Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with both the Monster Cart app and the customer service. The app is marketed as an upsell solution, but it does not support true tiered upsells. For example, we wanted to offer one upsell when a customer adds a product to the cart, and then unlock an additional offer when they add the first upsell. This type of tiered setup is not possible, which was a major limitation for us. Customer service has also been frustrating. Response times are too long, and it often feels like a different person is handling the conversation each time. Instead of getting a clear solution, I frequently receive another question and have to explain the issue again. Overall, I’m not satisfied with either the functionality of the app or the level of customer support.

I’ve been struggling with the same shipping issue for over 4 months and Shippo has failed to resolve it. Despite shipping thousands of orders to Canada each quarter, I was told by support that I’m the only customer in the world with this problem — which is hard to believe. The last update I received from Scott in customer service was that it would ‘take time’ for technical to look into it, but since then my account has been completely ignored. No follow-up, no resolution, no accountability. This is unacceptable for a company that handles critical shipping operations. My business relies on reliable shipping software, and Shippo has shown neither reliability nor adequate customer support.

I can’t say enough good things about David and the Buddify AI team! David has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I was getting the most out of the platform. Love this app, a must have when you carry inventory and need to do forecasting / projection. The support is phenomenal Jill is the best, she comes back with answer very fast and always try to make sure you are 100% satisfy.

I am working with Gorgias app since one year now and love every moment of it. The integration with Shopify, and all of our social media is saving us tons of time. On each ticket you can see the all customer information and loves the fact that you can snooze a ticket either before or after answering it! So if you tell a customer "let me take a look and I will follow with you in couple of day" You can snooze it for ever long you want and it comes back for you to follow with the customer. Wouldn't know how to work without it!

Don't do it! Terrible customer support and non existante technical service. This is a joke, I had to wait 3 days and no help whatsoever! I am deleting this app and never going to do business with them ever again.
