We tested Deep Shop Translate on a large Shopify store with 20 languages and a substantial amount of existing content and translations. The app handled a very large translation and quality-audit workload at a surprisingly reasonable cost. What impressed us most was the quality-audit feature: it did not just identify missing translations, but also detected terminology issues and weak existing translations, including technical HVAC and plumbing terminology. The support has been exceptional. During our testing, we reported a few issues with the usage dashboard, CSV exports and some edge cases in quality-audit jobs. Augustin investigated them in detail, explained the causes transparently, and several improvements and fixes were implemented within a very short time. Communication was fast, professional and technically precise. We also appreciate the transparent token-based pricing, detailed usage reporting, monthly CSV summaries and the ability to keep full control over spending. After processing and reviewing a large part of our multilingual catalogue, Deep Shop Translate has become our preferred solution for ongoing AI translation of our Shopify content. A very promising app with excellent support and a development team that clearly listens to merchant feedback. Highly recommended.
Very helpful app with strong protection features for Shopify stores. We use it for bot, proxy/VPN and fake-checkout protection. The support team explained the new fake-checkout protection feature clearly, helped us understand the technical setup, and confirmed what needs to be checked when changing themes. After testing, the normal customer checkout flow continued to work correctly, while direct fake checkout URLs were blocked as expected. Support was responsive, patient and technically helpful.

We had an excellent experience with the Searchanise support team, especially with Dias D. Dias supported us during the implementation of custom badge logic for our Shopify relaunch project. The communication was clear, professional and reliable throughout the process. Our requirements were not standard, as the badge logic had to work across Instant Search, Search Results and Collection pages, while also respecting product metafields, sold-out priority and category-specific conditions. Dias understood the requirements well, coordinated the implementation and confirmed that the live shop would remain unaffected until our final approval. After testing, everything worked as expected. Eine sehr hilfreiche App und nicht schwer einzurichten. Die autonatische Integration in das Shopsystem ist ein unverzichtbarer Vorteil.
