A lot of issues setting up - chat support not really active. Can't see teams popups they have spent hours working on. A lot of bugs. Hopefully can get this sorted
We never got properly onboarded. Initial call was great but we must of got lost in their slack. Not sure if we have been getting charged for the app too? Would appreciate a refund if so.
We've had a lot of issues with this app. Doesn't work with upsell apps, has bugs related to compare at price. Support is ok - but realistically we keep having issues.

My technical expert added code to fix the compare price. I also sent you a link to compatible upsell apps in an email. I see we have always replied within a few hours during normal business hours and tried our best to give you the best support. With hundreds of themes, thousands of apps, and updates everyday there will always be the possibility of compatibility problems. Small error at the start but they fixed it and were helpful. App seems to be working well now
Really scammy type of pricing. We just want basic reviews and they've made us upgrade. Will be deleting it. There are far better options Still having problems - their integration doesn't work well with Google Ads which is a big issue.

Overpriced for what it is. Very basic and slow. We would recommend using Triple Whale. 100x better. Do not waste your money on Lifetimely.

Useless and incredibly confusing. Could not figure out how to extract some simple data from a line item. I think it wanted $29.99 a month to do it. Huge rip off

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Are you sure this review is intended for Xporter? Line items can be extracted on our basic $7 plan (and we do not have a 29.99 plan). I see you only had the app installed for 5 minutes, if you would like to reinstall you will still have 7 trial days left. Our support team can help via in app chat, phone or email, and every subscription has an hour of free setup. We have served tens of thousands of Shopify merchants in the 8 years Xporter has been in business, with only three 1 star reviews. Hopefully you will give us another chance!
Did not install. Crashed while asking for our email. Huge pain - a lot of data risk and privacy. Beware

Sir, We ask for an email upfront so we can send automated reports, which is the main function of Data Export. We also send product updates to the signup email. Data Export has been in the Shopify store for more than 5 years and served thousands of merchants. You can review the Data Export privacy policy, that complies with Shopify app store guidelines. This app used to be so much better. I think Shopify made them change it all up and now it really sucks. We're not getting any conversions on our post purchase upsells anymore. I wish we could have access to the old version as we were one of the first customers.

Seriously good marketing app. Text message marketing performs a lot better vs email- especially on mobile. Postscript is super easy to setup and works fantastically. Great support and team including the CEO and Zev. Thanks team
