{UPDATE June 2022} Again a 5-star customer service activity! We updated our theme and needed a slight tweak to how the reviews display. It was done within a few minutes of the request. Great, responsive, fast and accurate customer service, much appreciated! {UPDATE November 2021} Still a 5-star experience! We've tried other review apps but eventually, we always come back to Judge.me. This time we'll stay :-) Support is great, functionality is robust and the app works smoothly. A++! {Original review} We recently changed our theme and that required an update to the app. The developer proactively offered help, which I gladly accepted. Before I knew it the work was done within the hour and the app is again working beautifully. I am very pleased and I appreciate the quick turnaround. A very good customer service experience. In addition, when we added a new review widget, the support team quickly implemented it and customized it to our liking. Very happy with the app and the support team!

Updated review June 2017: We changed themes and with it some of the tabs were not immediately displaying as previously. Nothing wrong with the app, a quick email to the developer and his timely response & assistance fixed everything beautifully. This app is great and service as well. Still 5 stars. The app works exactly as needed, and it is a great help in our store. In addition, customer service is excellent. The app is easy to use, it has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, and it is very flexible. It is exactly what I needed to give my pages the look I was after. Support is also great, I had something in my theme that needed tweaking for a video to work properly and I received quick response and fix. 5 stars on every level! www.axistango.com

This app makes email notifications easy to create, edit, update, and adapt to your store as needed. I like that there are general settings that apply to all emails (footer text, logo, style, etc.) so if you make a change there, all email templates are automatically updated. At the same time you can make content changes as needed for each template. I would like to see option to copy/move text boxes and buttons in the t, perhaps that is coming in the future. Copying/pasting the finished template into Shopify notifications is easy, it takes just a few minutes really. All in all, a great app and I also like the one-time payment vs. monthly subscription. www.axistango.com

We used a different app for our email marketing but due to cost we switched to Soundest. We sent out the first campaign today and so far, so good ;-) The setup was easy, the e-commerce integration worked well, and the app does what we need. We are pleased that the cost is appropriate for the available features. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. We are glad we make the transition and give Soundest high marks.
