watching endless youtube videos to find answers. He walked me through every step and sent me some links that will help me get an account manager. I'm truly happy to have such a great person like Yassir to help me out! (long but I needed to pour out my heart)

I don't usually leave reviews but when the team reached out to ask about leaving a review I just had to. The UPS app has, first of all, made my life easier, I used to use UPS.com which is so time-consuming and a legacy system which would not integrate with Shopify and CSV input let me down multiple times. This app helps me ship orders really quickly and has put an end to data input! I tried a few other apps for UPS integration and none of them worked well for me. Secondly, the support team has been amazing. Questions have been answered quickly and they've taken my feedback and implemented new features to make the shipping process even better. This is just awesome. Lastly, It's free! App fees can add up over the year and great to have a fantastic app that's free! Thanks you

This Free app from UPS saved me from the pain of using so many shipping apps. The apps simply works all the time. The best feature of this app is that it will create a Commercial Invoice for all international shipments automatically as soon as label is printed. All the features in the app dashboard are easier to navigate. Best of all, they provided me with the best support, which is so quick even for all technical questions. Thanks Ruben!!! All the labels are printed with order number on it, the tracking details will be automatically updated to shopify and to customer, the tracking updates goes to customer directly from UPS in respective multiple languages and If the shipping methods in Shopify are automatically mapped to the methods in this UPS App Dashboard, then that would be an incredible feature and removes confusion for those who would want to use multiple shipping companies. If you use only UPS, then no problem at all.
